Claims (4)

1. A method for cultivating ganoderma atrum by utilizing illumination is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
1) Preparation of a culture medium: the culture medium comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: wood chips 35%, wheat bran 45%, corn flour 15%, quartz 3% and brown sugar 2%, and adding water into the raw materials of the culture medium for uniform mixing to obtain the culture medium;
2) Basswood manufacturing: selecting lychee wood as a cultivation material, cutting the lychee wood into basswood with the length of 20-30 cm, drying under natural conditions until the water content of the lychee basswood is reduced to 30-35%, sleeving the lychee basswood and a culture medium into a cultivation bag, and then sterilizing;
3) Inoculating: after sterilization, inoculating ganoderma atrum strain into the cultivation bag in a sterile environment;
4) Hypha culture: transferring the cultivation bag into a cultivation room for cultivation after inoculation, keeping darkness in the cultivation room, controlling the temperature at 23-26 ℃ and the air humidity at 55-65%, and ventilating 3-4 times per day for 20-30 min each time until mycelia are fully distributed on the surface layer of the lychee basswood;
5) Burying soil and producing ganoderma lucidum: placing the lychee basswood full of mycelia in furrows of a greenhouse in a bag-removing manner, covering soil on the lychee basswood, and culturing for 30-40 days to obtain fruiting bodies, wherein the temperature of the greenhouse is kept between 24-27 ℃ and the air humidity is kept between 70-90%, and the pH value of soil is controlled between 5 and 6;
6) And (3) modeling control:
a: the method comprises the steps that after the mycelium is differentiated, the mycelium is in a bud stage, at the moment, the greenhouse environment is cooled to 16-20 ℃, a light source is adopted to irradiate the fruiting body, the light source is vertically arranged right above the fruiting body during irradiation, the illumination intensity is controlled to be 400-900 Lux, the illumination lasts for 13-16 days, ganoderma atrum in a bud blooming shape is directionally cultivated, the light source is an LED light source, the distance between the LED light source and the fruiting body is 40-70 cm, and the LED light source is turned off during a night state;
b: increasing the illumination intensity to 1800-3600 Lux, controlling the air humidity to be 80-95%, introducing carbon dioxide into the greenhouse to control the carbon dioxide concentration in the greenhouse to be 0.1-0.3%, lasting for 10-15 days, cutting a V-shaped groove on a blade or a ganoderma lucidum handle of a fruiting body when the ganoderma lucidum handle is 6-13 cm long, cutting the bottom of a ganoderma lucidum fungus foot to be grafted into a sharp block matched with the V-shaped groove, fixing the sharp block of the ganoderma lucidum fungus foot into the V-shaped groove of the grafted fruiting body by using a bracket, and dismantling the bracket after healing of a grafted wound;
c: after the ganoderma lucidum is grafted to survive or the ganoderma atrum main body is basically formed, the control temperature in a greenhouse is kept between 23 ℃ and 26 ℃, the air humidity is kept between 80% and 90%, the illumination intensity is controlled between 1500 and 2500Lux, the pH value of soil is controlled at pH6, after the ganoderma lucidum is grafted to survive, the ganoderma lucidum with the edge of the ganoderma lucidum cover being differentiated is arranged in the opposite direction, illumination with the illumination intensity of 1500-2000 Lux is given to the back surface of the ganoderma lucidum cover for 3-4 days until new primordium is differentiated from the back surface of the illuminated ganoderma lucidum cover, and the primordium can be continuously differentiated along the ganoderma lucidum cover, so that the ganoderma atrum with multiple faces of ganoderma lucidum covers is formed;
