Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有竹节的棉包棉纱线,包括纱线本体,所述纱线本体上形成有多个间隔设置的棉竹节,所述纱线本体由棉基纱和涤纶包覆层组成,所述棉基纱位于涤纶包覆层内部,所述棉基纱由棉纱纤维丝、腈纶纤维丝和氯纶纤维丝组成,所述棉纱纤维丝、腈纶纤维丝和氯纶纤维丝之间相互捻合成型,所述涤纶包覆层由氨纶包覆层、丙纶包覆层和锦纶包覆层组成,所述氨纶包覆层靠近棉基纱设置。本发明通过纱线本体由棉基纱和涤纶包覆层组成,使得该纱线本体内部各种材料特性取长补短,再配合各材料之间的独特组合方式使得该纱线本体同时具备上述多种优良的性质,既提高了纱线本体的强度,还提高了纱线本体其他的性能,从而提高了纱线本体的实用性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织棉纱线技术领域,尤其涉及一种具有竹节的棉包棉纱线。
背景技术
棉纱是棉纤维经纺纱工艺加工而成的纱,经合股加工后称为棉线。根据纺纱的不同工艺,可分为普梳纱和精梳纱。
目前随着纺织行业的不断发展,使得棉纱在使用过程中的强度需要不断提高,从而延长其使用寿命,但是目前对棉纱强度的提高方式只能通过增大棉纱的直径来实现,技术手段单一,并且这样的棉纱仅仅是强度增加,其他性能并未提高,比如棉纱的柔软度以及耐磨性等等无法进行有效提升。
基于此,本发明提出一种具有竹节的棉包棉纱线。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的问题,而提出的一种具有竹节的棉包棉纱线。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种具有竹节的棉包棉纱线,包括纱线本体,所述纱线本体上形成有多个间隔设置的棉竹节,所述纱线本体由棉基纱和涤纶包覆层组成,所述棉基纱位于涤纶包覆层内部,所述棉基纱由棉纱纤维丝、腈纶纤维丝和氯纶纤维丝组成,所述棉纱纤维丝、腈纶纤维丝和氯纶纤维丝之间相互捻合成型,所述涤纶包覆层由氨纶包覆层、丙纶包覆层和锦纶包覆层组成,所述氨纶包覆层靠近棉基纱设置,所述丙纶包覆层位于氨纶包覆层外侧,所述锦纶包覆层位于丙纶包覆层外侧。
优选地,所述棉竹节的截面呈上下弧形状。
优选地,所述棉纱纤维丝、腈纶纤维丝和氯纶纤维丝的直径相等,且所述棉纱纤维丝、腈纶纤维丝和氯纶纤维丝都经过蒸汽加热熨烫处理。
优选地,所述氨纶包覆层、丙纶包覆层和锦纶包覆层的厚度一致,且所述氨纶包覆层、丙纶包覆层和锦纶包覆层的厚度均为2mm-3mm。
优选地,所述棉基纱和涤纶包覆层的半径比为1.5-2。
与现有的技术相比,本发明优点在于:
1:通过设置棉竹节,可以提高纱线本体的强度,并且可以避免纱线的缠绕现象发生。
2:纱线本体由棉基纱和涤纶包覆层组成,使得该纱线本体内部各种材料特性取长补短,再配合各材料之间的独特组合方式使得该纱线本体同时具备上述多种优良的性质,既提高了纱线本体的强度,还提高了纱线本体其他的性能,从而提高了纱线本体的实用性。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
参照图1-3,一种具有竹节的棉包棉纱线,包括纱线本体1,纱线本体1上形成有多个间隔设置的棉竹节2,棉竹节2的截面呈上下弧形状,可以提高纱线本体的强度,并且可以避免纱线的缠绕现象发生。
纱线本体1由棉基纱3和涤纶包覆层4组成,棉基纱3位于涤纶包覆层4内部,棉基纱3由棉纱纤维丝301、腈纶纤维丝302和氯纶纤维丝303组成,棉纱纤维丝301、腈纶纤维丝302和氯纶纤维丝303之间相互捻合成型,
涤纶包覆层4由氨纶包覆层401、丙纶包覆层402和锦纶包覆层403组成,氨纶包覆层401靠近棉基纱3设置,丙纶包覆层402位于氨纶包覆层401外侧,锦纶包覆层403位于丙纶包覆层402外侧,可以进一步提高纱线本体1的强度。
进一步的,腈纶纤维丝302的蓬松性好,可以增加纱线本体1的柔软度,氯纶纤维丝303不易燃烧,可以增加纱线本体1的阻燃性,氨纶包覆层401弹性优异,可以增加纱线本体1的延伸性,丙纶包覆层402质地最轻,且其耐酸碱性优异,可以降低纱线本体1的重量以及提高其耐酸碱强度,锦纶包覆层403耐磨性特别好,可以增加纱线本体1的使用寿命,使得该纱线本体1内部各种材料特性取长补短,再配合各材料之间的独特组合方式使得该纱线本体1同时具备上述多种优良的性质,提高了纱线本体1的实用性。
棉纱纤维丝301、腈纶纤维丝302和氯纶纤维丝303的直径相等,且棉纱纤维丝301、腈纶纤维丝302和氯纶纤维丝303都经过蒸汽加热熨烫处理。
氨纶包覆层401、丙纶包覆层402和锦纶包覆层403的厚度一致,且氨纶包覆层401、丙纶包覆层402和锦纶包覆层403的厚度均为2mm-3mm。
棉基纱3和涤纶包覆层4的半径比为1.5-2。
本发明中,通过设置棉竹节2,可以提高纱线本体1的强度,并且可以避免纱线的缠绕现象发生;
另外纱线本体1由棉基纱3和涤纶包覆层4组成,同时腈纶纤维丝302的蓬松性好,可以增加纱线本体1的柔软度,氯纶纤维丝303不易燃烧,可以增加纱线本体1的阻燃性,氨纶包覆层401弹性优异,可以增加纱线本体1的延伸性,丙纶包覆层402质地最轻,且其耐酸碱性优异,可以降低纱线本体1的重量以及提高其耐酸碱强度,锦纶包覆层403耐磨性特别好,可以增加纱线本体1的使用寿命,使得该纱线本体1内部各种材料特性取长补短,再配合各材料之间的独特组合方式使得该纱线本体1同时具备上述多种优良的性质,既提高了纱线本体1的强度,还提高了纱线本体1其他的性能,从而提高了纱线本体1的实用性。

1.一种具有竹节的棉包棉纱线,包括纱线本体(1),其特征在于,所述纱线本体(1)上形成有多个间隔设置的棉竹节(2),所述纱线本体(1)由棉基纱(3)和涤纶包覆层(4)组成,所述棉基纱(3)位于涤纶包覆层(4)内部,所述棉基纱(3)由棉纱纤维丝(301)、腈纶纤维丝(302)和氯纶纤维丝(303)组成,所述棉纱纤维丝(301)、腈纶纤维丝(302)和氯纶纤维丝(303)之间相互捻合成型,所述涤纶包覆层(4)由氨纶包覆层(401)、丙纶包覆层(402)和锦纶包覆层(403)组成,所述氨纶包覆层(401)靠近棉基纱(3)设置,所述丙纶包覆层(402)位于氨纶包覆层(401)外侧,所述锦纶包覆层(403)位于丙纶包覆层(402)外侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有竹节的棉包棉纱线,其特征在于,所述棉竹节(2)的截面呈上下弧形状。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有竹节的棉包棉纱线,其特征在于,所述棉纱纤维丝(301)、腈纶纤维丝(302)和氯纶纤维丝(303)的直径相等,且所述棉纱纤维丝(301)、腈纶纤维丝(302)和氯纶纤维丝(303)都经过蒸汽加热熨烫处理。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有竹节的棉包棉纱线,其特征在于,所述氨纶包覆层(401)、丙纶包覆层(402)和锦纶包覆层(403)的厚度一致,且所述氨纶包覆层(401)、丙纶包覆层(402)和锦纶包覆层(403)的厚度均为2mm-3mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有竹节的棉包棉纱线,其特征在于,所述棉基纱(3)和涤纶包覆层(4)的半径比为1.5-2。
