背景技术
灰霉病是由灰葡萄孢菌(Botrytis cinerea Pers)引起,可发生于多种植物,包括番茄、草莓、葡萄等重要经济作物,是一种世界性的病害。葡萄孢属真菌寄主范围广泛,目前已知有1400多个寄主,其中大多数为双子叶植物。病菌在土壤中或植株的病残体上越冬或越夏,在保护地条件下可周年发生。杀菌剂是防治植物病害最经济有效的手段,在农业生产中发挥重要作用。但是灰霉病菌具有繁殖速率高、遗传变异大、适合度高的特性,连续使用一种杀菌剂,极易使其产生抗药性。
嘧菌环胺(Cyprodinil)为嘧啶胺类内吸性杀菌剂,是蛋氨酸生物合成和真菌水解酶分泌抑制剂。具有保护、治疗、叶片穿透及根部内吸活性,可叶面喷雾或种子处理,主要防治灰霉病、白粉病、黑星病、颖枯病以及小麦眼纹病等。CAS登录号:121552-61-2。
Isoflucypram化学名称:N-(5-氯-2-异丙基苄基)-N-环丙基-3-(二氟甲基)-5-氟-1-甲基-1H-吡唑-4-甲酰胺,CAS登录号:1255734-28-1。对真菌病害表现出较好的持效性,对叶疱病、网斑病、条锈病和叶锈病等主要叶面病害具有较好的防效。该药剂还具有延长作物生长期、增加作物产量等优点。其化学结构式为:
杀菌剂的使用可减少植物病害引起的损失,保证农作物的品质。但是杀菌剂带来巨大经济效益的同时,也带来了一些负面影响,长期、连续、高剂量、使用单一化学药剂,容易造成病菌产生抗药性、环境污染等一系列问题。因此,随着环境及食品安全要求的日益提高,以及药剂的抗性问题,如何科学用药,降低化学农药的用量,提高药效,成为农药领域急需解决的问题。开发新品杀菌剂价格昂贵、周期长,而相比之下,开发与研究高效、低毒、低残留的复配与混配具有投资小、研发周期短的优点。嘧菌环胺与Isoflucypram组合还未见报道。
发明内容
基于以上情况,本发明目的在于提供一种含嘧菌环胺的杀菌组合物,主要用于防治植物病害,该杀菌组合物或其制剂能够增强药效、减少用药量,同时可延长持效期和延缓抗药性发展。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种含嘧菌环胺杀菌组合物,包括活性成分A和活性成分B,活性成分A为嘧菌环胺,活性成分B为Isoflucypram;
进一步地,所述的活性成分A与活性成分B的质量比为1:25~20:1;
进一步地,所述的活性成分A与活性成分B的质量比为1:13~10:1;
进一步地,所述的活性成分A与活性成分B的质量比为1:4~2:1;
更进一步地,所述的活性成分A与活性成分B的质量比为1:25、1:15、1:13、1:5、1:4、2:3、2:1、4:1、5:1、10:1、20:1;
更进一步地,所述的活性成分A与活性成分B的质量比为1:13、1:5、1:4、2:3、2:1、4:1、5:1、10:1;
进一步地,以所述杀菌组合物的总重量为100wt%计,所述活性成分A与活性成分B在杀菌组合物中的含量之和为1~95wt%;

进一步地,所述杀菌组合物的剂型可以为乳油、水乳剂、微乳剂、悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂或水分散粒剂中的任一种;
乳油是将高浓度的有效成分溶解到溶剂中,加乳化剂而成的液体。乳化剂大多使用非离子和阴离子表面活性的混合物。乳油原料费用较高,制剂的成本过高增加了制造成本,但是配制比较简单方便,生物效果较高。
水乳剂是将液体或与溶剂混合制得的液体农药原药以0.5~1.5μm的小液滴分散于水中的制剂,外观为乳白色液体。水乳剂除了有效成分和溶剂以外,还会添加乳化剂、分散剂、抗冻剂等辅助剂。
微乳剂是由液态原药、分散剂、水、稳定剂等组成,农药粒子为0.01~0.1μm,以水为介质,不含或少含有机溶剂,环境污染小、对靶标生物渗透性强、附着力好,是一种对环境友好的绿色农药制剂。
悬浮剂是由活性成分、润湿剂、分散剂、防冻剂、增稠剂、防腐剂去离子水等组成;悬浮种衣剂除了包含活性成分、润湿剂、分散剂、防冻剂、增稠剂、防腐剂、去离子水等,还包括警戒色、成膜剂。悬浮剂分为水悬浮剂和油悬浮剂两种,其粒径小,生物活性高,没有粉尘飞扬问题,不易燃易爆。
可湿性粉剂是指将组合物原药按一定比例与分散剂、润湿剂、载体等预先粉碎混合均匀,再经过气流粉碎机粉碎至细度满足至少98wt%通过45μm试验筛的要求。可湿性粉剂是能均匀分散于水中的制剂,其中除了活性物质和惰性物质以外,还含有一定量的阴离子或非离子型表面活性剂。可湿性粉剂不使用溶剂和乳化剂,对植物较安全,不易产生药害,对环境安全。
水分散粒剂是指将组合物按一定比例与适宜的表面活性剂和惰性物质(高岭土、硅藻土、陶土类)粉末混合后形成混合物,再通过流化床造粒或喷雾造粒或盘式造粒的方法进行造粒得到。原料在混合过程中经气流粉碎、使粉粒细度达到要求,并使用双螺旋型混合机和犁刀式混合机经多次混合使产品混合均匀。这种剂型流动性能好,使用方便,无粉尘飞扬,安全可靠。
本发明提供了以上所述的杀菌组合物在防治植物病害方面的应用;
进一步地,所述的植物病害为由真菌或细菌引起的植物病害;
进一步地,所述的植物病害为瓜类、蔬菜、果树作物的灰霉病;
进一步地,所述的植物病害为番茄灰霉病。
相对于现有技术,本发明技术方案的有益效果在于以下几点:
(1)本发明杀菌组合物有效活性成分嘧菌环胺与Isoflucypram属于两种不同作用机理的杀菌剂,两者相互混配使用不易使病原菌产生抗药性;
(2)该杀菌组合物能增加杀菌活性,在一定范围内有很好的增效作用;
(3)该杀菌组合扩大了杀菌谱,对多种真菌或细菌病害均具有较好的防效。

为使本发明的技术方案,目的以及优点更加清楚明白,本发明用以下具体实施例进行说明,但本发明可以以各种形式实现而不应被这里阐述的实施方式所限制。下文中已经用一般性说明及具体实施方案对本发明作了详尽的描述,但在本发明基础上,可以对之作一些修改或改进,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的,凡是本申请技术方案基础上做出的等同变换均落入本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
40%嘧菌环胺·Isoflucypram水分散粒剂(2:3)
配方组成:活性成分A嘧菌环胺16%,活性成分B Isoflucypram24%,润湿剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠6.4%,分散剂木质素磺酸钙8%,崩解剂硫酸钠3.5%,粘结剂羧甲基纤维素钠5%,高岭土补足至100%。
制备方法:将所有物料混合均匀后,经气流粉碎机粉碎,再次混合均匀,然后,加入一定量的水将此混合物捏合,挤压造粒,经干燥筛分,即得到水分散粒剂。
实施例2
44%嘧菌环胺·Isoflucypram水分散粒剂(1:3)
配方组成:活性成分A嘧菌环胺11%,活性成分B Isoflucypram33%,润湿剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠6.8%,分散剂烷基萘甲醛缩合物磺酸钠4.5%、琥珀酸二辛脂磺酸钠1.5%、木质素磺酸钙3%,崩解剂硫酸钠3.5%,粘结剂羧甲基纤维素钠4%,白炭黑10%,高岭土补足至100%。
制备方法:同实施例1。
实施例3
30%嘧菌环胺·Isoflucypram悬浮剂(1:1)
配方组成:活性成分A嘧菌环胺15%,活性成分B Isoflucypram15%,润湿剂烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚3.6%,分散剂烷基萘甲醛缩合物磺酸钠4.5%,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚3.6%,防冻剂丙二醇5%,增稠剂硅酸镁铝0.05%,防腐剂苯甲酸0.1%,去离子水补足至100%。
制备方法:将活性成分和润湿剂、分散剂、防冻剂和水投入到搅拌釜中,充分搅拌后用砂磨机进行粉碎至D90(90%的颗粒的粒径)<5μm,研磨完成后,抽入高速剪切机中,加入增稠剂、防腐剂后,进行高速剪切,剪切完成后即制得悬浮剂。
实施例4
24%嘧菌环胺·Isoflucypram悬浮剂(2:1)
配方组成:活性成分A嘧菌环胺16%,活性成分B Isoflucypram 8%,润湿剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠3%,分散剂烷基萘甲醛缩合物磺酸钠4%,防冻剂丙二醇5%,增稠剂阿拉伯树胶0.02%,防腐剂1,2-苯并异噻唑3-酮0.02%,去离子水补足至100%。
制备方法:同实施例3。
实施例5
35%嘧菌环胺·Isoflucypram可湿性粉剂(3:4)
配方组成:活性成分A嘧菌环胺15%,活性成分B Isoflucypram 20%,润湿剂烷基萘磺酸盐6%,分散剂烷基萘甲醛缩合物磺酸钠6.5%,膨润土补足至100%。
制备方法:将活性成分和各助剂混合均匀,投入机械粉碎机中进行初粉碎,之后经气流粉碎机粉碎,再混合均匀,即制得可湿性粉剂。
室内生物试验方法
室内生物测定是根据病原菌或感病植物体的特点,通过离体测定、活体测定或组织筛选法将杀菌物质作用于病原菌或感病植物体,根据其作用大小或植物病害发展情况来判定药剂效果。
供试药剂:98%嘧菌环胺原药、96%Isoflucypram原药;所有原药均由集团研发中心提供。
室内生物测定
参考中华人民共和国农业行业标准农药室内生物测定试验准则杀菌剂第10部分:防治灰霉病试验盆栽法NT/T 1156.10-2008;农药室内生物测定试验准则杀菌剂第6部分:混配的联合作用测定NT/T 1156.6-2006。
供试病原菌:灰葡萄孢霉(Botrytis cinerea Pers)
供试作物为感灰霉病品种番茄,盆栽培养至2片~4片真叶期,编号备用。
孢子悬浮液制备:将试验用病原菌在适宜的培养基上培养,或将病组织保湿培养,待产生孢子后,用无菌水洗下孢子,并用4层纱布过滤,制成浓度为1×105个孢子/mL的悬浮液,备用。
药剂配制:将供试原药先用丙酮溶解,再用0.1%的吐温80水溶液稀释。分别配制单剂母液,并根据混配目的、药剂活性设置5个系列质量浓度。
接种与培养:用孢子悬浮液喷雾接种,将新鲜孢子悬浮液喷施于接种叶片上,人工接种后24h喷药,在适宜的条件下培养。
药剂处理:将药剂均匀喷施于叶面至全部润湿。每处理3盆,4次重复,并设只含溶剂和表面活性剂而不含有效成分的处理作空白对照。
施药后,对各处理的发病情况进行分级调查,详细记录发病等级,待空白对照病叶率达到50%以上时,分级调查各处理发病情况。
分级方法为:
0级:无病斑;
1级:病斑占整个叶面积的5%以下;
3级:病斑占整个叶面积的5%~15%;
5级:病斑占整个叶面积的15%~25%;
7级:病斑占整个叶面积的25%~50%;
9级:病斑占整个叶面积的50%以上。
根据调查数据,计算各处理的病情指数和防治效果。按公式(1)和(2)计算,计算结果均保留到小数点后两位:
X——病情指数;
Ni——各级病叶数;
i——相对级数值;
N——调查总叶数。
P——防治效果,单位为百分数(%);
CK——空白对照病情指数;
PT——药剂处理病情指数。
孙云沛法:根据共毒系数(CTC)来评价药剂混用的增效作用,复配的共毒系数CTC≥120表现为增效作用;CTC≤80表现为拮抗作用;80<CTC<120表现为相加作用。
混剂的共毒系数(CTC值)按式(3)、式(4)、式(5)计算:

M——混剂的EC50,单位为毫克每升(mg/L)。

室内实施例
嘧菌环胺与Isoflucypram防治灰霉病室内生物测定
由表1结果显示,嘧菌环胺防治灰霉病EC50为12.11mg/L,96%Isoflucypram原药防治灰霉病的EC50为3.16mg/L,嘧菌环胺与Isoflucypram杀菌组合物1:25~20:1表现为增效作用。其中,嘧菌环胺:Isoflucypram=2:3的共毒系数值最大,为251.49.,EC50为1.782mg/L,表现为增效作用。

田间药效试验
番茄灰霉病田间药效试验
于2019年7月在山东省潍坊市寿光蔬菜种植基地进行田间试验。
试验对象:番茄灰霉病,番茄品种为新124番茄,市场购买。
供试药剂:30%嘧菌环胺·Isoflucypram悬浮剂(1:1)、40%嘧菌环胺·Isoflucypram水分散粒剂(2:3)、35%嘧菌环胺·Isoflucypram可湿性粉剂(3:4)、50%嘧菌环胺水分散粒剂、20%Isoflucypram微乳剂。
作物栽培及环境条件:该试验田连续多年种植番茄,历年灰霉病发生较重,移栽种植,双行单株种植,行距60cm,株距30cm。
试验处理:各试验处理小区采用随机区组排列,小区面积为20m2,小区采用随机区组排列,相邻小区间设置缓冲行,重复4次。
施药情况:病害发生初期每隔7d施药1次,连续施药2次,试验期间天气良好,第一次施药当天,日平均气温为22℃,最高气温为28℃,最低气温为17℃;第二次施药当天,日平均气温为23℃,最高气温为30℃,最低气温为15℃。
施药器械为WS-16D卫士电动喷雾器,喷头为单个扇形雾喷头,工作压力0.15-0.4Mpa,按照药剂用量要求,根据小区面积,准确量取用药量。
配药时,先向喷雾器中加入实际用水量三分之一的清水,在小量杯中加入少许水将药剂搅拌均匀,倒入喷雾器,最后把剩余的水加入,混匀。
施药时,先喷对照,并由低浓度向高浓度依次进行,采用常量喷雾法,按计算的步速,匀速均匀喷雾。更换不同药剂时,先清洗喷雾器三次,并将喷杆中的水全部喷出。
调查方法:施药前定点定株调查小区病情指数,每小区随机取5点调查,每点调查2株;分别记录发病级数,同时统计病叶率、病情指数。于施药前、第1次喷药后7d、第2次喷药后7d调查各小区的发病情况,计算病情指数和防治效果,并进行数据分析。
采用9级分级法
0级:无病斑;
1级:病斑面积占整个叶面积的5%以下;
3级:病斑面积占整个叶面积的5%~10%;
5级:病斑面积占整个叶面积的10%~20%;
7级:病斑面积占整个叶面积的20%~50%;
9级:病斑面积占整个叶面积的50%以上。
药效按下式计算:
(1)病情指数={∑(各级病叶数*相对级数值)/(调查总叶数*9)}*100
(2)防治效果(施药前无基数)%=(空白对照区病情指数-处理区病情指数)/空白对照区病情指数*100
结果与分析:

注:上表中的防效(%)为各重复平均值。小写字母代表5%水平差异显著,大写字母代表1%水平差异显著。
由表2可知,试验小区内番茄灰霉病处于发病初期,第1次施药后7d,各杀菌组合物防效在60.33%以上,30%嘧菌环胺·Isoflucypram悬浮剂(1:1)防效为82.68%,表现出较好的防治效果,并用IBM SPSS数据处理软件用邓肯新复极差(Duncan)法对试验数据进行处理,方差分析结果表明,在0.05和0.01水平下,30%嘧菌环胺·Isoflucypram悬浮剂(1:1)与40%嘧菌环胺·Isoflucypram水分散粒剂(2:3)防效不存在差异性。随着时间的增长,在第2次药后7d多数药剂防治效果增大,最大防效为85.15%,30%嘧菌环胺·Isoflucypram悬浮剂(1:1)、40%嘧菌环胺·Isoflucypram水分散粒剂(2:3)、35%嘧菌环胺·Isoflucypram可湿性粉剂(3:4)防效分别为85.15%、84.51%、80.87%。
试验发现,空气相对湿度达90%以上的高湿环境更容易暴发病害。灰霉病主要发生在初春和初秋时期,病菌主要从自然孔口处(气孔)或伤口处入侵,沿植物组织进行水平扩散,发病部位呈灰白色水渍状软腐,并附着大量灰色霉菌。番茄灰霉病的防治关键在于掌握最佳防治时期,在病害流行期,采取连防2次。通过室内毒力测定以及在田间试验,本发明所述嘧菌环胺和Isoflucypram进行复配的杀菌组合物对真菌性病害番茄灰霉病,表现出较好的防治效果。
本发明复配所得杀菌组合物或其制剂防效显著,在延缓抗药性的产生、延长持药性方面优于单剂。并且在试验中未发现杀菌组合物对作物产生药害,说明在所得杀菌组合物或制剂的杀菌协同增效提高的情况下,能够降低生产成本和使用成本,对作物安全。
Claims (9)
1.一种含嘧菌环胺杀菌组合物,其特征在于:所述的杀菌组合物活性成分由活性成分A和活性成分B组成,活性成分A为嘧菌环胺,活性成分B为Isoflucypram,所述的活性成分A与活性成分B的质量比为1:13~10:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于,所述的活性成分A与活性成分B的质量比为1:4~2:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于,以所述杀菌组合物的总重量为100wt%计,所述活性成分A与活性成分B在杀菌组合物中的含量之和为5%~85%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于,所述杀菌组合物还包括辅助剂,所述辅助剂选自润湿剂、分散剂、乳化剂、增稠剂、崩解剂、防冻剂、消泡剂、溶剂、防腐剂、稳定剂、增效剂或载体中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于,所述杀菌组合物的剂型为乳油、水乳剂、微乳剂、悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂或水分散粒剂中的任一种。
6.如权利要求1-5中任一项所述的杀菌组合物在防治植物病害方面的应用。
7.根据权利要求6所述的应用,其特征在于,所述的植物病害为由真菌或细菌引起的植物病害。
8.根据权利要求7所述的应用,其特征在于,所述的植物病害为瓜类、蔬菜、果树作物的灰霉病。
9.根据权利要求8所述的应用,其特征在于,所述的植物病害为番茄灰霉病。
