背景技术
军在国民经济的许多部门和许多场所以及消防、军事等重要领域,由于生产操作对象及环境条件的特殊性,极易因织物的静电放电火花或其他火种引起火灾。因此,为确保相关人员的人身安全,要求上述部门和场所使用的防护服必须兼具阻燃和防静电的双重功能,而不能只具有单一的防护功能。
目前市场上虽然也有不少阻燃防静电面料,但其为保证具有一定的阻燃性其厚度、透气性较差。因此,如何在保证面料具有良好的防静电性能和阻燃性能的前提下,降低其厚度,使其在常温下具有良好的透气性是亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种阻燃防静电面料及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
本发明提供的一种阻燃防静电面料,包括外层和内层,所述外层包括第一弹性层和第二弹性层以及均匀设于第一弹性层、第二弹性层之间的受热收缩条,所述受热收缩条由形状记忆合金丝加捻而成,捻系数为100-150,所述受热收缩条的高温形状为长直线状、低温形状为正弦曲线状,所述第一弹性层、第二弹性层相对侧涂覆有阻燃层,所述第一弹性层、第二弹性层之间相互粘结包覆于热收缩条,以使所述表层两侧形成有若干个弧形凸条部,在所述热收缩条处于低温状态下时,所述弧形凸条部位置处的第一弹性层、第二弹性层处于被拉伸状态;所述内层贴敷于表层一侧的弧形凸条部上,所述内层与外层之间的弧形凸条部位置处沿其延伸方向缝制有导电纱线,以使内层与外层连接,所述外层中相邻弧形凸条部的凹槽与内层之间设置有受热膨胀条。
优选的,所述导电纱线由导电纤维加捻而成,捻系数为60-80。
优选的,所述受热膨胀条由膨胀纱线加捻而成,所述膨胀纱线包括可膨胀石墨、耐高温胶粘剂、耐高温纤维。

本发明还提供一种阻燃防静电面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:将阻燃浆料均匀的涂覆于第一弹性层和第二弹性层的一侧,置于42-45℃的电热鼓风干燥箱中干燥60-70min后,取出待用;
步骤二:将粘合剂均匀的涂覆于第二弹性层一侧,随后将受热收缩条均匀的置于第二弹性层涂覆粘合剂的一侧,并使受热收缩条正弦曲线状的波峰与第二弹性层粘合,然后将第一弹性层对齐并置于第二弹性层一侧覆盖受热收缩条,压合第一弹性层和第二弹性层使其相互粘合,得到外层,其中,在第一弹性层和第二弹性层粘合后,使得受热收缩条位置处的第一弹性层、第二弹性层均处于同等被拉伸状态;
步骤三:将受热膨胀条均匀的放置于步骤二中外层一侧的相邻弧状凸起部之间的凹槽中,再将内层置于外层的一侧覆盖受热膨胀条,最后沿受热收缩条所在位置通过缝制机将内层与外层缝制在一起,得到阻燃防静电面料。
优选的,所述缝制机采用的纱线为导电纱线。
优选的,在所述步骤二中第一弹性层和第二弹性层粘合时,第一弹性层和第二弹性层涂覆阻燃浆料的一侧位于二者的相对侧。

请参阅图1-3,本发明提供了一种阻燃防静电面料,包括外层1和内层2,所述外层1包括第一弹性层1a和第二弹性层1b以及均匀设于第一弹性层1a、第二弹性层1b之间的受热收缩条1c,所述受热收缩条1c由形状记忆合金丝加捻而成,捻系数为100-150,所述受热收缩条1c的高温形状为长直线状、低温形状为正弦曲线状,所述第一弹性层1a、第二弹性层1b相对侧涂覆有阻燃层,所述第一弹性层1a、第二弹性层1b之间相互粘结包覆于受热收缩条1c,以使所述外层1两侧形成有若干个弧形凸条部3,在所述受热收缩条1c处于低温状态下时,所述弧形凸条部3位置处的第一弹性层1a、第二弹性层1b处于被拉伸状态;所述内层2贴敷于表层一侧的弧形凸条部3上,所述内层2与外层1之间的弧形凸条部3位置处沿其延伸方向缝制有导电纱线4,以使内层2与外层1连接,所述外层1中相邻弧形凸条部3的凹槽与内层2之间设置有受热膨胀条1c。
在低温(即常温)时,受热收缩条1c为正弦曲线状其波峰抵触于第一弹性层1a、第二弹性层1b使得面料的该位置处的第一弹性层1a、第二弹性层1b拉伸,进而使其外层1该处的孔隙增大,提高了面料的透气性能,并且由于受热收缩条1c的设置(即形成的弧形凸条部3)使得外层1和内层2在连接后之间形成较多的空隙结构,进一提高了面料的透气性能,而在高温(即火灾)时,受热收缩条1c变化成长直线状,此时第一弹性层1a、第二弹性层1b恢复初始状态,外层1空隙减小,防止外界温度传导至内层2中,且由于外层1涂覆有阻燃层,阻燃层能形成防护膜使其具有阻燃效果,而于此同时,设置在内层2与外层1之间的受热膨胀条1c会发生膨胀,该膨胀会增大内层2与外层1之间的距离即厚度,防止外界温度传导至内层2(内层贴近于皮肤),而将内层2与外层1连接的导电纱线,导电纱线4由导电纤维加捻而成,捻系数为60-80,其能保证面料具有抗静电性能。
需要注意的是,为了提高其阻燃性和隔热性,外层的孔隙较小,其在常温下,透气性能较差,而本发明通过受热收缩条1c的设置,可在常温下,使得外层的孔隙增大,提高其透气性,而在高温下,使得外层的孔隙恢复,提高其阻燃性能和隔热性能。
具体而言,上述的形状记忆合金丝的相变温度为70℃~90℃,可根据具体使用环境和位置设定相变温度,例如,将形状记忆合金丝应用于消防服的外层材料中,可选择相变温度较高的合金丝;如果将合金丝用于隔热层,可选择相变温度为45~55℃之间的合金丝。该合金丝直径为0 .1~0 .4mm,制成的受热收缩条1c其低温形状为正弦曲线状,波高为20~50mm,波长为40~100mm,高温形状为长直丝状,形状记忆合金丝包括镍钛合金丝、铜基合金丝等,优选地,镍钛合金的抗拉强度为850Mpa,镍含量为55.4~56.2%。
具体而言,上述的阻燃层的厚度为0.15-0.2mm;所述阻燃层为采用阻燃浆料涂覆于第二面料层的另一表面得到的薄膜层。阻燃浆料采用常规技术的阻燃浆料即可。
具体而言,所述受热膨胀条1c由膨胀纱线加捻而成,所述膨胀纱线包括可膨胀石墨、耐高温胶粘剂、耐高温纤维。将可膨胀石墨,耐高温胶粘剂按比例放入真空脱泡搅拌机中充分搅拌、混合均匀,制得混合液;再将混合液均匀喷洒在耐高温纤维表面,并在一定温度条件下进行固化获得可膨胀纤维,最后将可膨胀纤维利用纺纱技术制得受热可膨胀纱线,上述具体制备方式为现有技术(CN108866726B),这里不再赘述。
当然受热膨胀条1c也可以由形状记性纤维制成,其低温形状为长直丝状,高温正弦曲线状。
具体的,所述第一弹性层1a和第二弹性层1b均由聚谜酯弹性纤维和聚烯烃弹性纤维经纬编织而成,所述内层2由真丝纤维和涤纶长纤经纬编织而成。
本发明还提供了一种阻燃防静电面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:将阻燃浆料均匀的涂覆于第一弹性层1a和第二弹性层1b的一侧,置于42℃的电热鼓风干燥箱中干燥60min后,取出待用;
步骤二:将粘合剂均匀的涂覆于第二弹性层1b一侧,随后将受热收缩条1c均匀的置于第二弹性层1b涂覆粘合剂的一侧,并使受热收缩条1c正弦曲线状的波峰与第二弹性层1b粘合,然后将第一弹性层1a对齐并置于第二弹性层1b一侧覆盖受热收缩条1c,压合第一弹性层1a和第二弹性层1b使其相互粘合,得到外层1,其中,在第一弹性层1a和第二弹性层1b粘合后,使得受热收缩条1c位置处的第一弹性层1a、第二弹性层1b均处于同等被拉伸状态;
步骤三:将受热膨胀条1c均匀的放置于步骤二中外层1一侧的相邻弧状凸起部之间的凹槽中,然后将内层2置于外层1的一侧覆盖受热膨胀条1c,最后沿受热收缩条1c所在位置通过缝制机将内层2与外层1缝制在一起,得到阻燃防静电面料。
进一步地,所述缝制机采用的纱线为导电纱线4。
进一步地,在所述步骤二中第一弹性层1a和第二弹性层1b粘合时,第一弹性层1a和第二弹性层1b涂覆阻燃浆料的一侧位于二者的相对侧。

Claims (7)

1.一种阻燃防静电面料,包括外层和内层,所述外层包括第一弹性层和第二弹性层以及均匀设于第一弹性层、第二弹性层之间的受热收缩条,所述受热收缩条由形状记忆合金丝加捻而成,捻系数为100-150,所述受热收缩条的高温形状为长直线状、低温形状为正弦曲线状,所述第一弹性层、第二弹性层相对侧涂覆有阻燃层,所述第一弹性层、第二弹性层之间相互粘结包覆于受热收缩条,以使所述外层两侧形成有若干个弧形凸条部,在所述受热收缩条处于低温状态下时,所述弧形凸条部位置处的第一弹性层、第二弹性层处于被拉伸状态;所述内层贴敷于表层一侧的弧形凸条部上,所述内层与外层之间的弧形凸条部位置处沿其延伸方向缝制有导电纱线,以使内层与外层连接,所述外层中相邻弧形凸条部的凹槽与内层之间设置有受热膨胀条。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃防静电面料,其特征在于,所述导电纱线由导电纤维加捻而成,捻系数为60-80。
3.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃防静电面料,其特征在于,所述受热膨胀条由膨胀纱线加捻而成,所述膨胀纱线包括可膨胀石墨、耐高温胶粘剂、耐高温纤维。
4.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃防静电面料,其特征在于,所述第一弹性层和第二弹性层均由聚谜酯弹性纤维和聚烯烃弹性纤维经纬编织而成,所述内层由真丝纤维和涤纶长纤经纬编织而成。
5.权利要求1所述的阻燃防静电面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:将阻燃浆料均匀的涂覆于第一弹性层和第二弹性层的一侧,置于42-45℃的电热鼓风干燥箱中干燥60-70min后,取出待用;
步骤二:将粘合剂均匀的涂覆于第二弹性层一侧,随后将受热收缩条均匀的置于第二弹性层涂覆粘合剂的一侧,并使受热收缩条正弦曲线状的波峰与第二弹性层粘合,然后将第一弹性层对齐并置于第二弹性层一侧覆盖受热收缩条,压合第一弹性层和第二弹性层使其相互粘合,得到外层,其中,在第一弹性层和第二弹性层粘合后,使得受热收缩条位置处的第一弹性层、第二弹性层均处于同等被拉伸状态;
步骤三:将受热膨胀条均匀的放置于步骤二中外层一侧的相邻弧形凸起部之间的凹槽中,然后内层置于外层的一侧覆盖受热膨胀条,最后沿受热收缩条所在位置通过缝制机将内层与外层缝制在一起,得到阻燃防静电面料。
6.根据权利要求5所述的阻燃防静电面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述缝制机采用的纱线为导电纱线。
7.根据权利要求5所述的阻燃防静电面料的制备方法,其特征在于:在所述步骤二中第一弹性层和第二弹性层粘合时,第一弹性层和第二弹性层涂覆阻燃浆料的一侧位于二者的相对侧。
