Abstract
本发明属于智能包装技术领域,具体涉及一种氧化硅高阻隔膜、温变高阻隔包装材料及其制备工艺。氧化硅高阻隔膜以液态的六甲基二硅氧烷HMDSO、液态的四甲基二硅氧烷TMDSO有机硅化合物或者气态的硅烷SiH4为原料,在基材上用等离子体增强化学气相沉积法沉积成镀膜。温变高阻隔包装材料由上而下依次由温变印刷薄膜层12‑18μm、上述的氧化硅高阻隔膜层12‑18μm、热封层65‑75μm组成,各层之间通过粘合剂粘合而成。本发明温变高阻隔包装材料氧气透过率和水蒸气透过率性能优异,耐蒸煮性能优异,采用颜色指示产品温度变化从而直观显示包装材料内部的产品温度,用于判断温度造成的产品品质变化,尤其适用于软包装产品。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于智能包装技术领域,具体涉及一种氧化硅高阻隔膜、温变高阻隔包装材料及其制备工艺。
背景技术
随着人们对生活水平的要求逐渐提高,食品以及药品软包装快速发展,不仅要求包装阻氧阻湿,对可视化、便捷化的使用体验也提出了要求。近年来,高阻隔软包装材料随之蓬勃发展,广泛使用的高阻隔材料例如:EVOH共挤膜、镀铝薄膜、铝塑薄膜、氧化铝薄膜等,EVOH共挤膜难以在湿度高的条件下使用,因此难以进行蒸煮;镀铝薄膜和铝塑薄膜透明性差,不能用于微波加热且因使用金属镀层而难以回收;氧化铝薄膜则不耐揉搓,难以满足液体封装的需求。近年来,大量的研究证明氧化硅高阻隔薄膜具有其他材料难以替代的优良性能,具备高阻隔性的同时,也有高透明性,还可用于微波加热、良好的耐揉搓性,能保障广泛的使用面,且可进行回收,十分环保,但是制作成本较高。
公开号为CN114734699A的中国发明专利申请公开了一种低温热封易剥离聚丙烯包装膜,包括依次设置的承印层、印刷层、阻隔层和热封层,承印层、印刷层和阻隔层分别为双向拉伸聚丙烯膜、聚氨酯油墨和镀铝聚丙烯膜,热封层为流延聚丙烯膜,按质量百分比计,其组分包括乙烯-丙烯-1-丁烯无规共聚物40~55%、茂金属丙烯-1-丁烯共聚物25~35%、丙烯基弹性体10~25%、爽滑剂1~5%、开口剂0.5~3%,该发明还公开了一种低温热封易剥离包装膜的制备方法。本发明的包装膜的起封温度低至128℃,并且在150℃达到10.8N/15mm以上的热封强度。使用添加有乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯和乙烯-丙烯酸的聚氨酯油墨作为印刷层,并将其印刷在承印层的内表面,可以增大印刷层与承印层以及无溶剂型粘结剂之间的结合力,增大层间剥离强度。但是,该发明专利阻隔层采用镀铝聚丙烯膜,透明性差,不能用于微波加热且因使用金属镀层而难以回收。
公告号为CN103382549B的中国专利公开了一种多层结构高阻隔薄膜制作的制备方法,它包括以下步骤:a.在透明基材上用等离子体增强化学气相沉积法沉积一层无机镀层;b.在1-80Pa真空状态下,利用具有刻蚀性能的气体放电形成等离子体对沉积的无机镀层进行刻蚀;c.在上述被刻蚀的无机镀层表面用等离子体增强化学气相沉积法沉积一层无机镀层;重复上述步骤,得到多层结构高阻隔薄膜。该发明方法工艺简单,设备投入低,得到的高阻隔膜表面平整,阻隔效果好,可以应用于制作高档食品、药品包装材料,也可用于有机太阳能电池或有机电致发光元件等。但是,该专利需要在薄膜上沉积一层无机镀层,然后在真空的条件下,使用等离子体对镀层表面进行轰击,使表面平整后,再沉积一层无机镀层,效率低,成本大,不适用于软包装产品阻隔材料。
发明内容
为克服上述缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种氧化硅高阻隔膜、温变高阻隔包装材料及其制备工艺。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种氧化硅高阻隔膜,以液态的六甲基二硅氧烷HMDSO、液态的四甲基二硅氧烷TMDSO有机硅化合物或者气态的硅烷SiH4为原料,在基材上用等离子体增强化学气相沉积法沉积成镀膜。
优选地,所述基材为PA、PE、PP或者PET基材。
一种温变高阻隔包装材料,由上而下依次由温变印刷薄膜层12-18μm、上述的氧化硅高阻隔膜层12-18μm、热封层65-75μm组成,各层之间通过粘合剂粘合而成。
优选地,所述温变印刷薄膜层采用常规图文部分油墨和温度变色部分的变色油墨在BOPA、BOPP、BOPET、LDPE或者HDPE薄膜上印刷而成。
优选地,所述变色油墨由如下重量百分比的原料制备而成:
树脂30%-35%、显色剂20-25%、增塑剂0.4-1%、干燥剂0.2-0.5%、有机溶剂40%-45%和可逆热敏变色剂0.6%-1.5%。
优选地,所述树脂为松香季戊四醇脂、醇酸树脂、松香改性酚醛树脂和马来酸酐中的一种或几种。
优选地,所述有机溶剂为乙酸乙酯或者异丙醇。
优选地,所述可逆热敏变色剂为邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯或者双酚A。
优选地,所述热封层为聚乙烯薄膜层或者聚丙烯薄膜层。
优选地,所述粘合剂为溶剂型粘合剂,以聚氨酯为干基,以乙酸乙酯为溶剂,固含量为40-60%,粘合剂干基为2.5-3g/m2。
上述温变高阻隔包装材料的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)制备各层:分别制备氧化硅高阻隔膜层、温变印刷薄膜层、热封层;
(2)复合:将氧化硅高阻隔膜层、温变印刷薄膜层、热封层,在粘合剂的作用下进行复合;
(3)收卷:将复合好的成品进行收卷,成为膜卷。
本发明的积极有益效果:
1.本发明氧化硅高阻隔膜在基材上采用等离子体增强化学气相沉积法PECVD法制备氧化硅蒸镀薄膜,镀层更加均匀,沉积的氧化硅层不容易开裂,具备良好的耐揉搓性能,水氧阻隔性能优异。
2.本发明温变印刷薄膜在达到变色温度时,实现直接观察的目的,便于采用颜色指示产品温度变化从而直观显示包装材料内部的产品温度,用于判断温度造成的产品品质变化;热封层热封温度低,热封强度高,便于包装材料制袋,不易开口;氧化硅高阻隔膜阻水阻氧性能优异,具备良好的耐揉搓性能,而且还能阻隔温变印刷薄膜有害成分进入包装内部,温变高阻隔包装材料性能主要由氧化硅高阻隔膜体现。本发明各层协同作用,所得温变高阻隔包装材料透光率≥88%,雾度≤7%,氧气透过率≤0.3cm3/m2*24h,水蒸气透过率≤2.5cm3/m2*24h,氧气透过率和水蒸气透过率性能优异,蒸煮后氧气透过率≤3.2cm3/m2*24h,水蒸气透过率≤4cm3/m2*24h,耐蒸煮性能优异,尤其适用于软包装食品或者药品。
具体实施方式
下面结合一些具体实施例对本发明进一步说明。
实施例1
一种氧化硅高阻隔膜,以液态的六甲基二硅氧烷HMDSO为原料,以氦气为载气,氧气为反应气体,在PET基材上用等离子体增强化学气相沉积法沉积成镀膜。
一种温变高阻隔包装材料,由上而下依次由温变印刷薄膜层15μm、上述的氧化硅高阻隔膜层12μm、热封层65μm组成,各层之间通过粘合剂粘合而成。
进一步地,温变印刷薄膜采用常规图文部分油墨和温度变色部分的变色油墨在BOPA薄膜上印刷而成,采用常规的凹版印刷方式。
进一步地,变色油墨由如下重量百分比的原料制备而成:
树脂33%、显色剂20%、增塑剂0.4%、干燥剂0.5%、有机溶剂45%和可逆热敏变色剂1.1%。
进一步地,树脂为松香季戊四醇脂。
进一步地,有机溶剂为乙酸乙酯。
进一步地,可逆热敏变色剂为双酚A。
进一步地,热封层为聚乙烯薄膜层,热封条件为130℃,热封强度为10N/15mm。
进一步地,粘合剂为溶剂型粘合剂,以聚氨酯为干基,以乙酸乙酯为溶剂,固含量为50%,粘合剂干基为2.5g/m2。
上述温变高阻隔包装材料的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)制备各层:分别制备氧化硅高阻隔膜层、温变印刷薄膜层、热封层;
(2)复合:将氧化硅高阻隔膜层、温变印刷薄膜层、热封层,在粘合剂的作用下进行复合;
(3)收卷:将复合好的成品进行收卷,成为膜卷。
实施例2
一种氧化硅高阻隔膜,以液态的四甲基二硅氧烷TMDSO有机硅化合物为原料,以氦气为载气,氧气为反应气体,在PA基材上用等离子体增强化学气相沉积法沉积成镀膜。
一种温变高阻隔包装材料,由上而下依次由温变印刷薄膜层12μm、上述的氧化硅高阻隔膜层16μm、热封层70μm组成,各层之间通过粘合剂粘合而成。
进一步地,温变印刷薄膜采用常规图文部分油墨和温度变色部分的变色油墨在BOPET薄膜上印刷而成,采用常规的凹版印刷方式。
进一步地,变色油墨由如下重量百分比的原料制备而成:
树脂35%、显色剂23%、增塑剂0.6%、干燥剂0.4%、有机溶剂40%和可逆热敏变色剂1%。
进一步地,树脂为马来酸酐。
进一步地,有机溶剂为异丙醇。
进一步地,可逆热敏变色剂为邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯。
进一步地,热封层为聚丙烯薄膜层,热封条件为140℃,热封强度为30N/15mm。
进一步地,粘合剂为溶剂型粘合剂,以聚氨酯为干基,以乙酸乙酯为溶剂,固含量为40%,粘合剂干基为2.8g/m2。
上述温变高阻隔包装材料的制备工艺如实施例1。
实施例3
一种氧化硅高阻隔膜,以液态的六甲基二硅氧烷HMDSO为原料,以氦气为载气,氧气为反应气体,在PP基材上用等离子体增强化学气相沉积法沉积成镀膜。
一种温变高阻隔包装材料,由上而下依次由温变印刷薄膜层16μm、上述的氧化硅高阻隔膜层18μm、热封层75μm组成,各层之间通过粘合剂粘合而成。
进一步地,温变印刷薄膜采用常规图文部分油墨和温度变色部分的变色油墨在BOPP薄膜上印刷而成,采用常规的凹版印刷方式。
进一步地,变色油墨由如下重量百分比的原料制备而成:
树脂32%、显色剂22%、增塑剂1%、干燥剂0.3%、有机溶剂43.5%和可逆热敏变色剂1.2%。
进一步地,树脂为松香改性酚醛树脂。
进一步地,有机溶剂为乙酸乙酯。
进一步地,可逆热敏变色剂为邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯。
进一步地,热封层为聚乙烯薄膜层,热封条件为150℃,热封强度为20N/15mm。
进一步地,粘合剂为溶剂型粘合剂,以聚氨酯为干基,以乙酸乙酯为溶剂,固含量为50%,粘合剂干基为3g/m2。
上述温变高阻隔包装材料的制备工艺如实施例1。
实施例4
一种氧化硅高阻隔膜,以气态的硅烷SiH4为原料,以氦气为载气,氧气为反应气体,在PE基材上用等离子体增强化学气相沉积法沉积成镀膜。
一种温变高阻隔包装材料,由上而下依次由温变印刷薄膜层15μm、上述的氧化硅高阻隔膜层16μm、热封层70μm组成,各层之间通过粘合剂粘合而成。
进一步地,温变印刷薄膜采用常规图文部分油墨和温度变色部分的变色油墨在LDPE薄膜上印刷而成,采用常规的凹版印刷方式。
进一步地,变色油墨由如下重量百分比的原料制备而成:
树脂30%、显色剂25%、增塑剂0.5%、干燥剂0.4%、有机溶剂43.5%和可逆热敏变色剂0.6%。
进一步地,树脂为醇酸树脂。
进一步地,有机溶剂为异丙醇。
进一步地,可逆热敏变色剂为双酚A。
进一步地,热封层为聚丙烯薄膜层,热封条件为130℃,热封强度为25N/15mm。
进一步地,粘合剂为溶剂型粘合剂,以聚氨酯为干基,以乙酸乙酯为溶剂,固含量为60%,粘合剂干基为2.6g/m2。
上述温变高阻隔包装材料的制备工艺如实施例1。
实施例5
一种氧化硅高阻隔膜,以液态的四甲基二硅氧烷TMDSO有机硅化合物为原料,以氦气为载气,氧气为反应气体,在PET基材上用等离子体增强化学气相沉积法沉积成镀膜。
一种温变高阻隔包装材料,由上而下依次由温变印刷薄膜层18μm、上述的氧化硅高阻隔膜层15μm、热封层70μm组成,各层之间通过粘合剂粘合而成。
进一步地,温变印刷薄膜采用常规图文部分油墨和温度变色部分的变色油墨在BOPET薄膜上印刷而成,采用常规的凹版印刷方式。
进一步地,变色油墨由如下重量百分比的原料制备而成:
树脂34%、显色剂21.5%、增塑剂0.6%、干燥剂0.4%、有机溶剂42%和可逆热敏变色剂1.5%。
进一步地,树脂为松香季戊四醇脂。
进一步地,有机溶剂为乙酸乙酯。
进一步地,可逆热敏变色剂为邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯。
进一步地,热封层为聚丙烯薄膜层,热封条件为150℃,热封强度为20N/15mm。
进一步地,粘合剂为溶剂型粘合剂,以聚氨酯为干基,以乙酸乙酯为溶剂,固含量为40%,粘合剂干基为3g/m2。
上述温变高阻隔包装材料的制备工艺如实施例1。
实施例6
一种氧化硅高阻隔膜,以液态的六甲基二硅氧烷HMDSO为原料,以氦气为载气,氧气为反应气体,在PA基材上用等离子体增强化学气相沉积法沉积成镀膜。
一种温变高阻隔包装材料,由上而下依次由温变印刷薄膜层13μm、上述的氧化硅高阻隔膜层16μm、热封层67μm组成,各层之间通过粘合剂粘合而成。
进一步地,温变印刷薄膜采用常规图文部分油墨和温度变色部分的变色油墨在BOPA薄膜上印刷而成,采用常规的凹版印刷方式。
进一步地,变色油墨由如下重量百分比的原料制备而成:
树脂31%、显色剂24%、增塑剂0.8%、干燥剂0.2%、有机溶剂43%和可逆热敏变色剂1%。
进一步地,树脂为醇酸树脂。
进一步地,有机溶剂为乙酸乙酯。
进一步地,可逆热敏变色剂为双酚A。
进一步地,热封层为聚乙烯薄膜层,热封条件为140℃,热封强度为15N/15mm。
进一步地,粘合剂为溶剂型粘合剂,以聚氨酯为干基,以乙酸乙酯为溶剂,固含量为60%,粘合剂干基为2.5g/m2。
上述温变高阻隔包装材料的制备工艺如实施例1。
按照标准《包装用塑料复合膜、袋干法复合、挤出复合》(GB/T 10004-2008)对本发明实施例1-6所制备的温变高阻隔包装材料进行性能检测,蒸煮条件是121℃温度下蒸煮60min,检测结果见表1。

由表1可知,PET基材的高阻隔膜产品的水氧阻隔性能非常好,但耐揉搓性能不如PA基材,PA基材在抗揉搓方面具有更大优势,但由于PA基材本身对水蒸气的阻隔性能较差,因此其水蒸气透过量较大,PP和PE材质由于其本身为聚烯烃材料,具备良好的可回收性,将是高阻隔产品未来发展的主要方向。
本发明所得温变高阻隔包装材料透光率≥88%,雾度≤7%,氧气透过率≤0.3cm3/m2*24h,水蒸气透过率≤2.5cm3/m2*24h,蒸煮后氧气透过率≤3.2cm3/m2*24h,水蒸气透过率≤4cm3/m2*24h,耐蒸煮性能优异。

Claims (10)
1.一种氧化硅高阻隔膜,其特征在于,以液态的六甲基二硅氧烷HMDSO、液态的四甲基二硅氧烷TMDSO有机硅化合物或者气态的硅烷SiH4为原料,在基材上用等离子体增强化学气相沉积法沉积成镀膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的氧化硅高阻隔膜,其特征在于,所述基材为PA、PE、PP或者PET基材。
3.一种温变高阻隔包装材料,其特征在于,由上而下依次由温变印刷薄膜层12-18μm、权利要求1或者2所述的氧化硅高阻隔膜层12-18μm、热封层65-75μm组成,各层之间通过粘合剂粘合而成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的温变高阻隔包装材料,其特征在于,所述温变印刷薄膜层采用常规图文部分油墨和温度变色部分的变色油墨在BOPA、BOPP、BOPET、LDPE或者HDPE薄膜上印刷而成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的温变高阻隔包装材料,其特征在于,所述变色油墨由如下重量百分比的原料制备而成:
树脂30%-35%、显色剂20-25%、增塑剂0.4-1%、干燥剂0.2-0.5%、有机溶剂40%-45%和可逆热敏变色剂0.6%-1.5%。
6.根据权利要求5所述的温变高阻隔包装材料,其特征在于,所述树脂为松香季戊四醇脂、醇酸树脂、松香改性酚醛树脂和马来酸酐中的一种或几种。
7.根据权利要求5所述的温变高阻隔包装材料,其特征在于,所述有机溶剂为乙酸乙酯或者异丙醇,所述可逆热敏变色剂为邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯或者双酚A。
8.根据权利要求3所述的温变高阻隔包装材料,其特征在于,所述热封层为聚乙烯薄膜层或者聚丙烯薄膜层。
9.根据权利要求3所述的温变高阻隔包装材料,其特征在于,所述粘合剂为溶剂型粘合剂,以聚氨酯为干基,以乙酸乙酯为溶剂,固含量为40-60%,粘合剂干基为2.5-3g/m2。
10.一种权利要求3-9任一项所述的温变高阻隔包装材料的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)制备各层:分别制备氧化硅高阻隔膜层、温变印刷薄膜层、热封层;
(2)复合:将氧化硅高阻隔膜层、温变印刷薄膜层、热封层,在粘合剂的作用下进行复合;
(3)收卷:将复合好的成品进行收卷,成为膜卷。
