本发明涉及一种高密度纬编织法的儿童裤面料。
背景技术
童裤对于面料的要求随着纺织技术的进步以及人们生活水平的提高以及人们要求的提高也越来越高,而童裤面对儿童这样的活动时长较长的人群来说,面料需要较大的横弹性,还要满足轻薄透气等性能。公开号为CN114369898A的专利:一种纬编弹性免烫衬衫面料,该面料采用形状记忆氨纶和棉纱进行织造得到各种形状记忆氨纶含量、各种组织结构的纬编衬衫面料坯布;所述形状记忆氨纶的开关温度为32~36℃;再交纬编衬衫面料坯布进行预定型、染色和终定型得到纬编弹性免烫衬衫面料。公开号为CN112195553A的专利:一种咖啡碳纤维拉舍尔纬编针织面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:S1:编织:在纬编大圆机上对面纱和地纱进行编织,得单层咖啡碳纤维拉舍尔面料毛坯布,面纱为咖啡碳纤维复合纱线,地纱为涤纶长丝;S2:染整;S3:印花;S4:后整理:制得的印花面料进行蒸化、水洗、柔软、拉幅定型、拉毛或磨毛整理,制得染色或印花咖啡碳纤维拉舍尔纬编针织面料。都未能解决童裤面料需要的大横弹性能,且如何寻找到合适的面料纤维配比能满足童裤的轻薄、透气且横弹性好,是个难题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,克服现有技术中存在的缺陷,提供一种高密度纬编织法的儿童裤面料,采用高密度纬编织法,确保面料制成的童裤的横弹效果,采用双面结构使得裤面料能够纵横伸展,面料原料纤维选择合适,使得采用本面料制成的童裤轻薄透气,春夏适宜。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种高密度纬编织法的儿童裤面料,包括采用双面结构的面料本体,面料本体中的上层采用粘胶纤维及棉纤维交替织造而成,面料本体中的下层采用氨纶纤维及棉纤维交替织造而成,粘胶纤维、氨纶纤维及棉纤维的织行编织密度为42-55针/英寸。用高密度纬编织法,确保面料制成的童裤的横弹效果,采用双面结构使得裤面料能够纵横伸展,面料原料纤维选择合适,使得采用本面料制成的童裤轻薄透气,春夏适宜。
进一步的技术方案是,面料本体中的粘胶纤维、氨纶纤维及棉纤维均交替弯折且相同材质纤维间交替绕过前一根纤维弯折成的圈外。这样纬编织后横弹效果出众。
进一步的技术方案是,面料本体中的上层中的粘胶纤维弯折成的圈至少穿过面料本体中的上层中的两根棉纤维弯折成的圈中。
进一步的技术方案为,面料本体中的下层中的氨纶纤维弯折成的圈至少穿过面料本体中的两根棉纤维弯折成的圈中。
进一步的技术方案为,氨纶纤维选用38旦尼尔的氨纶纤维,所述粘胶纤维采用150D的粘胶纤维,所述棉纤维采用线密度为2.12~1.56dtex、强力为4.5cN/dtex的细绒棉。
进一步的技术方案为,面料本体中的上层及面料本体中的下层为织造后染色、浸轧、烘干后的上层及下层。
进一步的技术方案为,在染色工序中,包括采用平幅水洗机水洗面料的工序。染色工序包括依次进行的如下工序:水洗;胚定;染色;脱水;成定。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:采用高密度纬编织法,确保面料制成的童裤的横弹效果,采用双面结构使得裤面料能够纵横伸展,面料原料纤维选择合适,使得采用本面料制成的童裤轻薄透气,春夏适宜。可谓“0”束缚,儿童穿着更舒适。

如图1至图8所示,本发明是一种高密度纬编织法的儿童裤面料,包括采用双面结构的面料本体,面料本体中的上层采用粘胶纤维1及棉纤维3交替织造而成,面料本体中的下层采用氨纶纤维2及棉纤维3交替织造而成,粘胶纤维1、氨纶纤维2及棉纤维3的织行编织密度为42-55针/英寸。面料本体中的粘胶纤维1、氨纶纤维2及棉纤维3均交替弯折且相同材质纤维间交替绕过前一根纤维弯折成的圈外。面料本体中的上层中的粘胶纤维1弯折成的圈至少穿过面料本体中的上层中的两根棉纤维3弯折成的圈中。面料本体中的下层中的氨纶纤维2弯折成的圈至少穿过面料本体中的两根棉纤维3弯折成的圈中。氨纶纤维2选用38旦尼尔的氨纶纤维2,所述粘胶纤维1采用150D的粘胶纤维1,所述棉纤维3采用线密度为2.12~1.56dtex、强力为4.5cN/dtex的细绒棉。面料本体中的上层及面料本体中的下层为织造后染色、浸轧、烘干后的上层及下层(面料上下层之间通过缝合或粘合而成)。在染色工序中,包括采用平幅水洗机水洗面料的工序。平幅水洗机包括清洗箱4,清洗箱4内设有位于清洗箱4下部的浸渍箱5,清洗箱4内、浸渍箱5上方设有用于对面料本体中的下层先清洗的水洗箱6,清洗箱4外设有驱动辊7和引导辊8,沿进料方向依次设有驱动辊7、引导辊8、转向辊9、上托辊10及浸渍箱中转向辊11,上托辊10设有一对且位于同一高度,上托辊10设置在水洗箱6的外部两侧,水洗箱6内的水洗液的液面与水洗箱6的箱口齐平,浸渍箱5内还设有柱状浮体12(柱状浮体12的重力等于其在浸渍箱5中的浮力),柱状浮体12呈圆柱壳体状且圆柱壳体状的柱状浮体12内的空腔13内填充压载水14,面料经驱动辊7驱动后经过转向辊9而向上后到达上托辊10处后面料下层与水洗箱6的水洗液接触,水洗箱6内水洗液的水温为40~50℃,然后面料经过位于水洗箱6与浸渍箱5之间的转向辊9后到达下方的浸渍箱5且绕设过柱状浮体12后经过浸渍箱中转向辊11转向后离开浸渍箱5(当然,水洗箱6内还设有用于将待水洗面料内部吸附的污水被挤压出来的挤压辊15,此为现有技术,不赘述),浸渍箱5内的水洗液中含有中性洗涤剂且浸渍箱5中水温为35℃。
工作原理如下:
由于面料的上层为粘胶纤维与棉纤维的混纺面料层,而下层为氨纶纤维与棉纤维的混纺面料层,考虑上下层水洗时的不同要求,先对面料下层清洗,采用“浅接触”、短时浸泡水洗的方式,可以使得上层在水洗时几乎不会接触到40~50℃的水洗箱内的水洗液,即使有少部分面料上层接触到水洗液,由于下层先接触,上层再接触到的水洗液也几乎不会达到40~50℃,满足上层面料一般只能35℃的要求,在对下层清洗后再将面料整个(指包含上层与下层)通过浸渍箱,满足上层不能长时浸泡(上层含有粘胶纤维)的要求,控制驱动辊速度(配合浸渍箱中转向辊个数、转向辊间距和浸渍箱尺寸)可以保证浸泡时间不超过15分钟,避免了洗液中的污物又浸入(面料上层中的)粘胶纤维的问题。而浸渍箱中的水洗液采用中性洗涤剂则满足粘胶纤维清洗的要求。在浸渍箱中设置重力等于浮力的柱状浮体,这样的布置可以减小面料的张力,可以保证浸渍箱中各转向辊间的面料非绷直状态,满足粘胶纤维水洗时要轻洗的要求(粘胶纤维织物遇水会发硬,纤维结构很不牢固,洗涤时要轻洗),可以避免面料起毛或裂口。
横弹性的测定采用织物拉伸弹性仪,能进行定负荷及定伸长拉伸弹性的测试。拉伸速度为200mm/rain。调湿和试验用标准大气:标准大气:温度为20土2℃,相对湿度为(65土2)%。试验前试样应在标准大气条件下调湿24h。样品须距布端1m以上处裁取。试样应具有代表性,距布边10cm以上处裁剪,不得有影响试验结果的疵点。根据需要确定试验项目;每项试验样品以弹力方向为长度裁剪三条,尺寸为320mm~60mm,做定伸长试验时尚需用一条附加试样,要求各个试样的长度方向不得含有同根纱线。两边拉去边纱后的试样宽度为50mm。经测试,本童裤面料其横向弹性回复率为85-90%,横弹效果优良。
轻薄性的测定采用厚度仪测定。根据被测织物要求,选择厚度仪的压脚。按测试需要,置“连续”和“30S”标示位置,接通电源指示灯亮按“开”按钮。调整好百分表的零位,空试几次,待零位稳定后,才正式测定织物。按“开”按钮,当压脚升起时,把织物在不受张力情况下放置在基准板上。当压脚压住被测织物到规定时间时,读数指示灯自动亮,尽快读出百分表上所示厚度数值,并作好记录,灯不亮则读数无效。若采用“连续“测试时,读数指示灯熄灭后,压脚自动上升、下降,进行循环。并可利用压脚上升和下降的空隙时间,压脚不再往复动作。测定试样任意十处厚度,求出平均值。测试完毕,取出被测织物,等压脚回至初始位。本发明制得的童裤面料的厚度在0.7~1.2毫米的厚度范围,相比于市场其他童裤,更轻薄。
透气性采用如下测试方法:在同一无风室内环境下,开启吹风机同一档位,将多件本发明制得面料制成的成衣的前胸、后背、腋下位置,分别覆盖在风筒上,用风速仪测量透过成衣的风速大小。保持风速仪和风筒之间的距离不变,测试10秒钟,最终结果取10秒内的平均风速(m/s)。针对三件成衣测试后的结果如下表:

4.根据权利要求3所述的一种高密度纬编织法的儿童裤面料,其特征在于,面料本体中的下层中的氨纶纤维弯折成的圈至少穿过面料本体中的两根棉纤维弯折成的圈中。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种高密度纬编织法的儿童裤面料,其特征在于,所述氨纶纤维选用38旦尼尔的氨纶纤维,所述粘胶纤维采用150D的粘胶纤维,所述棉纤维采用线密度为2.12~1.56dtex、强力为4.5cN/dtex的细绒棉。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种高密度纬编织法的儿童裤面料,其特征在于,所述面料本体中的上层及面料本体中的下层为织造后染色、浸轧、烘干后的上层及下层。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种高密度纬编织法的儿童裤面料,其特征在于,在所述染色工序中,包括采用平幅水洗机水洗面料的工序。
