技术领域
本发明属于农药杀螨技术领域,公开了一种含噻螨酮的杀螨组合物及其应用。
背景技术
噻螨酮是一种噻唑烷酮类杀螨剂,以触杀作用为主,并有一定渗透性,但无内吸传导作用。该药具有强烈的杀卵作用,对幼螨、若螨杀灭效果好,对成螨无效,但雌成螨接触到药液后所产的卵不能孵化。噻螨酮对各种作物的叶螨效果都好,但对锈螨的防治效果较差。
pyflubumide是一种甲酰苯胺类杀螨剂,CAS登录号为:926914-55-8,其是呼吸链线粒体复合物Ⅱ的一种新颖抑制剂。pyflubumide是对所有生育期的二斑叶螨、柑橘红蜘蛛、苹果红蜘蛛以及神泽氏叶螨具有较好的防治效果,但是对跗线螨和瘿螨和其他害虫活性相对较差。
由于以上两种杀螨剂作用机理不同,噻螨酮为选择性杀螨剂,主要作用于卵和幼螨,而pyflubumide对所有生育阶段的二斑叶螨、神泽氏叶螨、柑橘红蜘蛛等农业重要害螨具有特异性和高效性,申请人经过室内试验和田间药效试验研究发现将噻螨酮和pyflubumide配成不同比例的混剂,对所有生育阶段的害螨具有较好的活性,且速效性好,持效期长,对靶标作物无药害,为合理防治害螨提供依据。
发明内容
基于以上情况,本发明的目的在于提供一种含噻螨酮的杀螨组合物及其应用,该杀螨组合物对植物害螨具有优良的防治效果,尤其针对二斑叶螨防效显著,且速效性好,持效期长,对作物安全,无药害。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下的技术方案:一种含噻螨酮的杀螨组合物,其特征在于,所述的杀螨组合物包含活性成分A和活性成分B,所述的活性成分A为pyflubumide,所述的活性成分B为噻螨酮,所述的活性成分A与活性成分B的质量比为1:30~35:1;
更进一步的,所述的活性成分A与活性成分B的质量比为1:30、1:20、1:15、1:10、1:5、1:1、6:1、10:1、20:1、25:1、35:1;

本发明的有益效果:
1)本发明的杀螨组合物将作用机理不同的药剂进行合理复配,对二斑叶螨等植食性害螨具有优异的防治效果,速效性好,能有效控制害螨抗药性的产生和发展;
2)本发明的杀螨组合物对益螨安全,对靶标作物无药害产生,对环境安全。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例对本发明进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用于解释本发明,并不用于限制本发明。
制剂制备例:
制备例1:25%pyflubumide·噻螨酮乳油(1:4)
配方:按重量百分比计,5%pyflubumide、20%噻螨酮、18% N-甲基吡咯烷酮、12%烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、1%十二烷基苯磺酸钙、8% DMF、二甲苯补足余量。
制备方法:按照配方比例,将活性成分、溶剂、助溶剂加入到调配釜中搅拌使其溶解,再加入乳化剂,用剩余溶剂补足余量,在搅拌釜中搅拌均匀,过滤后即得所需乳油。
制备例2:24%pyflubumide·噻螨酮乳油(1:3)
配方:按重量百分比计,6%pyflubumide、18%噻螨酮、14% EO/PO嵌段共聚物、13%苯乙酮、10%碳酸丙烯酯、10%烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、2%十二烷基苯磺酸钙、二甲苯补足余量。
制备方法:同制备例1。
制备例3:24%pyflubumide·噻螨酮乳油(1:5)
配方:按重量百分比计,4%pyflubumide、20%噻螨酮、12%二甲基亚砜、20%环己酮、12%苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚、2%十二烷基苯磺酸钙、三甲苯补足余量。
制备方法:同制备例1。
制备例4:30%pyflubumide·噻螨酮可湿性粉剂(1:1)
配方:按重量百分比计,15%pyflubumide、15%噻螨酮、3%十二烷基苯磺酸钠、6%萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物、2%拉开粉BX、高岭土补足余量。
制备方法:按配方比例,将有效成分以及分散剂、润湿剂和填料混合,在搅拌釜中均匀搅拌,经气流粉碎机进行多次粉碎混合均匀,即可制成本发明组合物的可湿性粉剂。
制备例5:35%pyflubumide·噻螨酮可湿性粉剂(1:6)
配方:按重量百分比计,5%pyflubumide、30%噻螨酮、8%萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物、2%聚羧酸钠盐、3%十二烷基硫酸钠、4%白炭黑、高岭土补足余量。
制备方法:同制备例4。
制备例6:33%pyflubumide·噻螨酮可湿性粉剂(1:2)
配方:按重量百分比计,11%pyflubumide、22%噻螨酮、10%萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物、2%聚羧酸钠盐、2%拉开粉BX、高岭土补足余量。
制备方法:同制备例4。
室内生物测定试验
实施例1:pyflubumide和噻螨酮复配对二斑叶螨室内活性试验
试验依据:试验参照NY/T 1154.13-2008《农药室内生物测定试验准则杀虫剂第13部分:叶碟喷雾法》。
试验靶标:二斑叶螨(Tetranychus urticae Koch),选择生理状态一致的若螨。
试验药剂:97%噻螨酮原药、92%pyflubumide原药,均由集团研发中心提供。
试材准备:选择生长一致且没有施用过药的蚕豆叶片,用打孔器做成合适的叶碟,在培养皿中内放置一块湿海绵,在湿海绵上放滤纸,将打好的叶碟放置在滤纸上,每皿2个叶碟,将室内饲养的靶标害螨移到叶碟上,每叶碟15头。
药剂配制:将以上原药用合适的溶剂进行溶解,根据混配目的、药剂活性设计5组配比,各单剂及每组配比混剂配置5个系列质量浓度梯度。
试验方法:将Potter喷雾塔压力调整在1.47×105Pa的稳定状态,将洗净的喷雾头先用丙酮清洗2次,再用蒸馏水清洗2次。
将培养皿置于Potter喷雾塔底盘进行喷雾,喷液量为1mL,药液沉降1min后取出,每个处理4次重复,并设不含药剂的处理作为空白对照。
饲养与观察:将处理后的试虫置于温度为(25±1)℃、光周期为L:D=(16:8)h条件下进行饲养和观察。48h后检查试虫的死亡情况,分别记录总虫数和死亡虫数。
计算方法:
根据调查数据,计算各处理的死亡率。按下式计算:

P——死亡率,单位为百分数(%);
K——表示死亡虫数,单位为头;
N——表示处理总虫数,单位为头。

P1——校正死亡率,单位为百分数(%);
Pt——处理死亡率,单位为百分数(%);
P0——空白对照死亡率,单位为百分数(%)。
若对照死亡率<5%,无需校正;对照死亡率在5%~20%之间,应按照校正死亡率公式进行校正;对照死亡率>20%,试验需重做。
用IBM SPSS Statistics统计分析系统进行分析,求出毒力回归方程、相关系数以及LC50值,评价供试药剂对生物试材的活性。
混剂的共毒系数(CTC值)按下式计算:

ATI——混剂实测毒力指数;
S——标准杀螨剂的LC50,单位为毫克每升(mg/L);
M——混剂的LC50,单位为毫克每升(mg/L)。
TTI=TIA×PA+TIB×PB

TTI——混剂理论毒力指数;
TIA——A药剂毒力指数;
PA——A药剂在混剂中的百分含量,单位为百分率(%);
TIB——B药剂毒力指数;
PB——B药剂在混剂中的百分含量,单位为百分率(%)。

CTC——共毒系数;
ATI——混剂实测毒力指数;
TTI——混剂理论毒力指数。
复配的共毒系数CTC≥120表现为增效作用;CTC≤80表现为拮抗作用;80<CTC<120表现为相加作用。
室内试验结果见下表:

由室内活性测定试验结果显示(如表1),pyflubumide对二斑叶螨若螨具有更高的活性。将pyflubumide与噻螨酮进行合理的复配,对二斑叶螨具有较好的防治效果。pyflubumide与噻螨酮的质量比1:30~35:1,共毒系数大于80,联合作用表现为增效或相加。pyflubumide与噻螨酮的质量比为1:30~20:1,共毒系数大于120,联合作用表现为增效。
田间药效防治试验
实施例2:pyflubumide与噻螨酮复配对二斑叶螨田间药效防治试验
试验依据:试验参照GB/T 17980.7-2000《农药田间药效试验准则(一)杀螨剂防治苹果叶螨》。
试验靶标:二斑叶螨(Tetranychus urticae Koch)。
试验作物:苹果(长富2号)。
试验地点:于山东省临沂市费县大田庄乡苹果园中开展试验,试验地为沙壤土,肥力中等偏上,果园管理水平一致。
试验设计:试验采用随机区组排列,每个处理重复4次,试验小区面积为2株苹果树。于2020年6月21日进行施药,施药时做到均匀周到,不漏喷不重喷,总计施药1次。
调查方法:每小区的每株树按东、西、南、北、中五个方位各调查10片叶子上的活动态螨数,每小区总计调查100片叶子。用手持放大镜直接观察叶片正反面的活动螨数量,统计螨的数量。于施药处理后2d、7d、15d、30d各调查一次。
防效计算方法:
田间药效试验结果见下表:

由田间药效试验结果显示,噻螨酮单剂处理组在药后2d的防治效果较低,为68.32%,但是药后15d,防效达到75.40%,说明噻螨酮单剂速效性较差,对成螨无效或效果较差,但是对若螨、卵具有较好的杀伤作用,且具有抑制雌成螨产卵孵化的作用。而本发明的杀螨组合物对二斑叶螨具有较好的防治效果,药后2~15d,24%pyflubumide·噻螨酮乳油(1:5)针对二斑叶螨的整体防效从83.97%提高到90.18%,药后30d,防治效果仍然高于95%,说明该药剂使用剂量少、杀螨活性高、且速效性较好、持效期长。
试验过程中进行不定期观察,在各浓度下,本发明的杀螨组合物未对非靶标生物及有益螨产生任何不良影响,对捕食螨安全。因此,在农业生产中,以本发明的杀螨组合物进行化学防治害螨的同时可以同时应用“以螨治螨”的生物防治方法,减少化学农业使用的同时,减少对环境的污染。
综上所述,通过室内活性试验和田间试验,本发明的杀螨组合物对植物害螨,防效显著,速效性好,持效期长,并且本发明的杀螨组合物对靶标作物无药害,对作物安全。
虽然,上文中已经用一般性说明及具体实施方案对本发明作了详尽的描述,但在本发明基础上,可以对之作一些修改或改进,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的,因此,在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种含噻螨酮的杀螨组合物,其特征在于,所述的杀螨组合物包含活性成分A和活性成分B,所述的活性成分A为pyflubumide,所述的活性成分B为噻螨酮,所述的活性成分A与活性成分B的质量比为1:30~35:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的杀螨组合物,其特征在于,所述的活性成分A与活性成分B的质量比为1:30~25:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的杀螨组合物,其特征在于,所述的活性成分A与活性成分B的质量比为1:20~20:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的杀螨组合物,其特征在于,所述的杀螨组合物的总重量以100wt%计,所述的活性成分A与活性成分B的总重量占所述的杀螨组合物的总重量的1%~70%,优选为1%~60%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的杀螨组合物,其特征在于,所述的杀螨组合物的除了包含活性成分外还包含农业上允许的辅助成分,所述的辅助成分选自润湿剂、分散剂、乳化剂、增稠剂、崩解剂、防冻剂、消泡剂、溶剂、防腐剂、稳定剂、增效剂或载体中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的杀螨组合物,其特征在于,所述的杀螨组合物可以制备成农业上允许的任意一种制剂剂型,所述的制剂剂型为粉剂、颗粒剂、球剂、片剂、条剂、可湿性粉剂、油分散粉剂、乳粉剂、水分散粒剂、乳粒剂、水分散片剂、可溶粉剂、可溶片剂、可溶粒剂、可溶液剂、可溶胶剂、油剂、展膜油剂、乳油、乳胶、可分散液剂、膏剂、水乳剂、油乳剂、微乳剂、脂剂悬浮剂、微囊悬浮剂、油悬浮剂、可分散油悬浮剂、悬乳剂、微囊悬浮-悬浮剂、微囊悬浮-水乳剂或微囊悬浮-悬乳剂中的任一种。
7.根据权利要求6所述的杀螨组合物,其特征在于,所述的制剂剂型为乳油或可湿性粉剂。
8.根据权利1-7中任一项所述的杀螨组合物用于防治植食性害螨的用途。
9.根据权利要求8所述的用途,其特征在于,所述的害螨为叶螨科害螨,所述的叶螨科害螨为朱砂叶螨、二斑叶螨、柑橘全爪螨或棉花红蜘蛛;
优选的,所述的叶螨科害螨为二斑叶螨。
10.根据权利要求8所述的用途,其特征在于,将所述的杀螨组合物以有效剂量施用于害螨及其生长介质上。
