一种轧光机用可调节压力辊，包括箱体、移动板、第一连接杆、第一电机、第二电机、上压力辊、下压力辊和齿轮；箱体相互远离的侧端面上分别设有第一通孔；移动板的一侧端面上设有多组装配齿，移动板滑动连接箱体；第一连接杆穿过箱体的内壁并设有转盘，第一连接杆上设有用于限制移动板位置的定位组件；齿轮安装在第一连接杆的两端，齿轮与多组装配齿啮合连接；上压力辊的两端分别设有第一转轴；第一转轴穿过第一通孔并转动连接移动板；第一电机转动连接第一转轴；下压力辊的两端分别设有第二转轴；第二转轴转动连接箱体内壁，第二转轴的一端穿过箱体内壁并转动连接第二电机。本发明可以调节压力辊之间距离，便于对不同材质和厚度的布料轧光。
