本发明属于感温变色材料技术领域,一种电气绝缘用感温变色绝缘包材,包括依次层叠设置的胶粘层、硅胶导热层、基材层、感温变色层和抗紫外线层。感温变色层由羟基丙烯酸树脂、氟碳树脂、溶剂、聚乙二醇、光稳定剂、填料、感温变色微胶囊和固化剂制备而成;抗紫外线层由聚乙烯树脂、纳米二氧化钛和分散剂制备而成。本发明所提供的电气绝缘用感温变色绝缘包材,在保证了电气绝缘的前提下,通过感温变色层可显示电气设备的温度变化,有助于及时发现高温现象,抗紫外线层可以减少紫外线对感温变色层温度的影响,同时延长包材的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明属于感温变色材料技术领域,具体涉及一种电气绝缘用感温变色绝缘包材。
背景技术
电气绝缘包材适用于各种电阻零件的绝缘。如电缆接头缠绕,绝缘破损修复,各类电机、电子零件的绝缘防护等,因此电气绝缘包材需要具有耐高温、防水、耐电压的特性,但现有的电气绝缘包材在发生高温现象时无法方便直观的观察到电气设备的温度变化。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少在一定程度上解决上述技术问题。为此,本发明目的在于提供一种电气绝缘用感温变色绝缘包材。
本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种电气绝缘用感温变色绝缘包材,包括依次层叠设置的胶粘层、硅胶导热层、基材层、感温变色层和抗紫外线层。
优选地,所述感温变色层由以下重量份数的组分制备而成:
羟基丙烯酸树脂5~30份,氟碳树脂1~10份,溶剂25份,聚乙二醇0.5~3份,光稳定剂0.25~1份,填料0.3~1.8份,感温变色微胶囊0.5~5份,固化剂;所述固化剂与羟基丙烯酸树脂中的羟基摩尔比为(0.95~1.1):1。
以羟基丙烯酸树脂主要材料,采用氟碳树脂进行氟化改性,加入光稳定剂来提高感温变色层的耐候性,加入聚乙二醇扩展材料的分子链提高感温变色层的韧性和硬度,加入粉末状的填料进行颗粒增强提高感温变色层的力学性能。所制备的树脂分散液与感温变色微胶囊有较好的相容性,感温变色微胶囊均匀的分散在树脂分散液中。制得的感温变色层具有良好电学性能和力学性能,可根据感温变色层颜色的变化判断设备表面的温度。
优选地,所述固化剂为脂肪族异氰酸酯、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯中的一种。
优选地,所述溶剂为乙酸甲酯、乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯、甲苯、二甲苯、丙酮中的一种或多种的组合。
优选地,所述聚乙二醇为1,4一丁二醇(BDO)、1,6一己二醇、甘油、三羟甲基丙烷、二甘醇(DEG)、三甘醇、新戊二醇(NPG)、山梨醇、乙二醇、聚乙二醇、二乙氨基乙醇(DEAE)、乙二胺(DA)、N,N-二羟基(二异丙基)苯胺(HPA)、氢醌一二(β一羟乙基)醚(HQEE)中的一种或多种的组合。
优选地,所述光稳定剂为紫外线吸收剂UV-P、紫外线吸收剂UV-O、紫外线吸收剂UV-9、紫外线吸收剂UV-531、紫外线吸收剂UVP-327、紫外线吸收剂RMB、光稳定剂AM-101、光稳定剂GW-540、光稳定剂744、光稳定剂HPT中的一种或多种的组合。
优选地,所述填料为高岭土、硅藻土、滑石粉、石墨、炭黑、氧化铝粉、玻璃粉、石棉粉、云母粉、石英粉、碳纤维中的一种或多种的组合。
优选地,所述抗紫外线层由以下重量份数的组分制备而成:聚乙烯树脂5~30份,纳米二氧化钛0.75~3份,分散剂1~4份;其中纳米二氧化钛的粒径为10-40纳米。
在分散剂的作用下,纳米二氧化钛均匀的与聚乙烯树脂混合,紫外吸照射到抗紫外线层上时,纳米二氧化钛既可以吸收紫外线,也可以将紫外线散射回去,可以有效减少透过抗紫外线层的紫外线。
优选地,所述抗紫外线层上还设有透明耐磨层。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明所提供的电气绝缘用感温变色绝缘包材,在保证了电气绝缘的前提下,通过感温变色层可显示电气设备的温度变化,有助于及时发现高温现象,抗紫外线层可以减少紫外线对感温变色层温度的影响,同时延长包材的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步阐释。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本发明中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
如图1所示,本发明所提供的电气绝缘用感温变色绝缘包材,包括依次层叠设置的胶粘层1、硅胶导热层2、基材层3、感温变色层4、抗紫外线层5和透明耐磨层6。胶粘层1用于使包材牢固的粘在电气设备上,硅胶导热层2将热量高效的向外传递,普通电工胶布温度等级一般为80℃,本实施例中感温变色层4优选为超过80℃即发生颜色转变且不可逆,便于观察,抗紫外线层5用于吸收紫外线和散射紫外线,减少紫外线对感温变色层4的温度干扰,同时防止感温变色层4老化。
采用70℃以上不可逆的感温变色微胶囊制作感温变色层样品,并对感温变色层的性能进行研究:
1)在磁力搅拌条件下,向100mL乙酸丁酯中加入90g羟基丙烯酸树脂FX-9024,待搅拌5min后缓慢加10g氟碳树脂,60℃下搅拌2h,得到氟碳树脂改性羟基丙烯酸树脂;
2)依次将2g白炭黑、1g紫外线吸收剂UV-327、3g聚乙二醇400缓慢加入步骤1)制备的羟基丙烯酸树脂分散液中,搅拌12h后停止反应,静置12h;
3)取5g80℃感温变色微胶囊(黄/无色),在磁力搅拌的条件下均匀分散在步骤2)分散液中,并超声30min,得到温致变色涂料。
往步骤3)制备的温致变色涂料中加入10g六亚甲基二异氰酸酯,搅拌均匀后采用喷涂的方式在10*10cm玻璃表面进行沉积,室温条件下表干30min后具备初步力学性能,实干2d后可得到感温变色层。
所制备的感温变色层样品随环境温度升高,在80℃左右变色前后的光学数码照片见图2和图3所示,其中室温下感温变色层表现为深蓝色,在80℃以上环境下变为白色,转移至室温后无法恢复为深蓝色。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)测试样品的形貌如图4所示。
由此可见,一旦电气设备的温度超过80℃,感温变色层即会发生不可逆的变色,使用者观察到后即可对电气设备进行进一步的排查和检修。
本发明不局限于上述可选实施方式,任何人在本发明的启示下都可得出其他各种形式的产品,但不论在其形状或结构上作任何变化,凡是落入本发明权利要求界定范围内的技术方案,均落在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种电气绝缘用感温变色绝缘包材,其特征在于:包括依次层叠设置的胶粘层、硅胶导热层、基材层、感温变色层和抗紫外线层。
2.如权利要求1所述的电气绝缘用感温变色绝缘包材,其特征在于:所述感温变色层由以下重量份数的组分制备而成:
羟基丙烯酸树脂5~30份,
氟碳树脂1~10份,
溶剂25份,
聚乙二醇0.5~3份,
光稳定剂0.25~1份,
填料0.3~1.8份,
感温变色微胶囊0.5~5份,
固化剂;
所述固化剂与羟基丙烯酸树脂中的羟基摩尔比为(0.95~1.1):1。
3.如权利要求2所述的电气绝缘用感温变色绝缘包材,其特征在于:所述固化剂为脂肪族异氰酸酯、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯中的一种。
4.如权利要求2所述的电气绝缘用感温变色绝缘包材,其特征在于:所述溶剂为乙酸甲酯、乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯、甲苯、二甲苯、丙酮中的一种或多种的组合。
5.如权利要求2所述的电气绝缘用感温变色绝缘包材,其特征在于:所述聚乙二醇为1,4一丁二醇、1,6一己二醇、甘油、三羟甲基丙烷、二甘醇、三甘醇、新戊二醇、山梨醇、乙二醇、聚乙二醇、二乙氨基乙醇、乙二胺、N,N-二羟基(二异丙基)苯胺、氢醌一二(β一羟乙基)醚中的一种或多种的组合。
6.如权利要求2所述的电气绝缘用感温变色绝缘包材,其特征在于:所述光稳定剂为紫外线吸收剂UV-P、紫外线吸收剂UV-O、紫外线吸收剂UV-9、紫外线吸收剂UV-531、紫外线吸收剂UVP-327、紫外线吸收剂RMB、光稳定剂AM-101、光稳定剂GW-540、光稳定剂744、光稳定剂HPT中的一种或多种的组合。
7.如权利要求2所述的电气绝缘用感温变色绝缘包材,其特征在于:所述填料为高岭土、硅藻土、滑石粉、石墨、炭黑、氧化铝粉、玻璃粉、石棉粉、云母粉、石英粉、碳纤维中的一种或多种的组合。
8.如权利要求1所述的电气绝缘用感温变色绝缘包材,其特征在于:所述抗紫外线层由以下重量份数的组分制备而成:
聚乙烯树脂5~30份,
纳米二氧化钛0.75~3份,
分散剂1~4份。
9.如权利要求8所述的电气绝缘用感温变色绝缘包材,其特征在于:所述纳米二氧化钛的粒径为10-40纳米。
