the nut feeding mechanism comprises a nut vibration disc, a nut conveying groove, a nut pushing cylinder and a nut pushing rod, wherein the nut vibration disc is fixed at the edge of the bottom cabinet through a fixing plate, one end of the nut conveying groove is communicated with a discharge hole of the nut vibration disc, the other end of the nut conveying groove is communicated with the assembling platform mechanism, the nut pushing cylinder is fixed on the side face of the assembling platform mechanism, a piston rod is horizontally arranged, and the nut pushing rod is connected to the end part of the piston rod and used for pushing a nut output by the tail part of the nut conveying groove to an assembling position of the assembling platform mechanism;
the bolt feeding mechanism comprises a bolt vibration disc and a bolt conveying groove, wherein the bolt vibration disc is fixed at the edge of the bottom cabinet through a fixing plate, one end of the bolt conveying groove is communicated with a discharge hole of the bolt vibration disc, and the other end of the bolt conveying groove is communicated with the assembling platform mechanism; the terminal feeding mechanism comprises a terminal vibration disc, a terminal conveying groove, a first terminal pushing cylinder, a second terminal pushing cylinder, a first terminal push rod, a second terminal push rod and a transition platform, wherein the terminal vibration disc is fixed at the edge of a base cabinet through a fixing plate, one end of the terminal conveying groove is communicated with a discharge hole of a nut vibration disc, the other end of the terminal conveying groove is communicated with the transition platform, the first terminal pushing cylinder is fixed at one side of the assembly platform mechanism and is horizontally arranged on a piston rod, the first terminal push rod is connected at the end part of the piston rod and is used for pushing a terminal from the transition platform to a feeding position of the assembly platform mechanism, the second terminal pushing cylinder is fixed at one side of the assembly platform mechanism and is horizontally arranged on the piston rod, and the second terminal push rod is connected at the end part of the piston rod and is used for pushing the terminal from the feeding position of the assembly platform mechanism to the assembly position of the assembly platform mechanism; the blanking mechanism comprises a blanking cylinder and a blanking push rod, the blanking cylinder is fixed at the front side of the assembly platform mechanism, a piston rod is horizontally arranged, one end of the blanking push rod is connected to the end part of the piston rod and used for pushing out an assembled product on the assembly position of the assembly platform mechanism;
the assembling platform mechanism comprises a supporting plate and an assembling platform, wherein the supporting plate is fixed on a bottom cabinet, the assembling platform is fixed on the supporting plate, the upper end face of the assembling platform is provided with a strip groove, the middle part of the upper end face is provided with a discharging groove which is vertically crossed and communicated with the strip groove, the nut push rod and the second terminal push rod are respectively arranged at two ends of the strip groove and are oppositely arranged, the nut push rod and the second terminal push rod are arranged in the strip groove and freely stretch and slide, two sides of the strip groove are provided with side strip grooves which are vertically and communicated with the side strip groove, a discharging hole of the nut conveying groove is in butt joint with one end notch of the left side strip groove, the transition platform is provided with a groove which is in butt joint with the right side strip groove, the discharging hole of the terminal conveying groove corresponds to the groove, the first terminal push rod is arranged in the groove and freely slides and is used for pushing a terminal entering the first terminal push rod to the strip groove, and the discharging push rod is arranged in the discharging groove and freely slides and is used for pushing a product at the crossing position of the discharging groove out of the discharging groove to the rear side wiping hole of the assembling platform;
the bolt assembly mechanism comprises a rotating cylinder, a lifting cylinder, a supporting vertical plate, a sliding plate and a rotating head, wherein the supporting vertical plate is vertically supported on a supporting plate, the lifting cylinder is fixed on one side of the supporting vertical plate, a piston rod is arranged upwards, the sliding plate is positioned on the other side of the supporting plate and is in sliding connection with the sliding plate through a sliding rail, the sliding plate is arranged on the sliding plate relative to the supporting plate, the upper end of the sliding plate is connected with a fixing seat, the upper part of the fixing seat is provided with an ascending cylinder, a piston rod of the ascending cylinder is downwards arranged and is connected with a jacking block, the jacking block corresponds to the upper end of the piston of the lifting cylinder up and down, the rotating cylinder is fixed on the sliding plate, the piston rod is downwards arranged, and the rotating head is connected to the lower end of the piston rod of the rotating cylinder.
