背景技术
柑橘是世界第一大果树种类,其种植面积和产量均居首位。由于盘长孢刺盘孢(胶孢炭疽菌)
(Colletotrichum gloeosporioides)引起的柑橘炭疽病是世界柑橘产区普遍发生的重要病害之一。近年来,随着优质柑橘的大面积种植,柑橘炭疽病的发生和危害也日益严重,该病在大部分柑橘产区爆发成灾,尤其以温州蜜柑、柠檬等发病严重。该病能侵染叶片、枝梢、花和果实等柑橘各个器官或部位,常常引起落花、落果、枝梢枯死、贮藏期果实腐烂等,造成柑橘树势减弱及减产减收。
苯并烯氟菌唑,是由先正达开发的一种吡唑酰胺类杀菌剂,属于琥珀酸脱氢酶抑制剂,其作用于病原菌线粒体电子传递链上的蛋白复合体II,影响病原菌的电子呼吸链电子传递系统,阻碍其能量代谢,抑制病原菌生长,导致其死亡。苯并烯氟菌唑杀菌谱广,高效且持效期长。但其作用位点单一,抗性发展水平较高,因此将苯并烯氟菌唑与其他作用机理不同的杀菌剂进行复配有助于抗性管理。
咪鲜胺,是一种咪唑类杀菌剂,对由子囊菌和半知菌引起的病害具有较好的防治效果,其作用机理为通过抑制甾醇干扰病原菌细胞壁的生物合成,从而起到杀菌作用。
目前防治该病害多使用苯并咪唑类和取代苯类杀菌剂,但因为连续多年使用,柑橘炭疽病已对其产生了抗药性,防治效果大幅度下降,因此急需筛选出更多有效防治柑橘炭疽病的杀菌剂。
发明内容
基于以上情况,本发明的目的在于提供一种含苯并烯氟菌唑的杀菌组合物用于防治柑橘炭疽病的用途,该杀菌组合物对柑橘炭疽病具有良好的防治效果,具有持效期长、增效作用显著等特点,并且能够明显延缓致病菌抗药性产生,减少药剂的使用剂量。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下的技术方案:一种含苯并烯氟菌唑的杀菌组合物用于防治柑橘炭疽病的用途,所述的杀菌组合物包含活性成分A和活性成分B,所述的活性成分A为苯并烯氟菌唑,所述的活性成分B为咪鲜胺或其盐,所述的活性成分A与活性成分B的质量比为40:1~1:50;
进一步地,所述的活性B为咪鲜胺、咪鲜胺锰盐或咪鲜胺铜盐;
更进一步地,所述的活性成分B为咪鲜胺时,所述的杀菌组合物中活性成分A与活性成分B的质量比为40:1~1:30;
所述的活性成分B为咪鲜胺锰盐,所述的杀菌组合物中活性成分A与活性成分B的质量比为30:1~1:40;
所述的活性成分B为咪鲜胺铜盐,所述的杀菌组合物中活性成分A与活性成分B的质量比为20:1~1:50。
进一步地,所述的活性成分B为咪鲜胺时,所述的杀菌组合物中活性成分A与活性成分B的质量比为30:1~1:20;
所述的活性成分B为咪鲜胺锰盐,所述的杀菌组合物中活性成分A与活性成分B的质量比为25:1~1:20;
所述的活性成分B为咪鲜胺铜盐,所述的杀菌组合物中活性成分A与活性成分B的质量比为10:1~1:30。
进一步地,以所述的杀菌组合物的总重量为100wt%计,所述活性成分A与活性成分B在农药组合物中的含量之和为0.5~80wt%;

分散剂选自木质素磺酸盐、烷基萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物、萘磺酸盐、三苯乙烯基苯酚乙氧基化物磷酸酯、脂肪醇乙氧基化物、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醚缩合物硫酸盐、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、甘油脂肪酸酯聚氧乙烯醚、聚羧酸盐类、聚丙烯酸类、磷酸盐类、EO-PO嵌段共聚物和EO-PO接枝共聚物中的一种或多种;和/或

消泡剂选自C10-C20饱和脂肪酸类化合物、硅油、硅酮类化合物、C8-C10脂肪醇中的一种或多种;和/或
溶剂选自苯、甲苯、二甲苯、均四甲苯、甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇、正丁醇、二甲基亚砜、二甲基甲酰胺、环己酮、碳酸亚烃酯、柴油、溶剂油、植物油、植物油衍生物和水中的一种或多种;和/或
防腐剂选自丙酸、丙酸钠盐、山梨酸、山梨酸钠盐、山梨酸钾盐、苯甲酸、苯甲酸钠盐、对羟基苯甲酸钠盐、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、卡松和1,2-苯并异噻唑啉3-酮中的一种或多种;和/或
稳定剂选自磷酸氢二钠、草酸、丁二酸、己二酸、硼砂、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、油酸三乙醇胺、环氧化植物油、高岭土、膨润土、凹凸棒土、白炭黑、滑石粉、蒙脱石和淀粉中的一种或多种;和/或
增效剂选自增效磷、增效醚;和/或
载体选自铵盐、磨碎的天然矿物、磨碎的人造矿物、硅酸盐、树脂、蜡、固体肥料、水、有机溶剂、矿物油、植物油和植物油衍生物中的一种或多种。
本发明通过对杀菌组合物中的有效成分及助剂含量的优化,使其毒性和残留达到较好的平衡,能够增强药效、减少用药量、降低成本。
进一步地,本发明的杀菌组合物可以由使用者在使用前经稀释或直接使用。其配制可由通常的本领域技术人员所公知的加工方法制备,即将活性物质与液体溶剂或固体载体混合后,再加入表面活性剂如分散剂、稳定剂、湿润剂、粘结剂、消泡剂、崩解剂、抗冻剂等中的一种或几种。
进一步地,本发明的杀菌组合物,可以按需要加工成任何农药学上可接受的制剂剂型,所述的制剂剂型为固体制剂或液体制剂;
更进一步地,所述的固体制剂包括粉剂、颗粒剂、球剂、片剂、条剂、可湿性粉剂、油分散粉剂、乳粉剂、水分散粒剂、乳粒剂、水分散片剂、可溶粉剂、可溶片剂或可溶粒剂;
所述的液体制剂包括可溶液剂、可溶胶剂、油剂、展膜油剂、乳油、乳胶、可分散液剂、膏剂、水乳剂、油乳剂、微乳剂、脂剂悬浮剂、微囊悬浮剂、油悬浮剂、可分散油悬浮剂、悬乳剂、微囊悬浮-悬浮剂、微囊悬浮-水乳剂、微囊悬浮-悬乳剂或种子处理悬浮剂;
其中较优选的剂型为悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂、水乳剂、乳油、微乳剂、可溶液剂、种子处理悬浮剂或水分散粒剂;
进一步地,所述的柑橘炭疽病是由盘长孢刺盘孢菌引起的病害。
进一步地,将所述的杀菌组合物和/或其制剂施用于需要控制的病害或其生长的介质上。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合具体制剂制备例和实施例对本发明进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体制剂制备例和实施例仅仅用于解释本发明,并不用于限制本发明。
制剂制备例
制备例1:20%苯并烯氟菌唑·咪鲜胺可湿性粉剂(1:3)
配方组成:5%苯并烯氟菌唑、15%咪鲜胺、2%十二烷基硫酸钠、5%烷基萘磺酸盐、6%聚萘甲醛磺酸钠盐、高岭土10%、白炭黑10%、膨润土补足余量;
制备方法:按配方比例将有效成分以及分散剂、润湿剂和填料混合,在搅拌釜中均匀搅拌,经气流粉碎机进行多次粉碎混合均匀,生产过程控制温度不超过40℃,即可制成本发明组合物的可湿性粉剂。
制备例2:30%苯并烯氟菌唑·咪鲜胺悬浮剂(1:3)
配方组成:7.5%苯并烯氟菌唑、22.5%咪鲜胺、2%脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、6%烷基芳基聚氧乙烯醚聚氧丙烯醚、3%苯乙烯酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐酯、1%聚羧酸钠盐、1.5%硅酸镁铝、0.1%羧乙基纤维素、1%山梨酸钠、5%乙二醇、0.5%硅油、去离子水补足余量;
制备方法:按配方比例,将活性成分苯并烯氟菌唑和咪鲜胺、表面活性剂和其他功能性助剂依次置于反应釜中,加水混合均匀,经高速剪切,湿法砂磨,生产过程控制温度不超过40℃,最后匀质过滤即得悬浮剂产品。
制备例3:14%苯并烯氟菌唑·咪鲜胺水乳剂(3:1)
配方组成:10.5%苯并烯氟菌唑、3.5%咪鲜胺、3%甘油脂肪酸酯聚氧乙烯醚、3%聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇单油酸酯、15%环己酮、0.1%黄原胶、0.1%异噻唑啉酮、5%丙三醇、1.5%尿素、0.5%山梨酸钠、0.1%有机硅消泡剂、去离子水补足余量;
制备方法:按实施例配方比例,将活性成分溶解到溶剂中加入乳化剂,使溶解成均匀油相,将去离子水、防冻剂等混合在一起,成均一水相;在高速剪切下,将油相加入水相,剪切至粒径合格后,加入消泡剂、增稠剂、防腐剂搅拌均匀,形成分散良好的水乳剂产品。
制备例4:24%苯并烯氟菌唑·咪鲜胺乳油(1:5)
配方组成:4%苯并烯氟菌唑、20%咪鲜胺、15%DMF、14%苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚、2%十二烷基苯磺酸钙、20%碳酸丙烯酯、二甲苯补足余量;
制备方法:按配方比例,将计量后的苯并烯氟菌唑和咪鲜胺、溶剂、助溶剂加入到调配釜中搅拌使其溶解,再加入乳化剂,用剩余溶剂补足余量,在搅拌釜中搅拌均匀,过滤后即得本发明所需乳油。
制备例5:20%苯并烯氟菌唑·咪鲜胺微乳剂(7:1)
配方组成:17.5%苯并烯氟菌唑、2.5%咪鲜胺、10%苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚、4%烷基芳基聚氧乙烯醚聚氧丙烯醚、1%辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、1%十二烷基硫酸钠、2%二甲苯、20%环己酮、3%乙二醇、0.5%甘油、去离子水补足余量;
制备方法:按照制备例配方比例,将活性成分、溶剂、乳化剂等混匀制得油相,将防冻液跟水混合均匀制得水相,将油相在搅拌状态下加入水相搅拌均匀,继续剪切10min,再加入硅油消泡剂搅拌均匀,得到油相粒子为0.01~0.1微米的小液滴,即制得本发明所述的微乳剂。
制备例6:24%苯并烯氟菌唑·咪鲜胺锰盐可湿性粉剂(1:1)
配方组成:12%苯并烯氟菌唑、12%咪鲜胺锰盐、3%聚羧酸钠盐、2%萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物、2%拉开粉BX、5%白炭黑、高岭土补足余量;
制备方法:按配方比例将有效成分以及分散剂、润湿剂和填料混合,在搅拌釜中均匀搅拌,经气流粉碎机进行多次粉碎混合均匀,即可制成本发明组合物的可湿性粉剂。
制备例7:50%苯并烯氟菌唑·咪鲜胺锰盐水分散粒剂(1:3)
配方组成:12.5%苯并烯氟菌唑、37.5%咪鲜胺锰盐、10%木质素磺酸盐、4%萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物、2%十二烷基硫酸钠、5%白炭黑、30%淀粉、高岭土补足余量;
制备方法:按实施例配方比例,将活性成分加入载体中,并在其中加入表面活性剂和其他功能性助剂,混合,经气流粉碎后加10~25%的水,然后经捏合、造粒、干燥、筛分制得水分散粒剂产品;或将粉碎过的粉体在沸腾造粒机中喷水、造粒、干燥,之后筛分制得产品。
制备例8:27%苯并烯氟菌唑·咪鲜胺锰盐悬浮剂(5:1)
配方组成:22.5%苯并烯氟菌唑、4.5%咪鲜胺锰盐、1%异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚、1%萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物、3%苯乙烯酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、2%烷基芳基聚氧乙烯醚聚氧丙烯醚、0.2%黄原胶、1%硅酸镁铝、5%丙二醇、0.2%苯甲酸钾、0.5%硅油、去离子水补足余量;
制备方法:按配方比例,将活性成分苯并烯氟菌唑和咪鲜胺、表面活性剂和其他功能性助剂依次置于反应釜中,加水混合均匀,经高速剪切,湿法砂磨,最后匀质过滤即得悬浮剂产品。
制备例9:36%苯并烯氟菌唑·咪鲜胺铜盐悬浮剂(1:2)
配方组成:12%苯并烯氟菌唑、24%咪鲜胺铜盐、3%烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、4%烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、1%聚羧酸钠盐、0.25%黄原胶、5%丙三醇、0.1%苯甲酸钠、0.5%硅油,去离子水补足余量;
制备方法:同制备例8。
制备例10:30%苯并烯氟菌唑·咪鲜胺铜盐水分散粒剂(1:5)
配方组成:5%苯并烯氟菌唑、25%咪鲜胺铜盐、10%木质素磺酸盐、4%聚羧酸钠盐、2%十二烷基硫酸钠、5%白炭黑、30%淀粉、高岭土补足余量;
制备方法:同制备例7。
室内活性试验
实施例1:苯并烯氟菌唑和咪鲜胺或其盐复配对柑橘炭疽病室内联合作用试验
试验依据:试验参考NY/T 1156.2-2006《农药室内生物测定试验准则杀菌剂第2部分:抑制病原真菌菌丝生长试验平皿法》;NY/T 1156.6-2006《农药室内生物测定试验准则杀菌剂第6部分混配的联合作用测定》。
供试菌株:柑橘炭疽病菌(Colletotrichum gloeosporioides),室内纯化培养。
供试药剂:96%苯并烯氟菌唑原药、97%咪鲜胺原药、98%咪鲜胺锰盐原药、98%咪鲜胺铜盐原药,以上原药均由集团研发中心提供。
药剂配制:将原药先用丙酮溶解,分别配制单剂母液,并根据混配目的、药剂活性设计不同的配比,各单剂及每组配比混剂配制成所需的系列质量浓梯度。
在无菌操作条件下,将预先融化的灭菌PDA培养基冷却至50℃,用移液器分别吸取药液与PDA培养基在直径为9cm的培养皿内混合均匀,制成带药平板培养基,以无菌水作空白对照。每处理4次重复。
将保存的病原菌进行活化,在无菌操作条件下用直径6mm的灭菌打孔器,自菌落边缘切取菌饼,用接种器将菌饼接种于含药平板培养基中央,菌丝面朝上,每只培养皿内放入1个菌饼,盖上皿盖,置于25℃的恒温培养箱中培养。
数据统计与分析:
根据空白对照培养皿中菌的生长情况调查病原菌菌丝生长情况。采用十字交叉法测量菌落直径。根据调查结果,计算各处理浓度对供试靶标菌的菌丝生长抑制率,单位为百分率(%),计算结果保留小数点后两位。

试验统计:采用几率值分析的方法对数据进行处理。用DPS统计分析系统进行分析,求出EC50值,评价供试药剂对生物试材的活性。
混剂的共毒系数(CTC值)以下公式计算:

复配的共毒系数CTC≥120表现为增效作用;CTC≤80表现为拮抗作用;80<CTC<120表现为相加作用。

由上表(表1-3)室内生物活性测定试验结果显示,将苯并烯氟菌唑与咪鲜胺或其盐进行合理的复配,在一定质量配比下对柑橘炭疽病表现出优异的防治效果。苯并烯氟菌唑与咪鲜胺复配,在质量比为1:70时,共毒系数(CTC)小于80,对柑橘炭疽病菌表现为拮抗作用;在质量比为70:1~50:1、1:50~1:40,80<共毒系数(CTC)<120,对柑橘炭疽病菌表现为相加作用;而二者质量比为40:1~1:30,共毒系数(CTC)大于120表现为增效作用。
苯并烯氟菌唑与咪鲜胺锰盐复配,在质量比为70:1时,共毒系数(CTC)小于80,对柑橘炭疽病菌表现为拮抗作用;在质量比为50:1~40:1、1:50~1:70,80<共毒系数(CTC)<120,对柑橘炭疽病菌表现为相加作用;而二者质量比为30:1~1:40,共毒系数(CTC)大于120表现为增效作用。
苯并烯氟菌唑与咪鲜胺铜盐复配,在质量比为50:1时,共毒系数(CTC)小于80,对柑橘炭疽病菌表现为拮抗作用;在质量比为50:1~30:1、1:70,80<共毒系数(CTC)<120,对柑橘炭疽病菌表现为相加作用;而二者质量比为20:1~1:50,共毒系数(CTC)大于120表现为增效作用。
田间药效试验
实施例2:苯并烯氟菌唑和咪鲜胺或其盐复配对柑橘炭疽病田间药效试验
试验于广西壮族自治区永福县永福镇南雄村柑橘园进行,试验地土壤有机质含量为2.5%,水肥管理适中,地势平坦。
试验作物:砂糖橘。
试验设计:试验共设置11个处理,4个重复,各个试验小区采用随机区组排列。
试验方法:试验采用工农-16型背负式喷雾器,采用树冠喷雾,以喷施叶面和果实滴水为度。试验小区全程不使用其他杀菌剂。
整个试验过程总计施药2次,第一次施药时间为2022年5月6日,间隔10天进行第二次施药。
调查方法:试验于最后一次施药后21天进行药效调查,调查各处理药剂对叶片炭疽病和果实炭疽病的防效。
叶片和果实炭疽病调查:施药后21天调查叶片/果实发病情况。每小区取2株树,每株树按东、南、西、北、中5点取样,每点调查2个春梢的叶片或6个果实,根据表4病害进行分级,计算病情指数和防效。

药效计算方法:
安全性调查:试验不定期进行调查,未发现试验药剂和对照药剂对柑橘生长产生异常影响,未发现药害产生,也未发现对试验区内有益昆虫产生不良影响。
田间药效试验结果见下表:

试验结果显示,本发明的复配的杀菌组合物用于防治柑橘炭疽病,防治效果显著。应用于防治柑橘炭疽病,可有效控制柑橘炭疽病蔓延。
通过室内毒力测定和田间药效试验显示,本发明将苯并烯氟菌唑和咪鲜胺或其盐进行复配的组合物对柑橘炭疽病表现出较好的防治效果。本发明复配所得的杀菌组合物或其制剂防效显著,具有高效、广谱、低残留、持效期长、内吸性强等特点;并且在试验中未发现复配药剂对作物产生药害,说明在所得杀菌组合物或制剂的杀菌协同增效提高的情况下,能够降低生产成本和使用成本,对作物安全。
虽然,上文中己经用一般性说明及具体实施方案对本发明作了详尽的描述,但在本发明基础上,可以对之作一些修改或改进,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的,因此,在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。

1.一种含苯并烯氟菌唑的杀菌组合物用于防治柑橘炭疽病的用途,其特征在于,所述的杀菌组合物包含活性成分A和活性成分B,所述的活性成分A为苯并烯氟菌唑,所述的活性成分B为咪鲜胺或其盐,所述的活性成分A与活性成分B的质量比为40:1~1:50。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用途,其特征在于,所述的活性B为咪鲜胺、咪鲜胺锰盐或咪鲜胺铜盐。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用途,其特征在于,所述的活性成分B为咪鲜胺时,所述的杀菌组合物中活性成分A与活性成分B的质量比为40:1~1:30;
所述的活性成分B为咪鲜胺锰盐时,所述的杀菌组合物中活性成分A与活性成分B的质量比为30:1~1:40;
所述的活性成分B为咪鲜胺铜盐时,所述的杀菌组合物中活性成分A与活性成分B的质量比为20:1~1:50。
4.根据权利要求3所述的用途,其特征在于,所述的活性成分B为咪鲜胺时,所述的杀菌组合物中活性成分A与活性成分B的质量比为30:1~1:20;
所述的活性成分B为咪鲜胺锰盐,所述的杀菌组合物中活性成分A与活性成分B的质量比为25:1~1:20;
所述的活性成分B为咪鲜胺铜盐,所述的杀菌组合物中活性成分A与活性成分B的质量比为10:1~1:30。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用途,其特征在于,以所述的杀菌组合物的总重量为100wt%计,所述活性成分A与活性成分B在农药组合物中的含量之和为0.5~80wt%,优选为1~70wt%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的用途,其特征在于,所述的农药组合物除活性成分外还包括农业上允许的辅助成分,所述的辅助成分选自润湿剂、分散剂、乳化剂、增稠剂、崩解剂、防冻剂、消泡剂、溶剂、防腐剂、稳定剂、增效剂或载体中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的用途,其特征在于,所述的杀菌组合物可以制备成农药上允许的任意一种制剂剂型,所述的制剂剂型为固体制剂或液体制剂;

所述的液体制剂包括可溶液剂、可溶胶剂、油剂、展膜油剂、乳油、乳胶、可分散液剂、膏剂、水乳剂、油乳剂、微乳剂、脂剂悬浮剂、微囊悬浮剂、油悬浮剂、可分散油悬浮剂、悬乳剂、微囊悬浮-悬浮剂、微囊悬浮-水乳剂、微囊悬浮-悬乳剂或种子处理悬浮剂。
8.根据权利要求7所述的用途,其特征在于,所述的固体制剂为水分散粒剂或可湿性粉剂,所述的液体制剂为悬浮剂、水乳剂、乳油或微乳剂。
9.根据权利要求1所述的用途,其特征在于,所述的柑橘炭疽病是由盘长孢刺盘孢菌引起的病害。
10.根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的用途,其特征在于,将所述的杀菌组合物和/或其制剂施用于需要控制的病害或其生长的介质上。
