The material loading belt is wound on the material loading driving wheel and the material loading driven wheel, and the output end of the material loading motor is connected with the material loading driving wheel. The feeding motor drives the feeding belt to rotate through the feeding driving wheel and the feeding driven wheel, and the position of the feeding conveying assembly 95 relative to the stacking conveying assembly 81 can be adjusted by adjusting the extension and retraction of the piston rod of the feeding telescopic part 94. Specifically, the output end of the feeding conveying assembly 95 is located directly above the palletizing conveying assembly 81.
The working process of the embodiment is as follows:
when the brake pad stacking device is used, a worker places a single brake pad on the feeding conveying assembly 95, the feeding conveying assembly 95 drives the brake pad to move, and finally the brake pad is fed onto the stacking conveying assembly 81;
because the distance between the two limiting plates 84 is small, after the brake pads fall onto the stacking conveying assembly 81, the brake pads are vertically arranged, the stacking conveying assembly 81 drives the brake pads to advance, when the brake pads reach the baffle 85, the baffle 85 blocks the brake pads, then the piston rods of the stacking telescopic members 821 extend out, the stacking plates 822 push the brake pads on the stacking conveying assembly 81 to the stacking auxiliary blocks 83 on the packing table 11, the stacking plates 822 tightly push the brake pads, and the stacking plates 822 sequentially stack the single brake pads until the stacking plates 822 complete stacking of a group of multiple brake pads;
after the stacking plate 822 completes stacking of a group of multiple brake pads, the pushing servo motor 31 drives the pushing belt 34 to rotate through the pushing driving wheel and the pushing driven wheel, the pushing belt 34 drives the pushing frame 2 to slide on the two slide bars 12, meanwhile, the piston rod of the pushing telescopic part 23 retracts to lift the pushing plate 24, when the pushing plate 24 moves to the stacked brake pads, the piston rod of the pushing telescopic part 23 extends to drop the pushing plate 24, then the pushing servo motor 31 reverses, the pushing servo motor 31 drives the pushing belt 34 to rotate again, the pushing belt 34 drives the pushing frame 2 to move, meanwhile, the pushing plate 24 pushes the brake pads on the packing table 11 and pushes the brake pads to the stringing area on the packing table 11, then the pushing power device 3 drives the pushing frame 2 to push the next group of brake pads, repeating the steps for the second time;
after two groups of brake pads are accumulated in the stringing area, the positioning pipe 74 of the positioning device 7 extends out to position the two groups of brake pads, so that the fixed wire can be conveniently threaded, and then the traction motor of the traction device 5 drives the traction driving roller 52 to rotate. The fixed wire is moved by the traction drive roll 52 and the traction drive roll 53, and is paid off on the pay-off roll 41, and the fixed wire is guided and straightened by the plurality of guide rolls 56 and the straightening roll. The fixing wire passes through the through holes of the plurality of brake pads after passing through the alignment pipe 65 of the alignment device 6, and passes out of the through holes of the plurality of brake pads;
and then the cutting device cuts the fixing threads, and after the fixing threads are cut, the stranding device strands the two fixing threads to fix the two groups of brake pads together, so that the brake pads are packaged. Then propelling movement power device 3 can continue to drive propelling movement frame 2 and move on packing platform 11, and propelling movement frame 2 pushes away the brake block of packing completion on packing platform 11 from wearing the cluster region, falls into on other positions, and the staff of being convenient for takes and puts and packs.

Claims (10)

1. A brake pad baling apparatus, comprising:
the packaging machine comprises a rack, wherein a packaging table is formed at the upper end of the rack, a sliding rod positioned right above the packaging table is arranged at the top of the rack, and a stringing area is arranged on the packaging table;
the pushing frame is connected to the packing slide rail in a sliding manner;
the pushing power device is arranged on the rack and used for driving the pushing frame to move so as to send the plurality of brake pads into the stringing area;
the pay-off rack is arranged on the rack;
the traction device is arranged on the rack and used for leading out the fixed wire on the pay-off rack; and
and the aligning device is arranged on the rack and used for aligning the fixing line with the through hole on the brake pad.

The brake pad packaging equipment of claim 1, wherein the pushing frame comprises a pushing base arranged on the sliding rod, a pushing sliding rail arranged on the pushing base, a pushing telescopic member fixed on the pushing base, and a pushing plate fixed on a pushing telescopic rod of the telescopic member, the pushing plate is slidably connected to the pushing sliding rail, and the pushing telescopic member drives the pushing plate to slidably lift on the pushing sliding rail.

The brake pad packaging device according to claim 1, wherein the pushing power device comprises a pushing servo motor arranged on the frame, a pushing driving pulley rotatably connected to the frame, a pushing driven pulley rotatably connected to the frame, and a pushing belt wound around the pushing driving pulley and the pushing driven pulley, and a side end surface of the pushing belt is fixedly connected to the pushing frame.

The brake pad packaging device of claim 1, wherein the traction device comprises a traction frame arranged on the frame, a traction driving roller rotatably connected to the traction frame, and a traction power assembly arranged on the traction frame and used for driving the traction driving roller to rotate, and the fixing member is arranged between the traction driving roller and the traction driving roller.

The brake pad packing apparatus of claim 6, wherein the alignment frame comprises an alignment translation plate and an alignment lifting plate, the alignment lifting plate is fixed on the alignment translation plate through a bolt connection, a waist-shaped hole is formed in the alignment translation plate along the height direction, the bolt penetrates through the waist-shaped hole to fix the alignment lifting plate on the alignment translation plate, and the alignment pipe is fixed on the alignment lifting plate.

The brake pad packing apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a stacking device, wherein the stacking device comprises a stacking mechanism arranged on the frame and a feeding mechanism arranged on the frame for feeding to the stacking mechanism, the stacking mechanism comprises a stacking conveying assembly arranged on the frame, a stacking auxiliary block arranged on the packing table and slidably connected to the frame, two limiting plates arranged on the frame and located at the side end of the stacking conveying assembly for preventing the brake pad from falling, and a baffle plate arranged on the frame and located at the output end of the stacking conveying assembly for blocking the brake pad, the stacking conveying assembly is located between the stacking assembly and the stacking auxiliary block, the two limiting plates are respectively located at the two side ends of the stacking conveying assembly, the baffle plate is located directly above the stacking conveying assembly and located at the side ends of the stacking assembly and the stacking auxiliary block, the stacking assembly pushes the brake pads on the stacking conveying assembly to the packing table and abuts against the stacking auxiliary blocks to complete stacking of the plurality of brake pads.
