本发明属于涂料施工领域领域,具体涉及一种包覆条用木皮弹性半开放哑光面UV涂装施工工艺。
背景技术
半开放式涂装是一种完全显露木材管孔的涂饰工艺,其主要表现为木孔明显,纹理清晰,油漆涂布量小,哑光,自然质感强可以进行二次修补。目前市场上生产半开放式木线条涂装主要工艺为先用未经任何涂装处理的木皮直接包覆于木线条上,再经打磨、喷涂至少两道底漆、再者每喷一层底漆后需进行打磨,最后再进行面漆喷涂涂装。这样在生产过程中有害物质挥发,严重影响身体健康,而且生产周期长,易发生暴裂,起桔皮等问题,同时打磨难度极大。

步骤四:在步骤三进行第二次砂毛处理的包覆条用木皮基材表面依次辊涂UV弹性修色底漆和UV弹性哑光面漆,每辊涂一次采用双汞灯进行紫外线干燥一次;
步骤五:最后在步骤四处理后的包覆条用木皮的表面覆膜,完成包覆条用木皮弹性全封闭哑光面UV涂装生产;
其中,步骤二中UV砂光底漆由70-80wt%的丙烯酸树脂、0.1-0.3wt%的磷酸三丁酯、1-2wt%的聚羧酸钠盐分散剂、15-20wt%的滑石粉、3-5wt%的安息香双甲醚、0.1-1wt%的硬脂酸锌、0.5-0.7wt%的山梨醇类成核增透剂和1-1.5wt%的气相二氧化硅混合制备而成。

步骤四:在步骤三进行第二次砂毛处理的包覆条用木皮基材表面依次辊涂UV弹性修色底漆和UV弹性哑光面漆,每辊涂一次采用双汞灯进行紫外线干燥一次;
步骤五:最后在步骤四处理后的包覆条用木皮的表面覆膜,完成包覆条用木皮弹性全封闭哑光面UV涂装生产;
其中,步骤二中UV砂光底漆由79.3wt%的丙烯酸树脂、0.1wt%的磷酸三丁酯、1wt%的聚羧酸钠盐分散剂、15wt%的滑石粉、3wt%的安息香双甲醚、0.1wt%的硬脂酸锌、0.5wt%的山梨醇类成核增透剂和1wt%的气相二氧化硅混合制备而成。
其中,步骤二中的UV弹性水性漆的辊涂量为15g/m2。
其中,步骤二中UV弹性腻子的辊涂量为15g/m2,UV砂光底漆的辊涂量为20g/m2。
其中,步骤二中红外流平机干燥强度为200mJ,干燥时间为8s。
其中,步骤二中双汞灯进行紫外线干燥强度为200mJ,干燥时间为3s。
其中,步骤四中UV弹性修色底漆的辊涂量为15g/m2,UV弹性哑光面漆的辊涂量为15g/m2。
其中,步骤四中双汞灯进行紫外线干燥强度为300mJ,干燥时间为3s。
其中,丙烯酸树脂为聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂。
实施例4
本发明的目的在于提供一种包覆条用木皮弹性半开放哑光面UV涂装施工工艺,其技术点在于:所述包覆条用木皮弹性半开放哑光面UV涂装施工工艺包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将包覆条用木皮基材的表面用砂光机进行第一次砂毛处理,所述第一次砂毛处理持续时间3-8min,第一次砂毛处理后所述的包覆条用木皮基材表面粗糙度为0.5-1μm,表面密度为30-50g/m2;
步骤二:在步骤一进行第一次砂毛处理后的包覆条用木皮基材表面辊涂UV弹性水性漆,然后用红外流平机进行红外线干燥,随后在UV弹性水性漆层上依次辊涂UV弹性腻子和UV砂光底漆,每辊涂一次采用双汞灯进行紫外线干燥一次;
步骤三:将步骤二处理后的包覆条用木皮基材表面用砂光机进行第二次砂毛处理,所述第二次砂毛处理持续时间10-15min,第二次砂毛处理后所述的包覆条用木皮基材表面粗糙度为0.1-0.3μm,表面密度为150-200g/m2;
步骤四:在步骤三进行第二次砂毛处理的包覆条用木皮基材表面依次辊涂UV弹性修色底漆和UV弹性哑光面漆,每辊涂一次采用双汞灯进行紫外线干燥一次;
步骤五:最后在步骤四处理后的包覆条用木皮的表面覆膜,完成包覆条用木皮弹性全封闭哑光面UV涂装生产;
其中,步骤二中UV砂光底漆由70-80wt%的丙烯酸树脂、0.1-0.3wt%的磷酸三丁酯、1-2wt%的聚羧酸钠盐分散剂、15-20wt%的滑石粉、3-5wt%的安息香双甲醚、0.1-1wt%的硬脂酸锌、0.5-0.7wt%的山梨醇类成核增透剂和1-1.5wt%的气相二氧化硅混合制备而成。
其中,步骤二中的UV弹性水性漆的辊涂量为15g/m2。
其中,步骤二中UV弹性腻子的辊涂量为15g/m2,UV砂光底漆的辊涂量为20g/m2。
其中,步骤二中红外流平机干燥强度为200mJ,干燥时间为8s。
其中,步骤二中双汞灯进行紫外线干燥强度为200mJ,干燥时间为3s。
其中,步骤四中UV弹性修色底漆的辊涂量为15g/m2,UV弹性哑光面漆的辊涂量为15g/m2。
其中,步骤四中双汞灯进行紫外线干燥强度为300mJ,干燥时间为3s。
其中,丙烯酸树脂为聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂。
本发明通过机械化生产设备将天然或科技木皮表面加工好油漆后,形成的油漆木皮再用作包覆或贴面加工。油漆木皮是通过底着色,刮底漆及色漆和面漆涂装等多工序完成,有天然木皮的真实感和传统油漆工艺的表面效果。油漆木皮可加工成定宽定长或定宽无限长卷状木皮,可提高木皮的利用率,可提高设备的工作效率。该木皮底部托无纺布表面油漆加工后,木皮更加柔韧,包覆加工更加容易操作,复杂线型包覆效果更加明显。产品适合各种装饰线条、型材包覆、复合门套、复合门扇、现场装修、等表面包覆、覆膜和封边材料。油漆木皮颠覆了木制品油漆工艺,从传统的最少连续三次以上的喷漆、打磨,几天时间的生产周期,大量的用工需求和场地占用,都得到有效解决。半开放效果优于喷涂涂装,其漆膜平整,质感自然,易于修色。

Claims (8)
1.一种包覆条用木皮弹性半开放哑光面UV涂装施工工艺,其特征在于:所述包覆条用木皮弹性半开放哑光面UV涂装施工工艺包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将包覆条用木皮基材的表面用砂光机进行第一次砂毛处理,所述第一次砂毛处理持续时间3-8min,第一次砂毛处理后所述的包覆条用木皮基材表面粗糙度为0.5-1μm,表面密度为30-50g/m2;
步骤二:在步骤一进行第一次砂毛处理后的包覆条用木皮基材表面辊涂UV弹性水性漆,然后用红外流平机进行红外线干燥,随后在UV弹性水性漆层上依次辊涂UV弹性腻子和UV砂光底漆,每辊涂一次采用双汞灯进行紫外线干燥一次;
步骤三:将步骤二处理后的包覆条用木皮基材表面用砂光机进行第二次砂毛处理,所述第二次砂毛处理持续时间10-15min,第二次砂毛处理后所述的包覆条用木皮基材表面粗糙度为0.1-0.3μm,表面密度为150-200g/m2;
步骤四:在步骤三进行第二次砂毛处理的包覆条用木皮基材表面依次辊涂UV弹性修色底漆和UV弹性哑光面漆,每辊涂一次采用双汞灯进行紫外线干燥一次;
步骤五:最后在步骤四处理后的包覆条用木皮的表面覆膜,完成包覆条用木皮弹性全封闭哑光面UV涂装生产;
所述步骤二中UV砂光底漆由70-80wt%的丙烯酸树脂、0.1-0.3wt%的磷酸三丁酯、1-2wt%的聚羧酸钠盐分散剂、15-20wt%的滑石粉、3-5wt%的安息香双甲醚、0.1-1wt%的硬脂酸锌、0.5-0.7wt%的山梨醇类成核增透剂和1-1.5wt%的气相二氧化硅混合制备而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种包覆条用木皮弹性半开放哑光面UV涂装施工工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤二中的UV弹性水性漆的辊涂量为10-15g/m2。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种包覆条用木皮弹性半开放哑光面UV涂装施工工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤二中UV弹性腻子的辊涂量为10-15g/m2,UV砂光底漆的辊涂量为15-20g/m2。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种包覆条用木皮弹性半开放哑光面UV涂装施工工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤二中红外流平机干燥强度为200mJ,干燥时间为5-8s。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种包覆条用木皮弹性半开放哑光面UV涂装施工工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤二中双汞灯进行紫外线干燥强度为200-250mJ,干燥时间为1-3s。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种包覆条用木皮弹性半开放哑光面UV涂装施工工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤四中UV弹性修色底漆的辊涂量为10-15g/m2,UV弹性哑光面漆的辊涂量为10-15g/m2。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种包覆条用木皮弹性半开放哑光面UV涂装施工工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤四中双汞灯进行紫外线干燥强度为200-300mJ,干燥时间为1-3s。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种包覆条用木皮弹性半开放哑光面UV涂装施工工艺,其特征在于:所述丙烯酸树脂为环氧丙烯酸树脂、聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂、聚酯丙烯酸酯、硅改性丙烯酸树脂中的至少一种。
