Abstract
本发明涉及一种驼奶蜂王浆胶原蛋白肽复合压片糖果及其制备方法,复合压片糖果由以下原料制备:山梨糖醇、新疆冻干驼奶粉、胶原蛋白肽粉、蜂王浆冻干粉、沙棘冻干粉、山药粉、透明质酸钠、新疆番茄红素、羟丙甲纤维素、聚乙烯醇和三氯蔗糖的复合物、硬脂酸镁和维生素E。将所有原料混合均匀后通过压片机压制成型。本发明的压片糖果以驼奶粉、胶原蛋白肽粉、蜂王浆冻干粉、沙棘冻干粉、山药粉、番茄红素微囊粉等为原材料,这几种材料相互作用,相辅相成,几种原料复合而成压片糖果,长期食用会使人的皮肤实现水油平衡,皮肤弹性更好;还可以达到健脾养胃、改善血液循环、抗菌消炎、稳定血糖、增强人体免疫力的作用。

本发明属于食品加工技术领域,具体涉及一种驼奶蜂王浆胶原蛋白肽复合压片糖果及其制备方法。
背景技术
压片糖又称粉糖或片糖,也常被称作汽水糖。它是以精制糖粉为主体,添加奶粉、香料等填充料和淀粉糖浆、糊精、明胶等粘合剂,经制粒压片成型的混合物。
制备过程中无需加热熬煮,主要是借着压力把颗粒或细粉距离缩小至产生足够的内聚力而紧密结合的过程。疏松的颗粒彼此间的接触面积很小,距离大,只有颗粒内的内聚力,而没有颗粒间的粘着力。颗粒间有很大的间隙,间隙内充满着空气。在加压后,颗粒滑动挤紧,颗粒间的距离和间隙逐渐缩小,空气逐渐排出,若干颗粒或晶体被压碎,碎片被压而填入间隙,到达一定压力,颗粒接近到一定程度时,分子间的引力足够使颗粒结合成为整体的片状。
目前国内的压片糖果成分单一,营养成分大多不足,而且不容易消化,其中添加的是糖精、淀粉、甜味剂等,长期食用还有可能对人身体健康不利。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供了一种驼奶蜂王浆胶原蛋白肽复合压片糖果及其制备方法,其原料间相辅相成,可以达到健脾养胃、易消化、养精固本、改善血液循环、抗菌消炎、稳定血糖、增强体质,增强人体抵抗力的作用。
本发明的目的是提供一种驼奶蜂王浆胶原蛋白肽复合压片糖果。
本发明的另一目的是提供上述驼奶蜂王浆胶原蛋白肽复合压片糖果的制备方法。
根据本发明的具体实施方式的驼奶蜂王浆胶原蛋白肽复合压片糖果,所述驼奶蜂王浆胶原蛋白肽复合压片糖果由以下原料制备:山梨糖醇、新疆冻干驼奶粉、胶原蛋白肽粉、蜂王浆冻干粉、沙棘冻干粉、山药粉、透明质酸钠、新疆番茄红素、羟丙甲纤维素、聚乙烯醇和三氯蔗糖的复合物、硬脂酸镁和维生素E。
进一步的,所述原料按重量份包括:
山梨糖醇36-40份,新疆冻干驼奶粉18-22份,胶原蛋白肽粉12.00-18.00 份,新疆蜂王浆冻干粉8.00-12.00份,新疆沙棘冻干粉8.00-12.00份,新疆山药粉5-6份,透明质酸钠0.2-0.3份,新疆番茄红素、羟丙甲纤维素、聚乙烯醇和三氯蔗糖的复合物0.10-0.14份,硬脂酸镁0.8-1.2份;所述原料还包括维生素E,每100克添加维生素E 0.35克。
进一步的,所述驼奶蜂王浆胶原蛋白肽复合压片糖果由以下原料制备,所述原料按重量份包括:
山梨糖醇38.975份,新疆冻干驼奶粉20.00份,胶原蛋白肽粉15.00份,新疆蜂王浆冻干粉10.00份,新疆沙棘冻干粉10.00份,新疆山药粉5.00份,透明质酸钠0.25份,新疆番茄红素、羟丙甲纤维素、聚乙烯醇和三氯蔗糖的复合物0.12份,硬脂酸镁1.00份;所述原料还包括维生素E,每100克添加维生素E 0.35克。
进一步的,每片所述驼奶蜂王浆胶原蛋白肽复合压片糖果的重量为0.8克。
进一步的,所述新疆沙棘冻干粉的制备方法为:采用新鲜的新疆沙棘为原料,在零下40℃至零下50℃下进行真空冻干,粉碎并常温高压灭菌,制成新疆沙棘冻干粉。

进一步的,所述灭菌的温度为24~26℃。

山梨糖醇40克,新疆冻干驼奶粉18克,胶原蛋白肽粉18.00克,新疆蜂王浆冻干粉8.00克,新疆沙棘冻干粉8.00克,新疆山药粉6克,透明质酸钠 0.3克,新疆番茄红素、羟丙甲纤维素、聚乙烯醇和三氯蔗糖的复合物0.14克,硬脂酸镁0.8克;所述原料还包括维生素E,每100克添加维生素E 0.35克。
疆沙棘冻干粉的制备方法为:采用新鲜的新疆沙棘为原料,在零下40℃至零下50℃下进行真空冻干,粉碎并常温高压灭菌,制成新疆沙棘冻干粉。
驼奶蜂王浆胶原蛋白肽复合压片糖果的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备混合粉末:按照重量配比向混合机内依次加入所有原料,混合 30分钟至搅拌均匀后,出料,制备得到混合粉末,备用;

本实施例提供了一种驼奶蜂王浆胶原蛋白肽复合压片糖果,所述驼奶蜂王浆胶原蛋白肽复合压片糖果由以下原料制备:
山梨糖醇36克,新疆冻干驼奶粉22克,胶原蛋白肽粉12.00克,新疆蜂王浆冻干粉12.00克,新疆沙棘冻干粉12.00克,新疆山药粉5克,透明质酸钠0.3克,新疆番茄红素、羟丙甲纤维素、聚乙烯醇和三氯蔗糖的复合物0.10 克,硬脂酸镁1.2克;所述原料还包括维生素E,每100克添加维生素E 0.35 克。
疆沙棘冻干粉的制备方法为:采用新鲜的新疆沙棘为原料,在零下40℃至零下50℃下进行真空冻干,粉碎并25℃常温高压灭菌,制成新疆沙棘冻干粉。
实施例3
本实施例提供了一种驼奶蜂王浆胶原蛋白肽复合压片糖果,所述驼奶蜂王浆胶原蛋白肽复合压片糖果由以下原料制备:
山梨糖醇38.975克,新疆冻干驼奶粉20.00克,胶原蛋白肽粉15.00克,新疆蜂王浆冻干粉10.00克,新疆沙棘冻干粉10.00克,新疆山药粉5.00克,透明质酸钠0.25克,新疆番茄红素、羟丙甲纤维素、聚乙烯醇和三氯蔗糖的复合物0.12克,硬脂酸镁1.00克;所述原料还包括维生素E,每100克添加维生素E 0.35克。
每片驼奶蜂王浆胶原蛋白肽复合压片糖果的重量为0.8克。
疆沙棘冻干粉的制备方法为:采用新鲜的新疆沙棘为原料,在零下40℃至零下50℃下进行真空冻干,采用气流超微粉碎并24-26℃常温高压灭菌,灭菌压力为103.4kPa制成新疆沙棘冻干粉。
驼奶蜂王浆胶原蛋白肽复合压片糖果的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备混合粉末:按照重量配比向混合机内依次加入所有原料,混合 30分钟至搅拌均匀后,出料,制备得到混合粉末,备用;
(2)过筛:将步骤(1)中得到的混合粉末干燥后过筛;
(3)压片成型:将步骤(2)中干燥过筛的混合粉末加入到压片机内,制备得到驼奶蜂王浆胶原蛋白肽复合压片糖果。
效果测试试验
一、本发明的驼奶蜂王浆胶原蛋白肽复合压片糖果对人的皮肤的改善效果试验方法:志愿者20人,年龄20-50岁,男人10人,女人10人;在测试前5 天,禁止使用护肤类产品。每天早晨使用温度30-40℃的清水清洁面部,吸干皮肤水分,在早饭前服用本发明实施例3得到的驼奶蜂王浆胶原蛋白肽复合压片糖果,一次服用两颗,对脸部皮肤、腿部皮肤和眉间皮肤的水分和油份分别进行测试;使用real bubee皮肤水分测试仪对皮肤状态进行测试,结果如下表1-3:表1脸部皮肤的水分和油份测试结果

从表1-3中,服用本发明的驼奶蜂王浆胶原蛋白肽复合压片糖果后,志愿者脸部皮肤、腿部皮肤和眉间皮肤的油分都逐渐降低,水分逐渐增多;因此说明,长期食用本发明的驼奶蜂王浆胶原蛋白肽复合压片糖果会使人的皮肤逐渐实现水油平衡,使人的皮肤弹性更好。
二、本发明的驼奶蜂王浆胶原蛋白肽复合压片糖果对亚健康人群的改善效果
使用本发明中实施例3所制备的驼奶蜂王浆胶原蛋白肽复合压片糖果对医院的亚健康门诊患者进行了试食调研;
志愿者:经检查无器质性、脊椎和腿部病变,仅处于亚健康状态的女性患者,年龄33-48岁,平均年龄39.3岁,体重在50kg-70kg范围内,共20名;
服用方法:志愿者需要每日服用本压片糖果两粒,早上饭前服用本产品,一次服用两颗,连续服用90天,其他食品照常食用,每半月复诊一次;
在复诊时,1、需要进行口述问诊身体的状况;
2、在问诊结束之后,需要连续进行10组,每组6次蹲起运动,在运动时候使用手指夹式血氧仪(永康)检测动脉血氧饱和度,检测心率仪器对身体情况进行监测;
对做蹲起运动所使用的的时间,进行记录如下表4所示;
后面为指尖心率的检测,检测数据为运动之后25分钟之后的检测数据:

1、问询统计
对志愿者的皮肤状态、睡眠质量和精神状态进行统计,结果如表5所示:

通过上表能够观察到,志愿者服用本发明的压片糖果后,在运动时所使用的时间变少,且在运动后也能够更快的恢复心率,身体素质也在逐渐变好。

1.一种驼奶蜂王浆胶原蛋白肽复合压片糖果,其特征在于,所述驼奶蜂王浆胶原蛋白肽复合压片糖果由以下原料制备:山梨糖醇、新疆冻干驼奶粉、胶原蛋白肽粉、蜂王浆冻干粉、沙棘冻干粉、山药粉、透明质酸钠、新疆番茄红素、羟丙甲纤维素、聚乙烯醇和三氯蔗糖的复合物、硬脂酸镁和维生素E。
2.根据权利要求1所述的驼奶蜂王浆胶原蛋白肽复合压片糖果,其特征在于,所述原料按重量份包括:
山梨糖醇36-40份,新疆冻干驼奶粉18-22份,胶原蛋白肽粉12.00-18.00份,新疆蜂王浆冻干粉8.00-12.00份,新疆沙棘冻干粉8.00-12.00份,新疆山药粉5-6份,透明质酸钠0.2-0.3份,新疆番茄红素、羟丙甲纤维素、聚乙烯醇和三氯蔗糖的复合物0.10-0.14份,硬脂酸镁0.8-1.2份;所述原料还包括维生素E,每100克添加维生素E 0.35克。

5.根据权利要求1所述的驼奶蜂王浆胶原蛋白肽复合压片糖果,其特征在于,所述新疆沙棘冻干粉的制备方法为:采用新鲜的新疆沙棘为原料,在零下40℃至零下50℃下进行真空冻干,粉碎并常温高压灭菌,制成新疆沙棘冻干粉。
6.根据权利要求1所述的驼奶蜂王浆胶原蛋白肽复合压片糖果,其特征在于,所述粉碎采用气流超微粉碎。
7.根据权利要求1所述的驼奶蜂王浆胶原蛋白肽复合压片糖果,其特征在于,所述灭菌的温度为24~26℃。
8.根据权利要求7所述的驼奶蜂王浆胶原蛋白肽复合压片糖果,其特征在于,所述灭菌温度为25℃,灭菌压力为103.4kPa。
9.一种权利要求1-8任一所述驼奶蜂王浆胶原蛋白肽复合压片糖果的制备方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(1)制备混合粉末:按照重量配比向混合机内依次加入所有原料,混合搅拌均匀后,出料,制备得到混合粉末,备用;
(2)过筛:将步骤(1)中得到的混合粉末干燥后过筛;
(3)压片成型:将步骤(2)中干燥过筛的混合粉末加入到压片机内,制备得到驼奶蜂王浆胶原蛋白肽复合压片糖果。
10.根据权利要求9所述的驼奶蜂王浆胶原蛋白肽复合压片糖果的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,所述混合的时间为30分钟。
