Abstract

The invention provides a diet suitable for people with diabetes and needing to control blood sugar, and the technical scheme designs a brand-new diet aiming at the physique of a chronic diabetes patient, so that the diet is convenient to eat, safe and reliable, and does not produce secondary damage to other visceral organs. On the other hand, the functional components capable of effectively relieving postprandial blood sugar and reducing the glycemic index are added. Background
At present, diabetes mellitus becomes a common disease and a frequently encountered disease in many countries all over the world, the mortality rate of the diabetes mellitus is third after tumors and cardiovascular diseases, and the number of diabetes mellitus patients in China is the first global. Diabetes is a common endocrine metabolic disease, which is mainly characterized by persistent hyperglycemia, positive urine glucose and low glucose tolerance, typical symptoms are 'three more one less' symptoms such as polydipsia, polyphagia, polyuria, weight loss and the like, and the basic pathological features are absolute or relative insufficiency of insulin secretion or reduction of sensitivity of peripheral tissues to insulin, so that a systemic disease mainly comprising glucose metabolism disorder including fat and protein metabolism disorder is caused. Research shows that the prevalence rate of chronic complications of diabetic patients in China is as high as 65.1%, wherein patients with hypertension, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, eye and kidney diseases are about 1/3%, and patients with neuropathy are about 61.9%. The morbidity of the cardiovascular complications is 17.1 percent, and the cardiovascular complications become chronic complications with the highest disability rate and mortality rate and the greatest harm of diabetes in China. The hazards of type 2 diabetes itself and its chronic complications, coupled with high direct and indirect costs, have made type 2 diabetes a major public health problem worldwide, and the prevention and control of diabetes and its chronic complications have become a serious challenge for countries throughout the world.
The defects of the modern medicine are as follows:

SB, mixing: mixing various raw materials prepared according to a proportion by using a mixer at a rotating speed of 15r/min, wherein the mixing sequence is that the number of the raw materials is more than or equal to that specified by a material-taking list, each mixing time is not less than 15min until all the raw materials are added, and the mixing time is 60min, and filling the mixed powder into a sterilized container for later use;
