背景技术
壬二酸是一种天然直链饱和二元羧酸,壬二酸具有抗菌活性,可以减少炎症,还具有抗粉刺、改善的黄褐斑和色素沉着等作用。
壬二酸在化妆品中的添加量通常高达15%~20%,但生物利用度低。因为壬二酸难溶于水和油,熔点较高,高添加量时极易析出,涂于皮肤有沙砾感,导致体系粗糙、不稳定,且产品剂型单一,很难制作低粘度的纯透明体系,水剂类型的产品。
发明内容
鉴于此,本申请提供一种壬二酸水溶液及其制备方法、化妆品组合物,旨在提供一种性能稳定且不析出的壬二酸水溶液,可以用于水剂体系的化妆品组合物。
一方面,本申请实施例提供了一种壬二酸水溶液,基于所述壬二酸水溶液的总重计,包含:
壬二酸,5%~50%;
增容性溶剂,13%~52%,其中,增容性溶剂包括乙氧基二甘醇和异山梨醇二甲醚。

本申请提供的壬二酸水溶液,壬二酸本身极性较大,溶解度低,在乙氧基二甘醇与异山梨醇二甲醚的水剂体系中彼此协同地相互作用下,溶解了高量的壬二酸;同时乙氧基二甘醇与异山梨醇二甲醚该组合的协同活性减少了溶解同等量壬二酸所需的溶剂的总量;使壬二酸的浓度可以达到5%~50%;本申请的壬二酸水溶液是一种透明溶液,稳定无析出,便于后期使用壬二酸水溶液配置化妆品组合物,使化妆品组合物无砂砾感或颗粒感。

为了使本申请的申请目的、技术方案和有益技术效果更加清晰,以下结合实施例对本申请进行进一步详细说明。应当理解的是,本说明书中描述的实施例仅仅是为了解释本申请,并非为了限定本申请。

壬二酸的外观与性状为无色至淡黄色晶体或结晶粉末。壬二酸微溶于冷水,溶于热水、乙醚,易溶于乙醇。《中国药典》记载壬二酸是具有美白祛斑、杀菌、祛痘、控油和治疗酒糟鼻的原料,但起效浓度一般在10%以上,建议用量为10-20%。按照此比例,采用传统的增溶技术的方式不可行:增溶剂或增溶相的重量比例一般在3:1到4:1,10%的壬二酸需要的增溶剂就是30%-40%,这样就造成溶剂的比例只能在50%-60%。此条件下的增溶剂也很难溶解到体系中。
以乙醇为例,壬二酸在室温下只能在乙醇中的溶解度为2%,无法实现10-20%的浓度要求。同时壬二酸是一个二元羧酸,既含有亲水的羧基,又含有亲油的烃基。所以壬二酸在水中会有部分溶解,室温下溶解度在0.64%左右,并随着温度的升高溶解度增大,当水温超过75℃的时候,壬二酸与水互溶,很明显,此温度下作用于人体皮肤是不可能的,也是不安全的。
由于壬二酸的配伍性较差,生物利用度很低,极大地限制了它的应用。放弃壬二酸在化妆品中的使用比较可惜。对于化妆品配伍师而言,如何使壬二酸更加容易使用,降低操作难度,使后期操作更加便捷,并且没有析出的风险,得到一种稳定且没有砂砾感的壬二酸溶液十分重要。
经发明人的研究发现:目前不存在包括浓度为20wt%或更高的壬二酸水溶液的已知的市售可得的产品。但是,发明人发现有效溶解壬二酸,允许其以令人惊讶的高溶解量被并入产品中,其具有独特的增溶性溶剂。
进一步研究发现:上述增溶性溶剂包括乙氧基二甘醇和异山梨醇二甲醚。乙氧基二甘醇是特别有效的增溶性溶剂,其本身具有极为优异的溶解性能,可用于溶解化妆品行业中难以溶解的活性物质。异山梨醇二甲醚可以溶解皮肤中的游离脂肪,来穿透皮肤膜,所以能有效穿透皮肤。可以增强化妆品配方中其他成分的输送能力,对水溶性的成分也同样有效。发明人还发现增溶性溶剂的组合是有用且有效的,上述增溶性溶剂彼此协同地相互作用以在水溶液中溶解大剂量的壬二酸。该组合的协同活性减少了溶解大剂量的壬二酸所需的增溶性溶剂的总量。
此外,与其他美白祛斑、杀菌、祛痘、控油的原料相比,壬二酸的生物安全性、生殖毒性和光敏性等又是非常低,所以提供一种生物利用度高和风险小的一种壬二酸水溶液显得十分必要且重要。
壬二酸水溶液
本申请实施例第一方面提供了一种壬二酸水溶液,基于所述壬二酸水溶液的总重计,包含:
壬二酸,5%~50%;
增容性溶剂,13%~52%,其中,增容性溶剂包括乙氧基二甘醇和异山梨醇二甲醚。
根据本申请实施例,壬二酸在含有乙氧基二甘醇和异山梨醇二甲醚的水溶液中,溶解量可以达到50%;可以有效提高壬二酸的利用率,有利于皮肤吸收。
根据本申请实施例,乙氧基二甘醇具有极为优异的溶解性能,可用于溶解化妆品行业中难以溶解的活性物;但是值得注意的是:应限制化妆品组合物中的乙氧基二甘醇的总量。异山梨醇二甲醚可以溶解皮肤中的游离脂肪,来穿透皮肤膜,所以能有效穿透皮肤;可以增强化妆品配方中其他成分的输送能力,尤其是水溶性的成分,可以降低溶液的粘度。乙氧基二甘醇和山梨醇酐二甲醚搭配使用,不仅可以提高壬二酸在水溶液中的溶解量,还可以降低壬二酸水溶液的粘度,使溶液为透明溶液。另外,水与增溶性溶剂组合也可有助于壬二酸的溶解。
上述壬二酸水溶液是一种纯透明的溶液,用于纯透明的精华体系不析出,浓度高且稳定;由于上述壬二酸水溶液可以达到比较高的浓度,且其组分包括合适粘度的壬二酸、水、乙氧基二甘醇和异山梨醇二甲醚,得到了一个粘度较低的水溶液,可以用于制作低粘度的纯透明体系的化妆品组合物,例如水剂型化妆品组合物,具有促进祛痘、淡斑、美白、提亮肤色等效果。上述壬二酸水溶液可以用于制备油性肌肤大面积使用的水剂型、清爽型产品。
在一些实施例中,壬二酸水溶液是稳定的,指在经受3次冻融循环接着在5℃、25℃和45℃下2个月之后不展现相分离或看得见的结晶,通过将壬二酸水溶液暴露于冷冻温度(大约-15℃±2℃)下24小时并随后使组合物经受室温(大约25℃±2℃)24小时来进行冻融循环。
在一些实施例中,所述乙氧基二甘醇与所述异山梨醇二甲醚重量比为1:(3~7)。
根据本申请实施例,相关技术中,当水在高温条件下与壬二酸形成氢键的超分子结构,使得壬二酸溶解。低温后,形成亚稳或介稳的超分子结构,后续需要添加稳定剂保持壬二酸的溶解。而本申请加入上述重量比的乙氧基二甘醇与所述异山梨醇二甲醚,上述的增溶性溶剂经搅拌得到透明的壬二酸水溶液后,随着时间的增长,壬二酸依旧保持稳定,不会析出。
在一些实施例中,所述壬二酸水溶液包含:
壬二酸,10%~50%;
乙氧基二甘醇,5%~20%;
异山梨醇二甲醚,15%~32%。
在一些实施例中,所述壬二酸水溶液包含:
壬二酸,30%~45%;
乙氧基二甘醇,8%~10%;
异山梨醇二甲醚,20%~30%。
在一些实施例中,所述壬二酸水溶液还包含:
有机分散剂:3%~5%;
助表面活性剂:12%~26%;
pH调节剂,3%~10%。
根据本申请实施例,添加有机分散剂和助表面活性剂可以使壬二酸水溶液更稳定,还具有祛痘、美白的积极效果;在壬二酸水溶液中添加有机分散剂、助表面活性剂和pH调节剂可以使壬二酸水溶液具有溶解性强、渗透吸收更好的优异效果。
在一些实施例中,有机分散剂选自聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚甘油-10异硬脂酸酯、聚甘油-10十羟基硬脂酸酯、聚甘油-6聚蓖麻醇酸酯、聚甘油-6二异硬脂酸酯或其组合。
根据本申请实施例,上述的有机分散剂本身具有分散作用,其次,有机分散剂可以使体系的浓度增加,使壬二酸的结晶速率下降,也是可以减缓壬二酸析出,例如,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮是一种非离子型高分子化合物,对皮肤、眼睛无刺激,很强的膨胀性能和与多类物质的络合能力,用于化妆品十分安全。在日用化妆品中具有很好的分散性及成膜性,在防晒霜、脱毛剂中添加该成分,可增强湿润和润滑效果。
在一些实施例中,所述助表面活性剂选自乙醇、丙二醇、1,2-己二醇、异戊二醇、1,3-丁二醇、甘油、二丙二醇、1,2-戊二醇、聚乙二醇、甘油聚醚-26、甘油聚醚-18、和乙二醇单苄醚或其组合。
根据本申请实施例,上述助表面活性剂具有优良的分散、润湿、增溶性能;刺激性低,复配性能好,能与多种表面活性剂和植物提取液等复配,形成十分稳定的体系;其去污力适中,极易冲洗且无滑腻感。
在一些实施例中,所述pH调节剂选自三乙醇胺、精氨酸、氢氧化钠或其组合。
根据本申请实施例,pH调节剂可以对壬二酸水溶液中的pH进行调节和平衡。例如,三乙醇胺具有中和剂的作用,能与分子量为940的卡波姆中和;三乙醇胺具有增稠和保湿的作用。三乙醇胺是乳膏制剂中常用的乳化剂,用它乳化的乳膏化妆品具有膏体细腻亮白的特点;常规的,可以使用质量浓度为30%的氢氧化钠水溶液进行调节。
在一些实施例中,还包含1%至30%的一种或多种水溶性溶剂。
根据本申请实施例,水溶性溶剂可与水混溶性溶剂互换,并且可以表示在25℃和大气压(760mmHg)下为液体的化合物,并且其在这些条件下在水中可以具有至少50%的溶解度。在一些情况下,水溶性溶剂具有至少60%、70%、80%或90%的溶解度。水溶性溶剂可以包括甘油、醇(例如C1-30醇、C 1-15醇、C 1-10醇或C1-4醇)、有机溶剂、多元醇(多羟基醇)、二醇(例如丁二醇、辛甘醇等)及其混合物。

本申请实施例第二方面提供了一种壬二酸水溶液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将壬二酸粉末与增溶性溶剂在水存在的条件下混合,以得到壬二酸水溶液;上述方法可以得到较高浓度的壬二酸水溶液,且壬二酸水溶液稳定,沉淀析出。
在一些实施例中,壬二酸水溶液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将壬二酸粉末、增溶性溶剂、有机分散剂、助表面活性剂和pH调节剂在水存在的条件下混合,以得到壬二酸水溶液。
化妆品组合物
本申请实施例第三方面提供了一种化妆品组合物,包含:第一方面所述的壬二酸水溶液和皮肤活性成分。
根据本申请实施例,皮肤活性成分可以包括多肽、植物提取物、红没药醇、多糖、腺苷、2-[4-(2-羟乙基)哌嗪-1-基]乙磺酸(HEPES)、透明质酸、羊毛脂、柠檬酸、苹果酸、乳酸、酒石酸、水杨酸、维生素C、维生素、类视黄醇、视黄醛、视黄酸、类胡萝卜素、氨基酸、蛋白质、酶和辅酶。在一些情况下,皮肤活性成分还可以包括例如湿润剂和保湿成分、抗衰老剂、脱色剂、抗皱纹剂或处理油性皮肤的试剂等。
上述的化妆品组合物还可以包含其他组分,例如水溶性溶剂(不同于“增溶性溶剂”的水溶性溶剂)、脂肪化合物、增稠剂、另外的皮肤活性成分等。上述增稠剂可为黄原胶、瓜尔胶、生物糖胶、纤维素、阿拉伯胶树胶(acacia Seneca gum)、小核菌胶、琼脂糖、果胶、结冷胶、透明质酸合适的形式。
上述的化妆品组合物可以呈任何合适的物理形式,可以包括:乳化液体或非乳化液体、乳液、乳剂、摩丝、喷雾、凝胶、霜剂、糊剂等等。
在一些实施例中,化妆品组合物是稳定的,指在经受3次冻融循环接着在5℃、25℃和45℃下2个月之后不展现相分离或看得见的结晶,其中通过将上述化妆品组合物暴露于冷冻温度(大约-15℃±2℃)下24小时并随后使组合物经受室温(大约25℃±2℃)24小时来进行冻融循环。

应用例1
本申请应用例提供了一种化妆品组合物,包含:实施例1的壬二酸水溶液和皮肤活性成分,皮肤活性成分包含:黄原胶、PEG-40氢化蓖麻油、苯氧乙醇、乙基己基甘油;壬二酸水溶液在其中的浓度为5%;制得壬二酸祛痘乳,性能稳定,无砂砾感,具有祛痘的效果。
应用例2
本申请应用例提供了一种化妆品组合物,包含:实施例2的壬二酸水溶液和皮肤活性成分,皮肤活性成分包含:丙二醇、黄原胶、透明质酸钠、羟乙基纤维素、硝酸钠、乙二醛、烟酰胺、甜菜碱;制得化妆品组合物,其性能稳定,无砂砾感,由于具有壬二酸,且含量高,具有美白的效果。
测试部分
冻融循环测试是用以确定组合物或待测物是否将保持稳定的一类稳定性测试。其要求使组合经受一系列极端的、快速的温度改变。通过将组合暴露于冷冻温度(大约-15℃±2℃)下24小时来进行冻融测试。随后使组合维持在较高温度(大约25℃±2℃)下24小时。重复该过程三次循环。在三次循环之后,对实施例和对比例值得的壬二酸水溶液进行视觉分析相分离和结晶情况。下表呈现结果。

由上表结果可知,实施例的壬二酸溶液经受住了冻融测试(保持稳定,而没有任何结晶迹象),则通过测试。而对比例的壬二酸溶液,有沉淀析出,没有经受住了冻融测试,溶液不稳定,且有部分结晶的沉淀。

壬二酸,5%~50%;
增容性溶剂,13%~52%,其中,增容性溶剂包括乙氧基二甘醇和异山梨醇二甲醚。
2.根据权利要求1所述的壬二酸水溶液,其特征在于,所述乙氧基二甘醇与所述异山梨醇二甲醚重量比为1:(3~7)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的壬二酸水溶液,其特征在于,所述壬二酸水溶液包含:
壬二酸,10%~50%;
乙氧基二甘醇,5%~20%;
异山梨醇二甲醚,15%~32%。
