Abstract
本发明公开了一种3D木纹铝单板及其制造工艺,包括基板,所述基板从内到外依次设置有底漆层、着色层、木纹层以及油漆层,本发明通过基板表面进行除污垢处理、平整度处理、蚀刻处理、润润性处理、着色处理、压辊滚纹处理、涂装清漆以及烘干冷却处理后形成木纹铝单板,通过蚀刻处理处理后可使基板表面形成不规则的凹凸纹路,这种方式会增加木纹的逼真度,有利于增加美观性。

本发明涉及木纹铝单板制造技术领域,具体是一种3D木纹铝单板及其制造工艺。
背景技术
目前,在家居装饰等方面,仿木纹类产品被越来越多的人群所喜爱。传统的实木制品在制作加工、保存、运输上都需要较高的成本,而且容易受潮、变形、开裂,也是对自然资源的浪费,甚至对环境产生严重危害。采用仿木纹制作方法,不仅可避免上述危害,还能提高装饰建材的其他优点,例如,仿木纹产品可提高产品外观美观度,降低制作成本,安全环保,还可防锈防潮,阻燃耐磨,抗碱耐久等。
仿木纹铝单板一般是直接在铝板表面用油漆直接绘制出木纹形状,视觉效果较佳但是用手触摸后发现表面光滑无手感,木纹逼真程度低,且随着使用时间长,这种木纹漆磨损严重。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种3D木纹铝单板及其制造工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种3D木纹铝单板,包括基板,所述基板从内到外依次设置有底漆层、着色层、木纹层以及油漆层。
一种3D木纹铝单板制造工艺,包括若下步骤:
S1、对基板表面进行除污垢处理、平整度处理;
S2、将S1中的基板进行蚀刻处理,实现纹路成型;
S3、对S2中的基板表面进行润润性处理,形成底漆层;
S4、对S3中的基板进行着色处理,形成着色层;
S5、将S4中的基板压辊滚纹处理,形成木纹层;
S6、将S5中的基板表面涂装上3-5道清漆,形成油漆层;
S7、将S6中的基板进行烘干,冷却后得到木纹铝单板。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述步骤S2中蚀刻处理为酸洗蚀刻,将铝板整体浸入酸液中持续30-45分钟后取出,即可得到不规则的凹凸纹路。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述步骤S3中的润润性处理是先刷1-2道底漆,并通过热风机进行烘干,然后对基板进行砂光,形成底漆层。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述步骤S4中的着色处理是涂设2-3道UV着色底漆,着色漆层可选用红檀香、黑胡桃、柚木或圆盘豆的木质底色,形成着色层。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述步骤S5中的压辊滚纹处理是选用压辊,并使用酸液对压辊的表面进行蚀刻,蚀刻出具有凹凸质感的表面,然后在压辊的外表面涂设不同基色的油墨,压辊在基板进行滚压,形成木纹层。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述步骤S7中的烘干温度为120-130。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述底漆层按重量份数计包括如下组分:100-120份乙烯丙烯酸酯共聚物,120-140双酚A丙三醇双甲基丙烯酸酯单体、130-150份单甲基丙烯酸单体,9-15份改性光引发剂,4-7份滑石粉,6-9份异佛尔酮,9-18份环硅丙烷以及水。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过基板表面进行除污垢处理、平整度处理、蚀刻处理、润润性处理、着色处理、压辊滚纹处理、涂装清漆以及烘干冷却处理后形成木纹铝单板,通过蚀刻处理处理后可使基板表面形成不规则的凹凸纹路,这种方式会增加木纹的逼真度,有利于增加美观性,且底漆层由乙烯丙烯酸酯共聚物,双酚A丙三醇双甲基丙烯酸酯单体、单甲基丙烯酸单体,改性光引发剂,滑石粉,异佛尔酮,环硅丙烷以及水组成,进而可提高后续着色层与木纹层的附着力,避免木纹发生脱落情况。

与实施例一的区别在于:所述底漆层按重量份数计包括如下组分:110份乙烯丙烯酸酯共聚物,130双酚A丙三醇双甲基丙烯酸酯单体、145份单甲基丙烯酸单体,11份改性光引发剂,6份滑石粉,8份异佛尔酮,17份环硅丙烷以及水。
实施例三:
与实施例一的区别在于:所述底漆层按重量份数计包括如下组分:120份乙烯丙烯酸酯共聚物,140双酚A丙三醇双甲基丙烯酸酯单体、130份单甲基丙烯酸单体,12份改性光引发剂,6.5份滑石粉,7.5份异佛尔酮,17份环硅丙烷以及水。

S1、对基板表面进行除污垢处理、平整度处理;
S2、将S1中的基板进行蚀刻处理,实现纹路成型;
S3、对S2中的基板表面进行润润性处理,形成底漆层;
S4、对S3中的基板进行着色处理,形成着色层;
S5、将S4中的基板压辊滚纹处理,形成木纹层;
S6、将S5中的基板表面涂装上3-5道清漆,形成油漆层;
S7、将S6中的基板进行烘干,冷却后得到木纹铝单板。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种3D木纹铝单板制造工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤S2中蚀刻处理为酸洗蚀刻,将铝板整体浸入酸液中持续30-45分钟后取出,即可得到不规则的凹凸纹路。
