Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of foods, in particular to a food suitable for non-dialysis nephrosis patients and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is a common disease worldwide with a high mortality rate associated with the progression of kidney disease and complications, and practical dietary intervention plays an important role in improving CKD outcome and preventing or delaying the onset of dialysis. Chronic renal patients have reduced renal function, which can lead to excessive sodium and volume loading, hyperkalemia, hyperphosphatemia, and accumulation of toxic metabolites of protein degradation. On the other hand, malnutrition exacerbates the risk of malnutrition and nutrient consumption. With the progression of chronic kidney disease, the need and utilization of different nutrients has changed greatly, and conventional diets are not suitable for kidney disease patients. Therefore, the kidney disease patients are required to be helped to design a nutritional food which not only can obtain sufficient nutrition, but also can effectively avoid the occurrence of bad risks.
In view of this, the present invention has been made.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more clear, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below. The specific conditions are not noted in the examples and are carried out according to conventional conditions or conditions recommended by the manufacturer. The reagents or apparatus used were conventional products commercially available without the manufacturer's attention.
The application provides a food suitable for non-dialysis nephrosis patients, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 500-700 parts of maltodextrin, 170-280 parts of vegetable oil, 40-50 parts of resistant dextrin, 40-100 parts of whey protein, 15-20 parts of mineral substances, 2-3 parts of vitamins, 10-50 parts of carboxymethyl pachyman and 10-50 parts of sea buckthorn polysaccharide.
In the application, maltodextrin is used as a main carbohydrate source, and is a small molecular compound subjected to pre-digestion and is easy to absorb.
Vegetable oil is used as main fat source, and comprises rapeseed oil, corn oil and coconut oil with mass ratio of 7-10:7-13:3-5. The corn oil and the rapeseed oil contain rich unsaturated fatty acid and low cholesterol content, which is beneficial to preventing the occurrence of hyperlipidemia of patients with kidney diseases; coconut oil is rich in medium-chain fatty acid, and the medium-chain fatty acid has natural comprehensive antibacterial ability and can improve the immunity of patients.
The resistant dextrin is a low-calorie soluble food raw material, and can increase the fiber content of food and provide heat for a long time.
Whey protein is a spherical protein mixture extracted from milk, has the characteristics of high nutritive value, easy digestion and absorption, various active ingredients and the like, and is one of the well-known high-quality protein supplements of human body, which is called protein king. Whey protein in this application is concentrated whey protein or hydrolyzed whey protein.
The mineral substances comprise 285-385 in mass ratio: 165-222:140-200:100-135:75-100:40-60:25-40:1-10 parts of calcium hydrophosphate, calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, dipotassium hydrogen phosphate, sodium chloride, ferric pyrophosphate, zinc gluconate and carrier auxiliary materials.
The vitamins comprise 500-600 mass percent: 60-100:35-60:15-30:15-30:7-15:8-13:3-7:2-6:1-5:0.1-0.8:200-300 parts of L-ascorbic acid, dl-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, nicotinic acid, riboflavin, retinyl acetate, folic acid, D-calcium pantothenate, thiamine hydrochloride, pyridoxine hydrochloride, cholecalciferol, cyanocobalamin and carrier auxiliary materials.
Poria as a traditional Chinese medicine in China contains various chemical components, wherein the main component is pachyman, and has various effects of improving immunity, resisting tumor, inducing diuresis and relieving swelling. However, pachyman extracted directly from Poria has poor solubility and is not easily absorbed by human body. The carboxymethyl pachyman obtained by carboxymethyl pachyman is easy to dissolve in water, is convenient for human body to absorb, and improves various biological activities of pachyman. The carboxymethyl pachyman can reduce the level of inflammatory factors and protect the kidney to a certain extent. The application research discovers that the carboxymethyl pachyman with specific molecular weight can improve the immunity of patients, has a certain protection effect on kidneys, has a certain control effect on blood sugar, and can reduce the incidence rate of complications and diabetes. In particular, in the present application, the molecular weight of the carboxymethyl pachyman is 50000-200000 daltons, preferably the molecular weight of the carboxymethyl pachyman is 80000-100000 daltons.
In addition, the sea buckthorn polysaccharide is added, and has the effect of proliferating probiotics. The preparation method of fructus Hippophae polysaccharide comprises oven drying fresh fructus Hippophae at 60-65deg.C for 20-30 hr to obtain dried fructus Hippophae, and breaking the dried fructus Hippophae into dry powder with wall breaking machine; weighing 1kg of sea buckthorn dry powder, adding 5000ml of petroleum ether (30-60), setting the reflux temperature to 70 ℃, refluxing for 2 hours, and carrying out petroleum ether reflux degreasing; adding 30L distilled water, and performing ultrasonic extraction at 60deg.C and power of 100w for 40-60min; filtering the extractive solution with 8 layers of gauze, cooling to room temperature, adding appropriate amount of 95% ethanol to make ethanol concentration be above 80%, sealing with preservative film, and standing for 24 hr; centrifuging (3500 r/min,15 min) with a centrifuge, and collecting the precipitate.
The research of the application finds that the compound use of the carboxymethyl pachyman and the seabuckthorn polysaccharide has the technical effect of synergy, and particularly, the mass ratio of the carboxymethyl pachyman to the seabuckthorn polysaccharide is 1-2: when the range is 1-2, the synergistic effect is more remarkable.
