Detailed Description
It is easily understood that according to the technical solution of the present invention, a person skilled in the art can propose various alternative structures and implementation ways without changing the spirit of the present invention. Therefore, the following detailed description and the accompanying drawings are merely illustrative of the technical aspects of the present invention, and should not be construed as all of the present invention or as limitations or limitations on the technical aspects of the present invention.
An alcohol disinfection gel aerosol is prepared by a binary aerosol preparation method and comprises feed liquid and a propellant, wherein the feed liquid comprises, by mass, 58-63 parts of deionized water, 37-42 parts of deionized water, 0.5-1 part of carbomer, 0.5-1 part of a foaming agent, 0.5-1 part of a neutralizing agent, 1-3 parts of a humectant, 0.5-1 part of essence, 0.2-0.4 part of compressed air serving as the propellant, and 5-8 parts of low-boiling-point alkane serving as the propellant.
The alcohol is any one of ethanol and isopropanol; the low-boiling-point alkane is pentane, and the carbomer is one or a combination of carbomer U20, carbomer U22, carbomer 940 and carbomer 980; the foaming agent is one or more of APG1080 or LS-30; the neutralizer is one or two of triethanolamine, sodium hydroxide solution, potassium hydroxide solution and aminomethyl propanol; the humectant is one or two of glycerol and propylene glycol.
The preparation method of the alcohol disinfectant gel aerosol comprises the following steps: adding carbomer into deionized water, stirring until carbomer completely swells, adding alcohol, humectant, foaming agent and essence, stirring for 15min, adding neutralizer, waiting for 30min to obtain feed liquid, and filling with binary aerosol: filling compressed air into the tank, sealing, filling the feed liquid, and filling low boiling point alkane.
In the alcohol disinfection gel aerosol, ethanol and isopropanol have strong bactericidal effect under reasonable content, and the action mechanism is as follows:
1) The protein denatured ethanol and isopropanol act on bacterial cells to firstly play a role in dehydration, and ethanol and isopropanol molecules enter a peptide chain link of protein molecules to ensure that the protein is subjected to denaturation and precipitation; this effect appears stronger at a content of 70%.
2) Ethanol and isopropanol which damage the bacterial cell wall have strong penetration effect, and 60-85% of ethanol is easy to penetrate into thalli, so that the bacterial cell is damaged and dissolved.
3) The destruction of ethanol and isopropanol in microbial enzyme system can inhibit the normal metabolism and inhibit the growth and reproduction of bacteria by inhibiting the bacterial enzyme system, especially dehydrogenase and oxidase.
The technical effects of the alcohol based antiseptic gel aerosol formulation are further illustrated in the following examples.
