背景技术
小菜蛾属鳞翅目菜蛾科,是世界性十字花科蔬菜的主要害虫之一,也是抗药性最高和最难防治的害虫之一,它适应温度范围广、食性杂,在田间发生时往往使世代重叠严重,它们对食物的质量要求低,严重危害甘蓝、花椰菜、球茎甘蓝、芥菜、白菜、萝卜、油菜、马铃薯、番茄、葱、洋葱、紫罗兰、桂竹香、板兰根等植物,每年在全球造成的经济损失达到10亿美元。
由于长期的化学药剂防治,导致小菜蛾发展成为抗药性最严重的害虫之一,严重影响蔬菜的产出,近些年随着生物防治成为热点,采用引诱剂进行诱杀,对小菜蛾的种群数量具有明显的防控效果,而且是一种经济、高效、便捷、安全的防控方法,具有广袤的应用前景。
一般引诱剂的主要成分包括小菜蛾信息素、植物油、寄主植物挥发物质以及其他助剂组成,这种乳液形式的引诱剂组合物及其不稳定,有效物质的发散不规律,时快时缓,并且前期挥发速度极快,总体对小菜蛾的引诱效果较差,需要频繁在田间进行添加或更换引诱剂,来保证对小菜蛾的持续引诱效果。
使用无机载体作为缓释载体,制备含有信息素的缓释引诱剂,可以使得引诱剂缓慢发散,持续保持对小菜蛾的引诱效果,同时不会造成引诱成分的过度挥发浪费,但是制备的缓释引诱剂前期释放速度较快,后期释放速度变慢,释放速度不平缓,前期对小菜蛾的引诱效果较好,后期不足以对小菜蛾形成有效的引诱效果。
CN104322531A公开了一种小菜蛾引诱剂,公开了可以采用黏土、膨胀蛭石、蜡、醋酸纤维素、淀粉等无机载体对引诱剂进行负载,制成缓释引诱剂,其有效物质释放曲线表明,前期的释放速度是后期的五倍,前期可以对小菜蛾具有良好的引诱效果,后期引诱效果较差,而且引诱持续时间最多持续一个月,仍需要频繁更换田间的引诱剂。
综上所述,现有技术中为了解决乳液引诱剂的不稳定性,使用无机载体对引诱剂进行负载制备缓释引诱剂,但是缓释引诱剂前期释放速度较快,后期释放速度缓慢,持续引诱的时间短。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术存在的缺陷,通过对负载引诱剂的载体进行改进,进一步对引诱剂进行负载,最终制备引诱剂组合物,使引诱剂的释放速度平缓,持续引诱时间长。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采取以下技术方案:

所述聚四氢呋喃的二甲基乙酰胺溶液中聚四氢呋喃的质量浓度为7.5%。
上述引诱剂组合物的制备方法:
将顺11-十六碳烯酯、顺11-十六碳烯醛、顺11-十六碳烯醇、无水乙醇混合均匀,然后加入叶醇、芳樟醇、香叶烯,进行搅拌,搅拌时间为12min,然后加入阿维菌素、异硫氰酸酯、十二烷基磺酸钠、聚乙二醇、双(2,4-二叔丁基苯酚)季戊四醇二亚磷酸酯,进行搅拌,搅拌时间为19min,最后加入石蜡,加热至石蜡为熔融态,蒸干乙醇后,加入膨胀蛭石载体,控制超声频率为25kHz,进行超声,超声时间为20min,超声后进行搅拌,搅拌时间为30min,然后以1.5℃/min的速度进行降温,降温至室温后,粉碎至粒径不超过0.4mm,得到引诱剂组合物。
实施例3一种害虫引诱剂组合物及其制备方法
所述引诱剂组合物的原料按质量份计,包括以下组分:顺11-十六碳烯酯12份、顺11-十六碳烯醛8.6份、顺11-十六碳烯醇3.7份、叶醇22.5份、芳樟醇5.5份、香叶烯3.5份、阿维菌素3.6份、异硫氰酸酯2.2份、十二烷基磺酸钠1.2份、聚乙二醇2.2份、石蜡33份、双(2,4-二叔丁基苯酚)季戊四醇二亚磷酸酯1.2份、膨胀蛭石载体115份;
所述膨胀蛭石载体的制备方法:
将膨胀蛭石与去离子水混合,搅拌均匀后经500目网筛过滤,去除大颗粒,然后进行静置,静置时间为35min,然后加入甲基丙烯酰氧乙基十二烷基二甲基溴化铵、聚季铵盐-44,进行搅拌,搅拌时间为155min,然后加入聚四氢呋喃的二甲基乙酰胺溶液,控制温度为79℃,继续进行搅拌,搅拌至无水,然后脱除二甲基乙酰胺,最后经粉碎、过500目网筛,得到膨胀蛭石载体;
所述膨胀蛭石、去离子水、甲基丙烯酰氧乙基十二烷基二甲基溴化铵、聚季铵盐-44、聚四氢呋喃的二甲基乙酰胺溶液的质量比为132:2570:3.2:2.1:187;
所述聚四氢呋喃的二甲基乙酰胺溶液中聚四氢呋喃的质量浓度为8.5%。
上述引诱剂组合物的制备方法:
将顺11-十六碳烯酯、顺11-十六碳烯醛、顺11-十六碳烯醇、无水乙醇混合均匀,然后加入叶醇、芳樟醇、香叶烯,进行搅拌,搅拌时间为15min,然后加入阿维菌素、异硫氰酸酯、十二烷基磺酸钠、聚乙二醇、双(2,4-二叔丁基苯酚)季戊四醇二亚磷酸酯,进行搅拌,搅拌时间为15min,最后加入石蜡,加热至石蜡为熔融态,蒸干乙醇后,加入膨胀蛭石载体,控制超声频率为31kHz,进行超声,超声时间为14min,超声后进行搅拌,搅拌时间为40min,然后以2.5℃/min的速度进行降温,降温至室温后,粉碎至粒径不超过0.6mm,得到引诱剂组合物。
对比例1
在实施例1的基础上,在制备膨胀蛭石载体的步骤中,使用十二烷基三甲基溴化铵代替甲基丙烯酰氧乙基十二烷基二甲基溴化铵、聚季铵盐-44,将膨胀蛭石与去离子水混合,搅拌均匀后经300目网筛过滤,去除大颗粒,然后进行静置,静置时间为30min,然后加入十二烷基三甲基溴化铵,后续步骤相同,制备膨胀蛭石载体,并进一步制备引诱剂组合物;
所述膨胀蛭石、十二烷基三甲基溴化铵的质量比为125:5。
对比例2
在实施例1的基础上,在制备膨胀蛭石载体的步骤中,在加入甲基丙烯酰氧乙基十二烷基二甲基溴化铵、聚季铵盐-44,进行搅拌后,省去剩余步骤,转而将搅拌后的混合液直接进行蒸干,并粉碎至全部通过300目网筛,得到膨胀蛭石载体,后续步骤相同,进一步制备引诱剂组合物。
对比例3
在实施例1的基础上,在引诱剂组合物的制备方法中,采用先将石蜡加热至熔融,然后加入顺11-十六碳烯酯、顺11-十六碳烯醛、顺11-十六碳烯醇、叶醇、芳樟醇、香叶烯、阿维菌素、异硫氰酸酯、十二烷基磺酸钠、聚乙二醇、双(2,4-二叔丁基苯酚)季戊四醇二亚磷酸酯,进行搅拌,搅拌时间为37min,然后加入膨胀蛭石载体,继续进行搅拌,搅拌时间为55min,最后降温至室温后,粉碎至粒径不超过0.5mm,得到引诱剂组合物。
实施例4有效成分释放速度测试
将实施例1-3、对比例1-3制备的引诱剂组合物在温度25℃,湿度30%,空气流速为0.2m/s的环境下放置,分别在第1、2、3、15、30、45、60天,使用气相色谱法测定引诱剂组合物中顺11-十六碳烯酯、顺11-十六碳烯醛、顺11-十六碳烯醇的总含量,并计算其释放量,结果见表1。

实施例5引诱剂组合物对小菜蛾引诱效果测试
将实施例1-3、对比例1-3制备的引诱剂组合物放于带粘板的诱捕器中,每个诱捕器放置5g引诱剂组合物,然后设置于不同区域正常生长的白菜田间,设置高度为高于植株15cm,每个诱捕器的前后左右距离均为40cm,每天观察并及时更换粘板,并统计9月30日至11月14日期间引诱的小菜蛾头数,每五天做一次统计,结果见表2。

实施例6引诱剂组合物对蔬菜生长的影响测试
试验白菜品种:金秋王;
将实施例1-3、对比例1-3制备的引诱剂组合物放于带粘板的诱捕器中,每个诱捕器放置5g引诱剂组合物,然后设置于不同区域正常生长的白菜田间,设置高度为高于植株15cm,每个诱捕器的前后左右距离均为40cm,每天观察并及时更换粘板,每45天更换诱捕器中的引诱剂组合物,待白菜收获后,统计白菜的产量和质量指标,结果见表3。

Claims (6)

1.一种害虫引诱剂组合物,其特征在于,所述引诱剂组合物的原料按质量份计,包括以下组分:顺11-十六碳烯酯8-12份、顺11-十六碳烯醛7.2-8.6份、顺11-十六碳烯醇2.4-3.7份、叶醇17.5-22.5份、芳樟醇4.5-5.5份、香叶烯2.3-3.5份、阿维菌素2.3-3.6份、异硫氰酸酯1.8-2.2份、十二烷基磺酸钠0.8-1.2份、聚乙二醇1.8-2.2份、石蜡27-33份、双(2,4-二叔丁基苯酚)季戊四醇二亚磷酸酯0.8-1.2份、膨胀蛭石载体85-115份;
所述膨胀蛭石载体的制备方法为,将膨胀蛭石与去离子水混合,搅拌均匀后经网筛过滤,去除大颗粒,进行静置后加入甲基丙烯酰氧乙基十二烷基二甲基溴化铵、聚季铵盐-44,进行搅拌,搅拌时间为135-155min,然后加入聚四氢呋喃的二甲基乙酰胺溶液,控制温度为72-79℃,继续进行搅拌,搅拌至无水,然后脱除二甲基乙酰胺,最后经粉碎过筛,得到膨胀蛭石载体;
所述膨胀蛭石、去离子水、甲基丙烯酰氧乙基十二烷基二甲基溴化铵、聚季铵盐-44、聚四氢呋喃的二甲基乙酰胺溶液的质量比为117-132:2450-2570:2.8-3.2:1.9-2.1:163-187;
所述聚四氢呋喃的二甲基乙酰胺溶液中聚四氢呋喃的质量浓度为7.5-8.5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种害虫引诱剂组合物,其特征在于:
所述膨胀蛭石载体的制备方法中,静置的时间为25-35min,粉碎过筛的网筛目数为250-500目,聚四氢呋喃的二甲基乙酰胺溶液中聚四氢呋喃的质量浓度为7.5-8.5%。
3.权利要求1所述的引诱剂组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:
所述制备方法为,将顺11-十六碳烯酯、顺11-十六碳烯醛、顺11-十六碳烯醇、无水乙醇混合均匀,然后加入叶醇、芳樟醇、香叶烯,进行搅拌,然后加入阿维菌素、异硫氰酸酯、十二烷基磺酸钠、聚乙二醇、双(2,4-二叔丁基苯酚)季戊四醇二亚磷酸酯,进行搅拌,最后加入石蜡,加热至石蜡为熔融态,蒸干乙醇后,加入膨胀蛭石载体,进行超声,超声后搅拌,最后经降温、粉碎得到引诱剂组合物。
4.根据权利要求3所述的引诱剂组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:
所述超声的方法为,控制超声频率为25-31kHz,进行超声,超声时间为14-20min。
5.根据权利要求3所述的引诱剂组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:
所述降温的方法为,以1.5-2.5℃/min的速度进行降温,降温至室温。
6.根据权利要求3所述的引诱剂组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:
所述粉碎的方法为,粉碎至粒径不超过0.4-0.6mm。
