The mode of use of this example:
when the device is used for uncoiling and cutting a prestressed steel wire 9 on site, a whole coil of steel wire is transversely placed on a rotating platform 806, a clamping column 807 is made to penetrate through the middle vacant position of the whole coil of steel wire, a turntable motor 811 is started, the clamping column 807 is meshed with an outer gear ring 809 through a driving gear 810 to drive the turntable 808 to rotate, the clamping column 807 is meshed with the upper end surface of the turntable 808 and is simultaneously expanded outwards to enable the clamping column 807 to support and tighten the whole coil of steel wire, then the end of the steel wire penetrates through a wire guide cylinder 804, a machine body 1, a compression roller straightening area 7, a turning straightening area 6, a gripping wire feeding area 5, a cutting area 4 and a conveying platform 3, a lifting hydraulic cylinder II drives the wire guide cylinder 804 to move up and down to adjust the position of the wire guide cylinder 804 so as to facilitate the penetration of the steel wire into the machine body 1, then a concave compression roller frame 703 on the compression roller straightening area 7 is adjusted to enable a compression roller 704 to compress the steel wire, a straightening roller 603 on the straightening area 6 is rotated, so that, clamping a steel wire, starting equipment, and rotating a motor 813 to forward rotate and release the steel wire to drive the steel wire to the left, firstly straightening by a compression roller and rotationally straightening, then according to the set required length, metering and feeding back to a hydraulic device 410 on a cutting area 4 by a metering device to perform downward pressing and cutting, pulling the cutting area 4 by a sliding hydraulic cylinder 403 to integrally move while performing downward pressing and cutting, wherein the moving speed is consistent with the steel wire conveying speed, cutting is performed during moving, the steel wire is prevented from propping against an upper cutter when being conveyed forward, so that the equipment is vibrated, and finally the steel wire is conveyed out under the driving of a wire conveying wheel 305 on a conveying platform 3, so that the cutting work is completed; when the steel wire coiling machine is used for coiling a prestressed steel wire 9, the end of the steel wire reversely passes through the conveying platform 3, the machine body 1, the cutting area 4, the gripping wire feeding area 5, the rotating straightening area 6, the pressing roller straightening area 7 and the wire guide cylinder 804, the end is fixed on the clamping column 807, the rotating motor 813 is started to reversely rotate the coiled wire, the conveying platform 3 and the gripping wire feeding area 5 also reversely transmit, the pressing roller straightening area 6 and the rotating straightening area 7 do not work, the wire guide cylinder 804 guides the steel wire up and down during coiling, so that a coil layer is uniformly distributed, and the cutting area 4 works to cut off and complete coiling after the coiling length requirement is met.
Example 2: the structure and principle of the embodiment 2 are basically the same as those of the embodiment 1, except that a deburring lifting table 406 is arranged at the left part of the cutting-off workbench 401, a vertically fixed lifting hydraulic cylinder I405 is arranged at the bottom of the deburring lifting table 406, a cylinder body of the lifting hydraulic cylinder I405 is fixed on the cutting-off workbench 401, a piston is connected with the bottom surface of the deburring lifting table 406, a deburring vertical frame 407 is arranged on the top surface of the deburring lifting table 406, a grinding wheel 409 is arranged on the deburring vertical frame 407, and the grinding wheel 409 is connected with a deburring motor 408 through a rotating shaft. After cutting, the lifting hydraulic cylinder I405 acts to lift the cutting workbench 406 upwards, so that the grinding wheel 409 props against the two ends of the steel wire cut, the burr removing motor 408 is started, and chamfering and deburring are performed by utilizing the two side faces of the grinding wheel 409 to avoid burrs in the cut.
Example 3: the structure and principle of the embodiment 3 are basically the same as those of the embodiments 1 and 2, except that a support base i 101 is arranged at the bottom of the machine body 1, a notch detection sensor is arranged at an outlet of the left side wall of the machine body 1, the notch detection sensor comprises an emitting end 102 and a reflecting end 103, and the emitting end 102 and the reflecting end 103 can be adjusted up and down. The transmitting end 102 sends an optical signal, the reflecting end 103 is judged to have no light reflection, whether the cut is completely broken is detected, and if the cut is not broken, an alarm is given to prompt an operator to process the cut.

A cutting device for fixed-length blanking of prestressed steel wires comprises a machine body (1), a control cabinet (2) arranged at the top of the machine body (1), a conveying device (3) arranged on the left side of the machine body, and a coiling device (8) arranged on the right side of the machine body (1); the method is characterized in that: a cutting area (4), a jaw wire feeding area (5), a rotating straightening area (6) and a pressing roller straightening area (7) are arranged in the machine body (1); the cutting area (4) is arranged on the left side in the machine body (1), the cutting area (4) is provided with a cutting workbench (401), a cutting table support (404) is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the cutting workbench (401), the cutting table support (404) is sleeved on a sliding rod (402), the sliding rod (402) is transversely arranged in the machine body (1), one end of the sliding rod is fixed to the left side wall of the machine body (1), the other end of the sliding rod is fixed to a gripping yarn feeding frame (501), and the cutting table support (404) is connected with a sliding hydraulic cylinder (403); the bottom of the gripper wire feeding frame (501) is fixed on the bottom surface of a machine body (1), the gripper wire feeding frame (501) is provided with a gripper wire wheel (502) and a gripper wire wheel (504), and the gripper wire wheel (504) is fixedly mounted in an adjusting groove (503) arranged on the gripper wire feeding frame (501); the rotary straightening area (6) comprises a rotary straightening frame (601), a straightening rotor (602) and a straightening motor (605), the bottom of the rotary straightening frame (601) is fixed on the bottom surface of the machine body (1), one end of the straightening rotor (602) is sleeved on the straightening frame (601), the other end of the straightening rotor is sleeved on the compression roller straightening frame (701), a plurality of groups of straightening rollers (603) are arranged on the straightening rotor (602), the straightening motor (605) is fixedly arranged on the bottom surface of the machine body (1), a belt pulley (604) is fixedly arranged at the right end of the straightening rotor (602), and the straightening motor (605) is connected with the belt pulley (604) on the straightening rotor (602) through a belt (606); four groups of press roll cross bars (702) are transversely arranged on the press roll straightening frame (701), one end of each press roll cross bar (702) is fixed on the press roll straightening frame (701), the other end of each press roll cross bar is fixed on the inner right side of the machine body (1), the press roll cross bars (702) are aligned in parallel on the upper surface, the lower surface, the front surface and the rear surface, concave press roll frames (703) are arranged on the press roll cross bars (702), and press roll wheels (704) are arranged on the press roll frames (703).
