Abstract
The invention discloses an anti-aging composition which is prepared by compounding saccharomycetes/acetobacter xylinum/black tea fermentation products, lactobacillus/ginseng root fermentation product filtrate, acetyl hexapeptide-8, dendrobium officinale extract, collagen, phloretin, retinoic acid ester, truffle extract and tricholoma matsutake extract.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to an anti-aging composition and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In order to effectively delay skin aging, the cosmetic field may take countermeasures such as: supplying water and oil to maintain water and oil balance, repairing skin barrier function, inhibiting excessive free radical generation, promoting cell metabolism, supplying skin collagen and elastin, preventing and repairing ultraviolet injury, inhibiting tyrosinase activity and melanin generation, inhibiting non-enzymatic glycosylation reaction, enhancing cell activity, and promoting blood circulation.
Through market research of the applicant, the market scale of the anti-aging skin care products always exceeds two figures of composite growth rate every year, and the proportion of the anti-aging skin care products in the whole skin care market keeps a high-speed growth trend. And customers pay more attention to the anti-aging effect, anti-aging components and safety, and the market tends to be more prone to anti-aging products with multiple efficacies.
The applicant researches and discovers the existing anti-aging products, and skin care products with anti-aging effect are declared on the market to be full of line, but the action mechanisms of the skin care products are different. The applicant finds that most products only start from a certain mechanism and are added with certain functional components in a targeted manner, but sometimes the functional components are not added enough, so that the comprehensive and effective anti-aging effect cannot be achieved.
Therefore, the invention aims to provide an anti-aging product which is prepared by coordinating different components and meets the preferences of various anti-aging functions of consumers.

wherein the yeast/acetobacter xylinum/black tea fermentation product is prepared by fermenting black tea in deionized water through yeast mycelium and acetobacter xylinum at 40 ℃ for 48 hours, filtering, and centrifuging filtrate;
the lactobacillus/ginseng root fermentation product filtrate is prepared by fermenting ginseng roots in deionized water through lactobacillus at 40 ℃ for 48 hours, filtering, and centrifuging the filtrate.
In combination with the first aspect, the present invention further provides a 4 th embodiment of the first aspect, and specifically, the dendrobium officinale extract, the truffle extract and the tricholoma matsutake extract are all prepared by extracting in a water reflux manner under an ultrasonic condition:
respectively adding the dendrobium officinale stem, the truffle and the tricholoma matsutake into corresponding water phase pots, soaking the mixture in distilled water for 40 minutes, heating the mixture to 40 +/-2 ℃, and preserving the temperature at 38-42 ℃;
extracting with ultrasonic for 2 hr under the start of ultrasonic generator, extracting at 48 + -2 deg.C under reflux for 3 hr, filtering, centrifuging the filtrate, and concentrating the supernatant by vacuum distillation to obtain plant extracts.
In a second aspect, the present invention also provides a method for preparing an anti-aging composition, comprising the steps of:
mixing yeast/acetobacter xylinum/black tea fermentation product, lactobacillus/ginseng root fermentation product filtrate, dendrobium officinale extract, white truffle extract and tricholoma matsutake extract in a container, then preserving the temperature at 30-45 ℃, adding acetyl hexapeptide-8, collagen, chromogen, retinoic acid ester and auxiliary components, and stirring uniformly;
wherein the yeast/acetobacter xylinum/black tea fermentation product is prepared by fermenting black tea in deionized water through yeast mycelium and acetobacter xylinum at 40 ℃ for 48 hours, filtering, and centrifuging filtrate;
the lactobacillus/ginseng root fermentation product filtrate is prepared by fermenting ginseng roots in deionized water through lactobacillus at 40 ℃ for 48 hours, filtering, and centrifuging the filtrate.
In combination with the second aspect, the present invention further provides embodiment 1 of the second aspect, specifically, the dendrobium officinale extract, the leucotrichum sinensis extract and the tricholoma matsutake extract are all prepared by extracting in a water reflux manner under an ultrasonic condition:
respectively adding the dendrobium officinale stem, the truffle and the tricholoma matsutake into corresponding water phase pots, soaking the mixture in distilled water for 40 minutes, heating the mixture to 40 +/-2 ℃, and preserving the temperature at 38-42 ℃;
extracting with ultrasonic for 2 hr under the start of ultrasonic generator, extracting at 48 + -2 deg.C under reflux for 3 hr, filtering, centrifuging the filtrate, and concentrating the supernatant by vacuum distillation to obtain plant extracts.
In combination with the second aspect, the present invention also provides the 2 nd embodiment of the second aspect, specifically, the antiaging composition comprises the following components by weight:

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention provides an anti-aging composition, which is prepared by compounding saccharomycetes/acetobacter xylinum/black tea fermentation product, lactobacillus/ginseng root fermentation product filtrate, acetyl hexapeptide-8, dendrobium officinale extract, collagen, chromogen, retinoic acid ester, white truffle extract and tricholoma matsutake extract, and has the following advantages:
1. the anti-aging composition is prepared by scientifically matching the plant fermentation product, the plant extract and various anti-aging components, and tests show that the anti-aging effect of each component raw material is not obvious when the component raw materials are used alone, but the anti-aging effect is obvious after the component raw materials are compounded, and the synergistic effect is realized.
2. In the raw materials, the principle of the monarch, minister, assistant and guide functions of the Chinese herbal medicines is adopted, the competitive inhibition effect of the acetyl hexapeptide-8 is cooperated, and the targeting effect of each component in the anti-aging composition on multiple nodes and steps in the wrinkle generation process is combined; the remarkable anti-aging effect is obtained through the synergistic effect of multiple parties. The anti-aging composition is mild and safe, does not cause skin redness, irritation, allergy and the like to a user, and does not cause irritation negative effects.

The applicant researches the existing anti-aging products, and finds that skin care products with anti-aging effect are full of skin care products in the market, but the action mechanisms of the skin care products are different. The applicant finds that most products only start from a certain mechanism and are added with certain functional components in a targeted manner, but sometimes the functional components are not added enough, so that the comprehensive and effective anti-aging effect cannot be achieved.
Therefore, the invention aims to provide an anti-aging product which is prepared by coordinating different components and meets the preferences of various anti-aging functions of consumers.

Wherein, the yeast/acetobacter xylinum/black tea fermentation product is a product obtained by fermenting black tea through saccharomyces and acetobacter xylinum. The Saccharomyces is the filtrate of saccharomycete mycelium fermentation product, and the acetobacter xylinum is used in brewing sweet and sour and is also the strain for fermenting and culturing black tea fungus.
The lactobacillus/ginseng root fermentation product filtrate is produced by fermenting ginseng roots through lactobacillus. The applicant tests show that the ginsenoside in the filtrate can improve the activity of SOD of the skin, enhance the capacity of the skin for removing free radicals, promote division and proliferation of cells, delay aging of epidermal cells and achieve the effect of relieving wrinkles, and meanwhile, the ginsenoside has a good protection effect on ultraviolet rays, improves the antioxidant activity of the skin to reduce photooxidation of the ultraviolet rays, repairs skin damage, relieves photoaging, prevents wrinkles and resists aging.
In the anti-aging formulation of the present invention, acetyl hexapeptide-8 is an N-terminal mimetic of the neurotensin SNAP25, and functions in the present invention to compete with SNAP25 for binding to form a SNAP protein complex, which results in instability of the SNAP complex, thereby affecting neurotransmitter release, locally blocking neurotransmitter transmission, further blocking muscle contraction, relaxing facial muscles, preventing the formation of wrinkles and fine lines, and simultaneously reducing the depth and length of wrinkles to some extent, respectively, to achieve the effect of smoothing fine lines, especially expression lines.
The DENDROBIUM OFFICINALE extract (INCI name: DENDROBIUM OFFICINALE (Dendrobium OFFICINALE) stem extract) is obtained by carrying out water extraction on fresh DENDROBIUM OFFICINALE strips, and the main component of the DENDROBIUM OFFICINALE extract is DENDROBIUM OFFICINALE polysaccharide. The applicant tests and finds that the dendrobium officinale extract has excellent effects on skin activation, glossiness and elasticity; the product of the invention has multiple functions of anti-aging, special effect moisture retention, skin luster, elasticity enhancement and the like. Has obvious effect of inhibiting tyrosinase activity.
The invention is compatible with collagen (INCI name: soluble collagen) in the components, which is used for rapidly permeating into the skin, supplementing the collagen content in the skin and promoting the proliferation of the collagen per se. Repairing skin reticular structure, and promoting self collagen proliferation. On the other hand, the collagen is also used for moistening the skin, endowing the skin with smooth feeling and also has good conditioning effect on the hair. Collagen has good resistance to various kinds of radiation, and can form a good water-retaining layer to supply all water required by skin. Improving skin and reducing wrinkle.
The invention is compatible with the boswellin (INCI name: hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol) in the components, and the boswellin is essentially sugar, a xylose derivative with anti-aging effect, which is one of a plurality of derivatives of xylose. Xylose (xylose) extracted from beech is subjected to 2-step catalytic reduction reaction in water to obtain the vitreous color factor, which is an uncritical green molecule, is biodegradable, environment-friendly, and free of accumulation in organisms and ecological toxicity. (1) Anti-aging: the vitreous colour is found to have an anti-ageing function, because it promotes the regeneration of glycosaminoglycans (GAGs), the "cotton" inside the dermis is increased, naturally allowing the skin to become more elastic, on the other hand, the problems of wrinkles, sagging of the facial skin, caused by the loss of local structural components, can be easily resolved.
(2) Repairing: the vitreous chromatism as a xylose derivative not only can not generate allergy, but also has strong repair capability, and various sensitive muscles, sunburn, repair after medical and aesthetic operations and the like can be kept up. The small molecular vitronectin has the function of a signal molecule, has the effect of promoting the synthesis of collagen, fibronectin and fibrillin, enables the epidermis and the dermis to be closely linked, and has close relation with the repair of the skin. The vitriol can rebuild the complete structure of the epidermis-dermis layer, and has the similar function as tretinoin, namely, the function of enhancing the thickness of the stratum corneum, so that the barrier function is more complete, but the vitriol has no irritation.
The invention is compatible with retinoic acid ester (INCI name: hydroxy pinacolone retinoic acid ester) in the components, and the functions of the invention are anti-aging, and fine lines and wrinkles are improved; brighter, younger appearance, healthier skin color; improving skin clarity; compared with retinol, it has no irritation.
In the invention, the white truffle extract is a liquid product containing active ingredients such as triterpenes and the like which is prepared by modern extraction, separation and refining by taking white truffle which is originally produced in Yunnan as a raw material. The invention utilizes active polysaccharide and secondary metabolites (polyphenol, sterol and flavonoid components) in the white truffle to inhibit or slow down the oxidation of other molecules, can effectively remove DPPH free radicals, ABTS cation free radicals, hydroxyl free radicals and other free radicals, and has excellent anti-aging and anti-oxidation capabilities. Therefore, the antioxidant can be widely applied to various skin care products and has the functions of high-efficiency antioxidation and anti-aging.
In the invention, the TRICHOLOMA MATSUTAKE (INCI) extract is a liquid product containing triterpenoid components, which is prepared by taking TRICHOLOMA MATSUTAKE (Tricholoma MATSUTAKE) as a raw material through modern extraction and separation technology. The tricholoma matsutake triterpenes serving as tricholoma matsutake active substances are used for inhibiting tyrosinase activity and have good whitening and anti-aging effects when being used for skin care.
According to the key components, the raw materials of each component have an unobvious anti-aging effect when being used independently, but after the specific raw materials are compounded, the anti-aging effect is obvious, and the synergistic effect is achieved, in the raw materials of the anti-aging composition, the principle of the monarch, minister, assistant and guide functions of Chinese herbal medicines is adopted, the competitive inhibition effect of acetyl hexapeptide-8 is cooperated, and the targeting effect of each component in the anti-aging composition on multiple nodes and steps in the wrinkle generation process is combined; the remarkable anti-aging effect is obtained through the synergistic effect of multiple parties. Experiments show that the above key components have limited anti-aging effect when used alone, and 9 specific raw materials are adopted for compounding and combining, so that the anti-aging composition has an obvious anti-aging effect and a synergistic effect, and is superior to that of the single use.
The amount of each component of the present invention is not limited, and the selected amount is the optimum amount selected by combining the effect obtained by the experiment and the cost.

respectively adding the dendrobium officinale stem, the truffle and the tricholoma matsutake into corresponding water phase pots, soaking the mixture in distilled water for 40 minutes, heating the mixture to 40 +/-2 ℃, and preserving the temperature at 38-42 ℃;
extracting with ultrasonic for 2 hr under the start of ultrasonic generator, extracting at 48 + -2 deg.C under reflux for 3 hr, filtering, centrifuging the filtrate, and concentrating the supernatant by vacuum distillation to obtain plant extracts.

example 1: anti-aging cream
This example 1 provides an anti-aging cream comprising the anti-aging composition of the present invention, which is made from the anti-aging composition, an oil phase component, a water phase component, and related adjuvants. The anti-aging cream comprises the following specific raw materials:
phase A: anti-aging composition
Phase B: oil phase component
And C phase: aqueous phase component
Phase D: 0.45 percent of triethanolamine;
phase E: 1.0 percent of auxiliary agent component.

In one preferred formulation, the anti-aging composition is formulated as: 3.5% of yeast/acetobacter xylinum/black tea fermentation product; 1.2% of lactobacillus/ginseng root fermentation product filtrate; acetyl hexapeptide-8.02%; 1.65% of dendrobium officinale extract; 0.1% of collagen; 10% of wave color factor; 0.2% of retinoic acid ester; 2.0% of truffle extractive; 2.0 percent of tricholoma matsutake extract.
In one embodiment, the invention also provides the preparation of example 1:
a. firstly, pumping the phase C into an emulsifying pot, mixing and heating to 83-85 ℃, preserving heat for 20 minutes, and stirring and dissolving completely;
b. adding the phase B into an oil pan, heating to 80-82 ℃, and uniformly stirring and dissolving; a
c. Vacuum pumping the phase B into an emulsifying pot, homogenizing for 5 minutes, and stirring for 5 minutes under the condition of heat preservation; then, vacuumizing and cooling to 60 ℃ under stirring, adding the phase D to adjust the pH value, and continuously cooling;
d. cooling to 50 deg.C, adding phase A into emulsifying pan, and stirring;
e. cooling to 40 deg.C, adding phase E, and stirring.
The test results were as follows:
1. appearance: slightly yellow fine cream
2, pH value: 4.5-7.0;
3. viscosity: 4#6r/100000-150000mpa.s;
4. heat resistance stability test (48 ℃ C.. Times.24H): qualified;
5. cold resistance stability study (-15 ℃ X24H): and (5) passing the test result.
Example 2: anti-aging body lotion
This example 2 provides an anti-aging body lotion comprising the anti-aging composition of the present invention, which is made using the anti-aging composition, oil phase components, water phase components, and related adjuvants. The anti-aging body lotion comprises the following specific raw materials:
phase A: anti-aging composition
Phase B: oil phase component
And C phase: aqueous phase component
Phase D: 0.2 percent of triethanolamine;
e phase: 1.0 percent of auxiliary agent component.

Example 3: anti-aging essence
This example 3 provides an anti-aging essence comprising the anti-aging composition of the present invention, which is prepared using the anti-aging composition, an aqueous phase component, and related adjuvants. The anti-aging essence comprises the following specific raw materials:
phase A: anti-aging composition
Phase B: aqueous phase component
And C phase: 0.20 percent of triethanolamine;
phase D: 1.0 percent of auxiliary agent component.
Wherein, the proportion of the components is the percentage content taking the total amount of the anti-aging essence as the base number.
In one preferred formulation, the anti-aging composition is formulated as: 3.5% of yeast/acetobacter xylinum/black tea fermentation product; 1.2% of lactobacillus/ginseng root fermentation product filtrate; acetyl hexapeptide-8.02%; 1.65% of dendrobium officinale extract; 0.1% of collagen; 10% of wave color factor; 0.2% of retinoic acid ester; 2.0% of truffle extractive; 2.0 percent of tricholoma matsutake extract.
In one embodiment, the invention also provides the preparation of example 3:
a. pumping the phase B into an emulsifying pot, mixing and heating to 83-85 ℃, preserving heat for 20 minutes, and stirring to dissolve completely;
b. cooling to 60 deg.C under stirring, adding phase C to adjust pH, and cooling;
c. cooling to 50 deg.C, adding phase A into emulsifying pot, and stirring;
d. cooling to 40 deg.C, adding phase D, and stirring.
The test results were as follows:
1. appearance: a yellowish transparent liquid;
2, pH value: 4.5-7.0;
3. viscosity: 3#12r/400-1000mpa.s;
4. heat resistance stability test (48 ℃ C.. Times.24H): qualified;
5. cold resistance stability test (-15 ℃ C.. Times.24H): and (4) passing.
Example 4: anti-aging mask liquid
This example 4 provides an anti-aging facial mask solution comprising the anti-aging composition of the present invention, made with the anti-aging composition, an aqueous phase component, and related adjuvants. The anti-aging mask liquid comprises the following specific raw materials:
phase A: anti-aging composition
Phase B: aqueous phase component
And C phase: 0.15 percent of triethanolamine;
phase D: 0.8 percent of auxiliary agent component.
Wherein, the proportion of the components is the percentage content taking the total amount of the anti-aging mask liquid as a base number.
In one preferred formulation, the anti-aging composition is formulated as: 3.5% of yeast/acetobacter xylinum/black tea fermentation product; 1.2% of lactobacillus/ginseng root fermentation product filtrate; acetyl hexapeptide-8.02%; 1.65% of dendrobium officinale extract; 0.1% of collagen; the color factor of the wave is 10 percent; 0.2% of retinoic acid ester; 2.0% of truffle extractive; 2.0 percent of tricholoma matsutake extract.

Phase B: aqueous phase component
And C phase: 1.0 percent of auxiliary agent component.
Wherein the proportion of the components is the percentage content taking the total amount of the anti-aging toner as a base number.
In one preferred formulation, the anti-aging composition is formulated as: 3.5% of yeast/acetobacter xylinum/black tea fermentation product; 1.2% of lactobacillus/ginseng root fermentation product filtrate; acetyl hexapeptide-8.02%; 1.65% of dendrobium officinale extract; 0.1% of collagen; 10% of wave color factor; 0.2% of retinoic acid ester; 2.0% of truffle extractive; 2.0 percent of tricholoma matsutake extract.

Product effect test
To demonstrate the effectiveness and performance of the product of the invention, the following product tests were performed:
1. skin irritation test:
the test method comprises the following steps: 600 volunteers, 200 of which were grouped into three groups, were selected and tested for the anti-aging cream, anti-aging body lotion, anti-aging essence, anti-aging facial mask liquid, and anti-aging toner of examples 1-5, respectively. Each tester was tested by controlling the inner sides of the left and right arms, and the inner side of the left hand was coated with 0.5g of the cosmetic according to examples 1-5 of the present invention, and the inner side of the right hand was coated with 0.5g of the blank base material twice a day, and the skin reaction after 24 hours and 72 hours was recorded.
The results show that: after the product of the invention is coated for 24 hours and 72 hours, no allergic phenomena such as skin redness or erythema occur, which indicates that the anti-aging composition of the invention is safe to be applied in cosmetics and has no adverse phenomenon.
2. The product of the invention has the following efficacy verification:
the test method comprises the following steps:
group one: 200 people, using common cosmetics on the market, 2 times per day, and continuously using for 2 months;
and (2) group II: 200 persons, using the anti-aging cream of the invention in the embodiment 1, 2 times a day for 2 months;
and (4) group III: 200 persons, using the anti-aging body lotion of the invention, example 2, 2 times a day for 2 months;
group four: 200 persons, using the anti-aging essence of the embodiment 3 of the invention, 2 times a day for 2 months;
group five: the anti-aging mask liquid of the embodiment 4 of the invention is used for 2 times a day for 2 months for 200 people;
group six: 200 persons, use the anti-aging toner of the invention in example 5 for 2 times a day for 2 months;
the results of the experiment are shown in table 1 below:

And (4) analyzing results:
1. based on the table 1, the anti-aging composition disclosed by the invention is applied to various types of cosmetics, and various dosage form products have good anti-aging effect and can effectively remove wrinkles; compared with common cosmetics, the cosmetic has remarkable effect. And the cosmetic using the anti-aging composition of the invention shows the effect after half a month, and the effect is obvious after 2 months of use.
2. Through the record of a subject, the product has excellent wrinkle removing effect on wrinkles generated by aging, such as eye wrinkles, forehead wrinkles, and french wrinkles, and has good anti-aging effect.
The invention creatively selects the raw materials with the synergistic anti-aging effect to prepare the anti-aging composition and the series of anti-aging cosmetics. The series of cosmetics are tested and compared in vitro, and the final product performance is comprehensively evaluated through volunteer trial, skin test and questionnaire survey.

proportionally mixing yeast/acetobacter xylinum/black tea fermentation product, lactobacillus/ginseng root fermentation product filtrate, dendrobium officinale extract, white truffle extract and tricholoma matsutake extract in a container, then preserving the temperature at 30-45 ℃, adding acetyl hexapeptide-8, collagen, pornogen, retinoic acid ester and auxiliary components, and uniformly stirring;
wherein the yeast/acetobacter xylinum/black tea fermentation product is prepared by fermenting black tea in deionized water through yeast mycelium and acetobacter xylinum at 40 ℃ for 48 hours, filtering, and centrifuging filtrate;
the lactobacillus/ginseng root fermentation product filtrate is prepared by fermenting ginseng roots in deionized water through lactobacillus at 40 ℃ for 48 hours, filtering, and centrifuging the filtrate.
5. The anti-aging composition according to claim 4, wherein:
the dendrobium officinale extract, the truffle extract and the tricholoma matsutake extract are prepared by extracting in a water reflux mode under an ultrasonic state:
respectively adding the dendrobium officinale stem, the truffle and the tricholoma matsutake into corresponding water phase pots, soaking the mixture in distilled water for 40 minutes, heating the mixture to 40 +/-2 ℃, and preserving the temperature at 38-42 ℃;
ultrasonic extracting for 2 hr with ultrasonic generator, heating at 48 + -2 deg.C under reflux for 3 hr, filtering, centrifuging, and concentrating the supernatant by vacuum distillation to obtain plant extracts.
6. A method of preparing an anti-aging composition, comprising the steps of:
mixing yeast/acetobacter xylinum/black tea fermentation product, lactobacillus/ginseng root fermentation product filtrate, dendrobium officinale extract, white truffle extract and tricholoma matsutake extract in a container, then preserving the temperature at 30-45 ℃, adding acetyl hexapeptide-8, collagen, chromogen, retinoic acid ester and auxiliary components, and stirring uniformly;
wherein the yeast/acetobacter xylinum/black tea fermentation product is prepared by fermenting black tea in deionized water through yeast mycelium and acetobacter xylinum at 40 ℃ for 48 hours, filtering, and centrifuging filtrate;
the lactobacillus/ginseng root fermentation product filtrate is prepared by fermenting ginseng roots in deionized water through lactobacillus at 40 ℃ for 48 hours, filtering, and centrifuging the filtrate.
7. The method of preparing an anti-aging composition according to claim 6, wherein:
the dendrobium officinale extract, the truffle extract and the tricholoma matsutake extract are prepared by extracting in a water reflux mode under an ultrasonic state:
respectively adding the dendrobium officinale stem, the truffle and the tricholoma matsutake into corresponding water phase pots, soaking the mixture in distilled water for 40 minutes, heating the mixture to 40 +/-2 ℃, and preserving the temperature at 38-42 ℃;
extracting with ultrasonic for 2 hr under the start of ultrasonic generator, extracting at 48 + -2 deg.C under reflux for 3 hr, filtering, centrifuging the filtrate, and concentrating the supernatant by vacuum distillation to obtain plant extracts.
8. The method of preparing the antiaging composition according to claim 6, wherein the antiaging composition comprises the following components by weight percent:
wherein the auxiliary agent is essence and/or preservative;
the proportion of each component of the anti-aging composition is the percentage content of the total amount of cosmetics containing the anti-aging composition as a base.
