Abstract

本发明公开了一种一步法用胶粉生产橡胶板块工艺方法,其特点是用废橡胶制品粉碎制成的胶粉加入配合剂直接进行硫化制成橡胶板块,可有效地解决用天然胶或合成胶制胶板由于原料价格高所造成的胶板成本高以及用再生胶生产胶板由于再生胶再生过程复杂所造成的生产成本高的弊端,提高了废旧橡胶的利用率并降低橡胶板块的成本。

Description

一步法用胶粉生产橡胶板块工艺方法
本发明涉及一种生产橡胶板块的工艺方法,尤其是一步法用胶粉生产橡胶板块的工艺方法。
目前生产橡胶板块通常采用天然胶或合成胶添加配合剂的工艺方法,或用天然胶、合成胶并用再生胶、胶粉加配合剂的工艺方法。由于天然胶资源紧、价格高,用天然胶添加胶粉的工艺中胶粉添加的份量有限,所以制成品价格较高,而再生胶生产需经过废橡胶粉碎、脱硫、精炼等工艺过程,这就造成生产成本较高,必然导致橡胶板块成本较高。
本发明的目的是提供一种一步法用胶粉生产橡胶板块工艺方法,可以用废旧橡胶粉碎后加入配合剂直接制成橡胶板块,降低橡胶板块的生产成本。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是用废橡胶粉碎制成的胶粉加入配合剂混合均匀,直接装入模具进行硫化,制成橡胶板块,具体工艺方法如下:按重量百分比将40--90%胶粉,0.5--5%硫黄、0--3%活性剂、0.5--4%综合促进剂、0--30%软化剂、0--30补强剂、0--3%防老剂均匀混合后装入模具内,在140-155℃温度范围内,40Kg/cm2以上的压力下进行硫化,硫化时间依胶板厚度控制在10--60分钟内。
由于上述技术方案采用了直接用废橡胶粉碎制成的胶粉与配合剂混合进行硫化的一步法用胶粉生产橡胶板块的工艺方法,可有效地解决用天然胶或合成胶生产橡胶板块成本高以及用再生胶生产橡胶板块生产成本高的弊端,提高废橡胶的利用率并降低橡胶板块制品的成本。
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明。
以重量百分比93.25,0.93,0.22,4.66,0.93的比例将胶粉、硫黄、促进剂、软化剂、防老剂均匀混合,取100Kg胶粉、1kg硫黄、促进剂CZ0.16Kg、促进剂D0.08Kg、软化剂(松焦油)5Kg、防老剂NB0.5Kg、防老剂RD0.5Kg均匀混合,装人模具,以40Kg/cm2的压力,以145℃的温度进行硫化,以15cm厚的胶板为例,硫化20分钟后即制成所需的橡胶板块。

Claims (1)

  1. 一步法用胶粉生产橡胶板块工艺方法,其特征在于:用废橡胶制成的胶粉加入配合剂混合后直接进行硫化制成所需的橡胶板块,具体工艺为:按重量百分比将胶粉40--99%,硫黄0.5--5%、活性剂0--3%、综合促进剂0.5--4%、补强剂0--30%  软化剂0--30%、防老剂0--3%均匀混合,在140℃--155℃的温度范围内,40Kg/cm2以上的压力下进行硫化,硫化时间根据胶板厚度控制在10--60分钟内。
