Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of plant cultivation, and particularly relates to a method for cultivating seedlings of a sand-storage seed-cutting cuttings in oasis I.
Background
The oasis I is a grass variety which is originally developed by the national center for engineering and technology research of grass and fungus and the Hainan base (the Hainan base of the national center for grass and fungus), and research demonstrations of grass and fungus for treating water and soil loss, desertification, sand prevention and sand fixation, saline-alkali soil improvement, arsenic sandstone treatment and the like are carried out in the yellow river basin for more than 20 years, so that series achievements are obtained. Oasis one belongs to gramineae, is similar to reed and bamboo, and is a perennial gramineae plant. Has thick and multi-section rootstocks, upright stalks, big and strong stems, branching capability, plant height of 3-10 m, 1-4 cm thick stems, wide leaves, fresh green leaves and 2-5 cm wide leaves. The plant grows fast, the coverage is strong, the management is extensive, the mature growth basically does not need to apply fertilizer and weedicide, no plant diseases and insect pests. The oasis I has drought tolerance, waterlogging tolerance, high temperature resistance, cold resistance, saline and alkaline tolerance, barren tolerance and strong stress resistance.
The Juncao such as oasis I and the like can be propagated and cultivated through a cutting technology, but because oasis I is hollow, nutrients are not easy to keep, the Juncao cannot survive through cutting propagation, and the seedling rate by utilizing the conventional cutting technology is not more than 30%. In order to solve the problem, technicians use a seedling tissue culture method, and in the actual process, the overwintering survival rate of tissue culture seedlings of oasis I after test planting reaches more than 99 percent. However, tissue culture has the following disadvantages: compared with traditional cuttage and grafting, the condition required by tissue culture is higher, certain requirements are also provided for equipment, and an aseptic environment is ensured during culture. The biggest disadvantage of tissue culture is that the survival rate of transplanted plants is low, and although many seedlings can be cultured, the ability of adapting to the environment still needs to be improved, and further, the application of tissue culture is limited. Therefore, a seedling raising method is urgently needed to be found at present to improve the seedling rate of the first seedling raising of oasis.
