背景技术
氟啶胺,CAS登录号为79622-59-6,化学名称为3-氯-N-[3-氯-2,6-二硝基-4-(三氟甲基)苯基]-5-(三氟甲基)吡啶-2-胺。其是一种氧化磷酸化解偶联剂,对早疫病和晚疫病等植物病害具有优异的防治效果,同时对害螨具有一定的防治效果。
嘧螨胺,CAS登录号为1257598-43-8,化学名称为(E)-2-[2-[[2-(2,4-二氯苯胺基)-6-(三氟甲基)嘧啶-4-基]氧甲基]苯基]-3-甲氧基丙-2-烯酸甲酯,属于线粒体呼吸链抑制剂。
植食性害螨与农业生产密切相关,具有种类多、分布广、多食性等特点,是公认的较难防治的有害生物种群,其类群主要为叶螨科。植食性害螨以成、若螨和幼螨在植物的叶子正面或背面吸取汁液,使叶面水分蒸腾作用增强,叶绿素减少,光合作用受抑制,从而使叶片变色、干枯,严重时导致整个植物枯死。
农业生产长期以来主要依靠化学防治来控制大面积爆发螨害,害螨特殊的生态对策和环境适应性使得其抗药性问题越来越突出。而农药的大量使用还加重了环境污染,破坏自然生态平衡。因此,申请人将sulfiflumin与氟啶胺或嘧螨胺中的任一种进行复配,发现其对植食性害螨防治具有明显的增效作用,减缓了害螨抗药性的发展,对环境安全。
发明内容
基于以上内容,本发明的目的在于提供一种杀螨组合物,本发明的杀螨组合物防治柑橘全爪螨等植食性害螨增效作用显著,有效降低了农药的使用剂量,对环境安全。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种对作物安全的杀螨组合物;
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下的技术方案,一种杀螨组合物,所述的杀螨组合物的活性成分包含活性成分A和活性成分B,所述的活性成分A为sulfiflumin,所述的活性成分B为氟啶胺或嘧螨胺中的任一种,所述的活性成分与活性成分B的质量比为1:30~42:1。
进一步地,所述的杀螨组合物中活性成分B为氟啶胺,所述的活性成分A与活性成分B的质量比为1:30~42:1,如1:30、1:24、1:12、1:6、1:3、6:1、10:1、24:1、35:1、42:1或上述数值之间的任意值;
更进一步地,所述的杀螨组合物中活性成分B为氟啶胺,所述的活性成分A与活性成分B的质量比1:24~35:1,如1:24、1:12、1:6、1:3、6:1、10:1、24:1、35:1或上述数值之间的任意值;

本发明的有益效果在于以下几点:
1)本发明的杀螨组合物在一定比例下防治植食性害螨增效作用明显,尤其是对柑橘全爪螨具有较好的防治效果;
2)本发明的杀螨组合物能够明显降低害螨种群、减少害螨对作物的危害,提高药剂的速效性、延缓抗药性发展;
3)本发明的杀螨组合物安全高效,对作物、非靶标生物、有益生物和天敌安全。
具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明制剂制备例和具体实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
制备例1:28%sulfiflumin·氟啶胺水分散粒剂(1:6)
配方组成:4%sulfiflumin、24%氟啶胺、10%萘磺酸甲醛聚合物钠盐、2%聚羧酸钠盐、4%拉开粉BX、高岭土补足余量;
制备方法:按配方比例,将活性成分加入载体中,并在其中加入表面活性剂和其他功能性助剂,混合,经过气流粉碎后加10~25%的水,然后经捏合、造粒、干燥、筛分制得水分散粒剂产品;或将粉碎过的粉体在沸腾造粒机中喷水、造粒、干燥,之后筛分制得产品。
制备例2:18%sulfiflumin·氟啶胺悬浮剂(8:1)
配方组成:16%sulfiflumin、2%氟啶胺、2%烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、1%聚羧酸钠盐、4%烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯盐、2%烷基芳基聚氧乙烯醚聚氧丙烯醚、0.5%硅酸镁铝、0.25%黄原胶、4%乙二醇、0.1%苯甲酸钾、0.5%硅油、去离子水补足余量;
制备方法:按配方比例,将活性成分、表面活性剂和其他功能性助剂依次置于反应釜中,加水混合均匀,经高速剪切,湿法砂磨,最后匀质过滤即得悬浮剂产品。
制备例3:22%sulfiflumin·嘧螨胺悬浮剂(2:9)
配方组成:4%sulfiflumin、18%嘧螨胺、2%甘油脂肪酸酯聚氧乙烯醚、2%烷基芳基聚氧乙烯醚聚氧丙烯醚、1%萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物、5%聚氧乙烯脱水山梨醇单油酸酯、1%硅酸镁铝、0.1%羧乙基纤维素、1%山梨酸钠、5%乙二醇、0.4%硅油、去离子水补足余量;
制备方法:按配方比例,将活性成分、表面活性剂和其他功能性助剂依次置于反应釜中,加水混合均匀,经高速剪切,湿法砂磨,最后匀质过滤即得悬浮剂产品。
制备例4:21%sulfiflumin·嘧螨胺水分散粒剂(6:1)
配方组成:18%sulfiflumin、3%嘧螨胺、8%分散剂MF-5、2%聚羧酸钠盐、2%十二烷基硫酸钠、轻质碳酸钙补足余量。
制备方法:按配方比例,将活性成分加入载体中,并在其中加入表面活性剂和其他功能性助剂,混合,经过气流粉碎后加10~25%的水,然后经捏合、造粒、干燥、筛分制得水分散粒剂产品;或将粉碎过的粉体在沸腾造粒机中喷水、造粒、干燥,之后筛分制得产品。

配方组成:6%sulfiflumin、9%嘧螨胺、10%木质素磺酸钙、2%分散剂NNO、2%十二烷基硫酸钠、高岭土补足余量;
制备方法:按配方比例,将活性成分以及分散剂、润湿剂和填料混合,在搅拌釜中均匀搅拌,经气流粉碎机进行多次粉碎混合均匀,即可制成本发明组合物的可湿性粉剂。
实施例1:室内生物毒力活性测定
试验依据:试验参照NY/T1154.13-2008《农药室内生物测定试验准则杀虫剂第13部分:叶碟喷雾法》。
生物试材:柑橘红蜘蛛(Panonychus citri)。
试验药剂:sulfiflumin原药、氟啶胺原药、嘧螨胺原药。
试验准备:选择生长一致未用过任何药剂的柑橘叶片,用打孔器做成叶碟,在培养皿内放置一湿海绵块,其上放滤纸,滤纸上放叶碟,每皿2个叶碟,将试螨接种到叶碟上,每叶碟15头。
药剂配制:将原药用有机溶剂配制成母液,再用0.1%的吐温80水溶液按照等比的方法配制5个系列质量浓度。
药剂处理:将培养皿置于potter喷雾塔底盘进行喷雾,喷液量为1mL,药剂沉降1min后取出,转移至正常条件下进行饲养。每个处理4次重复,设置不含药剂(含有所有有机溶剂和乳化剂)的处理作为空白对照。
饲养与观察:将处理的试螨置于温度为(25±1)℃、光周期为L:D=(16:8)h的条件下饲养和观察。
检查:处理后48h检查试虫的死亡情况,分别记录总螨数和死螨数。
计算方法:
根据调查数据,计算各处理的死亡率。按下列公式计算:

K——表示死亡虫数,单位为头;
N——表示处理总虫数,单位为头。

P1——校正死亡率,单位为百分数(%);
Pt——处理死亡率,单位为百分数(%);
P0——空白对照死亡率,单位为百分数(%)。
若对照死亡率<5%,无需校正;对照死亡率在5%~20%之间,应按照公式(2)进行校正;对照死亡率>20%,试验需重做。
混剂的共毒系数(CTC值)按式(3)、式(4)、式(5)计算:

ATI——混剂实测毒力指数;
S——标准杀螨剂的LC50,单位为毫克每升(mg/L);
M——混剂的LC50,单位为毫克每升(mg/L)。
TTI=TIA×PA+TIB×PB

TIA——A药剂毒力指数;
PA——A药剂在混剂中的百分含量,单位为百分率(%);
TIB——B药剂毒力指数;
PB——B药剂在混剂中的百分含量,单位为百分率(%)。

ATI——混剂实测毒力指数;
TTI——混剂理论毒力指数。
复配的共毒系数CTC≥120表现为增效作用;CTC≤80表现为拮抗作用;80<CTC<120表现为相加作用。室内毒力试验结果见下表:

由表1-2室内试验结果可知,本发明的杀螨组合物对于柑橘全爪螨具有较好的防治效果。Sulfiflumin与氟啶胺复配时,在质量比为1:30~42:1范围内,对全爪螨表现为增效作用;质量比为1:24~35:1,共毒系数大于140,增效作用明显;质量比为1:12~10:1,共毒系数大于170,增效作用显著;而在质量比为55:1时,表现为相加作用。
Sulfiflumin与嘧螨胺复配,其二者质量比为1:28~25:1,表现为增效作用;在质量比为1:15~12:1,共毒系数大于130,增效作用明显;在质量比为1:15~6:1,共毒系数大于140,增效作用显著;而在质量比为1:42、30:1~40:1表现为相加作用。
实施例2:田间防治柑橘红蜘蛛药效防治试验
试验地:浙江省台州市黄岩区柑橘园,试验地种植作物为温州蜜柑,试验地常年柑橘红蜘蛛危害较为严重,所有试验小区均匀一致,符合当地科学的农业实践。
试验小区设置:试验共设置5个药剂处理,1个清水对照处理。各小区随机区组排列,每处理小区面积为2株柑橘树,每个处理重复4次。
施药时间及施药方法:施药时采用常规树冠喷雾法,使用背负式手动喷雾器对柑橘树进行施药,试验于2023年5月15日进行施药,试验期间天气正常,无影响试验结果的恶劣气候因素出现。施药时将试验的药剂按照设计剂量兑水稀释,施药时做到均匀周到,喷雾至叶片滴水为止。
调查时间与调查方法:药前调查虫口基数,药后3d、15d、30d各调查1次残存活螨数,总计调查4次。每小区在每株树的东、南、西、北、中各标记1个树梢,调查每个树梢最顶部5片叶子,每小区总计调查50片叶子上的活动螨数,统计活螨的数量。
药效计算方法:
田间药效试验结果及分析:
药后3d调查结果表明,本发明的复配的杀螨组合物对柑橘红蜘蛛的防治效果为87.87%、87.50%,均高于各对照单剂;药后15d,18%sulfiflumin·氟啶胺悬浮剂(8:1)、15%sulfiflumin·嘧螨胺可湿性粉剂(2:3)四种药剂的防治效果分别为93.46%、92.60%;药后30d,本发明杀螨组合物对柑橘红蜘蛛的防治效果均明显高于各单剂对照,持效期较长。在供试浓度范围内,药后未见本发明的杀螨组合物对柑橘叶片、嫩梢和果实有明显药害现象。
虽然,上文中己经用一般性说明及具体实施方案对本发明作了详尽的描述,但在本发明基础上,可以对之作一些修改或改进,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的,因此,在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种杀螨组合物,其特征在于,所述的杀螨组合物的活性成分包含活性成分A和活性成分B,所述的活性成分A为sulfiflumin,所述的活性成分B为氟啶胺或嘧螨胺中的任一种,所述的活性成分与活性成分B的质量比为1:30~42:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的杀螨组合物,其特征在于,所述的杀螨组合物中活性成分B为氟啶胺,所述的活性成分A与活性成分B的质量比为1:30~42:1,优选的,所述的活性成分A与活性成分B的质量比1:24~35:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的杀螨组合物,其特征在于,所述的杀螨组合物中活性成分B为嘧螨胺,所述的活性成分A与活性成分B的质量比为1:28~25:1,优选的,所述的活性成分A与活性成分B的质量比为1:15~12:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的杀螨组合物,其特征在于,所述的杀螨组合物中除活性成分外还包括农药上可以接受的辅助成分,所述的辅助成分为填充剂和/或表面活性剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的杀螨组合物,其特征在于,所述的杀螨组合物的制剂剂型为可溶液剂、悬浮剂、乳油、水乳剂、微囊悬浮剂、微乳剂、悬乳剂、可分散油悬浮剂、颗粒剂、水分散粒剂或可湿性粉剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的杀螨组合物,其特征在于,所述的制剂剂型为悬浮剂、乳油、水分散粒剂或可湿性粉剂。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的杀螨组合物用于防治植食性害螨的应用。
8.根据权利要求7所述的应用,其特征在于,所述的植食性害螨为叶螨科害螨。
9.根据权利要求8所述的应用,其特征在于,所述的叶螨科害螨为柑橘全爪螨、苹果全爪螨、朱砂叶螨或二斑叶螨。
10.根据权利要求7所述的应用,其特征在于,将所述的杀螨组合物施用于害螨及其生长的植物或其生长的环境中。
