Abstract
本发明涉及真空过滤洗涤干燥设备技术领域,且公开了一种翻转式真空过滤洗涤干燥设备,包括;顶部支撑平板;所述顶部支撑平板上端面左侧连接翻转装置;所述翻转装置的右端连接料筒;以及所述料筒上端连接的搅拌提升装置;其中,所述顶部支撑平板连接在立式支撑方管上,所述立式支撑方管连接在底部支撑方管上。在于克服现有的工艺采用自然沉降过滤、人工转移、人工回收方式,存在过滤时间长、物料回收率低、污染风险大、劳动密集、场地需求大和批间不能重现的弊端而提供的一种翻转式真空过滤洗涤干燥设备。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及真空过滤洗涤干燥设备领域,具体为一种翻转式真空过滤洗涤干燥设备。
背景技术
传统的,在做原料药的精制干燥实验时,通常是将漏斗固定在烧杯上,漏斗处铺设滤布,将悬浊液倒入漏斗,由于重力的影响,溶剂将通过滤布流入烧杯中,潮湿的滤饼沉积在滤布上实现固液分离,接着人工将滤布上的滤饼转移到干燥盘中并将干燥盘装载到干燥烘箱内,干燥完毕后再将干燥盘取出,粉料装入回收容器内实现产品回收。
传统工艺由于是采用自然沉降过滤、人工转移、人工回收的方式,存在着过滤时间长、物料回收率低、污染风险大、劳动密集、场地需求大和批间不能重现的弊端。
因此针对以上问题提出一种翻转式真空过滤洗涤干燥设备。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有的工艺采用自然沉降过滤、人工转移、人工回收方式,存在过滤时间长、物料回收率低、污染风险大、劳动密集、场地需求大和批间不能重现的弊端而提供的一种翻转式真空过滤洗涤干燥设备。
实现上述目的的技术方案是:一种翻转式真空过滤洗涤干燥设备,包括;
顶部支撑平板;
所述顶部支撑平板上端面左侧连接翻转装置;
所述翻转装置的右端连接料筒;以及
所述料筒上端连接的搅拌提升装置;
其中,所述顶部支撑平板连接在立式支撑方管上,所述立式支撑方管连接在底部支撑方管上。
优选的,所述翻转装置包括翻转罩壳,所述翻转罩壳连接在所述顶部支撑平板上端面左侧,所述翻转罩壳内设置有翻转减速机,所述翻转罩壳的前侧壁设置手摇把手,所述手摇把手连接到所述翻转减速机;
所述顶部支撑平板上端面右侧连接翻转轴承支撑座,所述翻转轴承支撑座内设置有翻转轴承;翻转传动轴的左端与所述翻转减速机连接,所述翻转传动轴的右端穿过所述翻转轴承连接到料筒连接法兰。
优选的,所述料筒连接法兰连接在所述料筒的外侧壁;所述料筒的外侧壁上还分别设置有换热介质进口和换热介质出口,所述料筒的上端连接封头,所述封头上分别设置进料口、出料口和取样口;
排液底盘的上端面连接滤板,所述排液底盘下端面设置母液出口,所述排液底盘通过卡箍连接在所述料筒的下端。
优选的,所述料筒的内部中心位置设置搅拌轴,所述搅拌轴的下端外侧壁连接搅拌桨。
优选的,所述搅拌提升装置包括旋转提升护罩,所述旋转提升护罩内部下端设置旋转轴承座,所述旋转轴承座内设置旋转轴承,所述旋转提升护罩内部上端设置提升组件,所述提升组件连接搅拌电机,所述搅拌电机连接搅拌减速机,所述搅拌轴的上端穿过所述旋转轴承连接到所述搅拌减速机。
优选的,所述顶部支撑平板上设置有螺栓孔,所述翻转罩壳和所述翻转轴承支撑座通过螺栓连接在所述顶部支撑平板上。
优选的,所述搅拌桨的旋转直径与所述料筒的内径相同,所述搅拌桨的外端贴合所述料筒的内壁。
优选的,所述滤板由锻件法兰和不锈钢烧结滤网焊接而成,搭载在排液底盘上。
本发明的有益效果是:
1.通过设置排液底盘的上端面连接滤板,排液底盘下端面设置母液出口,排液底盘通过卡箍连接在料筒的下端,将漏斗过滤和烘箱托盘干燥的过程合二为一,缩短了整个时间,减少了操作人员和产品的暴露,减少了产品的交叉污染,降低了产品的损失,提高了出料率。
2.通过设置料筒的内部中心位置设置搅拌轴,搅拌轴的下端外侧壁连接搅拌桨,料筒为不锈钢材质,还带有加热夹套可以有效的干燥,并且配有一个单独的滤板,用于固液分离,滤板可按实验要求定制多种过滤精度,提高了设备的实用性。
3.通过设置搅拌桨的旋转直径与料筒的内径相同,搅拌桨的外端贴合料筒的内壁,搅拌桨的桨叶有互补的开口设计,解决了推料弊端,又不会留下空白区域,而且在倒出物料时搅拌桨旋转料筒内壁上附着的物料会被刮掉,增加出料的效率。

如图1-5所示,一种翻转式真空过滤洗涤干燥设备,包括;顶部支撑平板103;顶部支撑平板103上端面左侧连接翻转装置2;翻转装置2的右端连接料筒6;以及料筒6上端连接的搅拌提升装置7;其中,顶部支撑平板103连接在立式支撑方管102上,立式支撑方管102连接在底部支撑方管101上。
具体的,翻转装置2包括翻转罩壳202,翻转罩壳202连接在顶部支撑平板103上端面左侧,翻转罩壳202内设置有翻转减速机,翻转罩壳202的前侧壁设置手摇把手201,手摇把手201连接到翻转减速机;顶部支撑平板103上端面右侧连接翻转轴承支撑座204,翻转轴承支撑座204内设置有翻转轴承;翻转传动轴206的左端与翻转减速机连接,翻转传动轴206的右端穿过翻转轴承连接到料筒连接法兰501。顶部支撑平板103上设置有螺栓孔,翻转罩壳202和翻转轴承支撑座204通过螺栓连接在顶部支撑平板103上,设置翻转轴承支撑座204可以起到支撑保护的作用,手摇把手201带动翻转减速机转动,翻转减速机转动带动翻转传动轴206转动,翻转传动轴206转动使料筒6。
具体的,料筒连接法兰501连接在料筒6的外侧壁;料筒6的外侧壁上还分别设置有换热介质进口503和换热介质出口504,料筒6的上端连接封头508,封头508上分别设置进料口505、出料口506和取样口507;排液底盘3的上端面连接滤板4,排液底盘3下端面设置母液出口301,排液底盘3通过卡箍5连接在料筒6的下端。滤板4由锻件法兰和不锈钢烧结滤网焊接而成,搭载在排液底盘3上。将漏斗过滤和烘箱托盘干燥的过程合二为一,缩短了整个时间,减少了操作人员和产品的暴露,减少了产品的交叉污染,降低了产品的损失,提高了出料率。
具体的,料筒6的内部中心位置设置搅拌轴8,搅拌轴8的下端外侧壁连接搅拌桨9。搅拌桨9的旋转直径与料筒6的内径相同,搅拌桨9的外端贴合料筒6的内壁,搅拌桨9的桨叶有互补的开口设计,解决了推料弊端,又不会留下空白区域。
具体的,搅拌提升装置7包括旋转提升护罩706,旋转提升护罩706内部下端设置旋转轴承座705,旋转轴承座705内设置旋转轴承704,旋转提升护罩706内部上端设置提升组件703,提升组件703连接搅拌电机701,搅拌电机701连接搅拌减速机702,搅拌轴8的上端穿过旋转轴承704连接到搅拌减速机702,提升组件703里的直线模组带动提升支座做往复运动,继而带动搅拌桨做升降运动。
工作原理:将需要进行过滤干燥的悬浊液通过料筒6上的进料口505进料,同时将排液底盘3上的母液出口301接头通过管道与外部真空泵相连,打开真空泵。料筒6上封头508上的氮气口开始连通氮气往罐体加压,将滤液通过底部滤板4上的不锈钢滤网流出,接着降下搅拌桨9旋转,将湿滤饼平滑处理。一段时间后,从封头508清洗口出通入溶剂重新打桨,重复几次,滤饼最终过滤。将料筒6筒壁上的换热介质进口503和换热介质出口504打开,开始通热媒,搅拌继续旋转,在封头508上外接热空气,往料筒6内部吹入热空气,循环加热,直至物料彻底干燥。将搅拌桨9停止转动,升起搅拌轴8,手摇把手201带动翻转减速机转动,翻转减速机转动带动翻转传动轴206转动,翻转传动轴206转动使料筒6翻转140°,使出料口506垂直向下,打开取样口507,将干燥后的料粉进行回收。

其中,所述顶部支撑平板(103)连接在立式支撑方管(102)上,所述立式支撑方管(102)连接在底部支撑方管(101)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种翻转式真空过滤洗涤干燥设备,其特征在于,所述翻转装置(2)包括翻转罩壳(202),所述翻转罩壳(202)连接在所述顶部支撑平板(103)上端面左侧,所述翻转罩壳(202)内设置有翻转减速机,所述翻转罩壳(202)的前侧壁设置手摇把手(201),所述手摇把手(201)连接到所述翻转减速机;
