The feeding belt is wound on the feeding driving wheel and the feeding driven wheel, and the output end of the feeding motor is connected with the feeding driving wheel. The feeding motor drives the feeding belt to rotate through the feeding driving wheel and the feeding driven wheel, and the position of the feeding conveying assembly 95 relative to the stacking conveying assembly 81 can be adjusted by adjusting the extension and retraction of the piston rod of the feeding telescopic piece 94. Specifically, the output end of the loading conveyor assembly 95 is located directly above the palletizing conveyor assembly 81.
The working procedure of this embodiment is:
when the brake pad stacking device is used, a worker places a single brake pad on the feeding conveying assembly 95, and the feeding conveying assembly 95 drives the brake pad to move and finally sends the brake pad to the stacking conveying assembly 81;
because the distance between the two limiting plates 84 is smaller, after the brake pads fall onto the stacking conveying assembly 81, the brake pads are vertically arranged, the stacking conveying assembly 81 drives the brake pads to advance, when the brake pads reach the baffle 85, the baffle 85 blocks the brake pads, then the piston rods of the stacking telescopic pieces 821 extend out, the stacking plate 822 pushes the brake pads on the stacking conveying assembly 81 to the stacking auxiliary block 83 on the packing table 11, the stacking plate 822 abuts against the brake pads, and the stacking plate 822 stacks the single brake pads in sequence until the stacking plate 822 completes stacking of a group of multiple brake pads;
after stacking of a group of brake pads is completed by the stacking plate 822, the pushing servo motor 31 drives the pushing belt 34 to rotate through the pushing driving wheel and the pushing driven wheel, the pushing belt 34 drives the pushing frame 2 to slide on the two sliding rods 12, meanwhile, the piston rod of the pushing telescopic piece 23 is retracted, the pushing plate 24 is lifted, when the pushing plate 24 moves to the brake pad where stacking is completed, the piston rod of the pushing telescopic piece 23 stretches out, the pushing plate 24 falls down, then the pushing servo motor 31 reverses, the pushing servo motor 31 drives the pushing belt 34 again to rotate, the pushing belt 34 drives the pushing frame 2 to move, meanwhile, the pushing plate 24 pushes the brake pad on the packing table 11 and pushes the brake pad to a stringing area on the packing table 11, and then the pushing power device 3 drives the pushing frame 2 to push the brake pad of the next group to reciprocate again;
after two groups of brake pads are piled up at the stringing area, the positioning pipe 74 of the positioning device 7 stretches out to position the two groups of brake pads, so that the fixing wire is convenient to thread, and then the traction motor of the traction device 5 drives the traction driving roller 52 to rotate. The fixed wire is moved by the traction drive roller 52 and the traction drive roller 53, and simultaneously the wire is paid out on the wire paying-out roller 41, and the fixed wire is guided and straightened by the plurality of guide rollers 56 and the straightening roller. The fixing wire passes through the perforations on the plurality of brake plates after passing through the alignment tube 65 of the alignment device 6 and passes out of the perforations on the plurality of brake plates;
and then the shearing device shears the fixed wires, and after the fixed wires are sheared, the stranding device stranding the two fixed wires so as to fix the two groups of brake pads together, so that the brake pads are packaged. Then the pushing power device 3 can continue to drive the pushing frame 2 to move on the packing table 11, the pushing frame 2 pushes the brake pads packed on the packing table 11 away from the stringing area and falls into other positions, so that the workers can conveniently take and pack the brake pads.

1. A brake pad packing apparatus, comprising:
the upper end of the frame is provided with a packing table, the top of the frame is provided with a sliding rod positioned right above the packing table, and the packing table is provided with a stringing area;
the stacking device comprises a stacking mechanism arranged on the frame and a feeding mechanism arranged on the frame and used for feeding materials to the stacking mechanism, the stacking mechanism comprises a stacking conveying assembly arranged on the frame, a stacking auxiliary block arranged on the packing table and slidingly connected to the frame, two limiting plates arranged on the frame and positioned at the side end of the stacking conveying assembly and used for preventing brake pads from toppling, and a baffle arranged on the frame and positioned at the output end of the stacking conveying assembly and used for blocking brake pads, the stacking conveying assembly is positioned between the stacking assembly and the stacking auxiliary block, the two limiting plates are respectively and oppositely positioned at the two side ends of the stacking conveying assembly, the baffle is positioned right above the stacking conveying assembly and positioned at the side ends of the stacking assembly and the stacking auxiliary block, and the stacking assembly pushes the brake pads on the stacking conveying assembly onto the packing table and is abutted to the stacking auxiliary block so as to finish stacking of the brake pads;
the pushing frame is connected to the packing slide bar in a sliding manner and comprises a pushing base arranged on the slide bar, a pushing slide rail arranged on the pushing base, a pushing telescopic piece fixed on the pushing base and a pushing plate fixed on a pushing telescopic rod of the telescopic piece, wherein the pushing plate is connected to the pushing slide rail in a sliding manner, and the pushing telescopic piece drives the pushing plate to slide and lift on the pushing slide rail;
the pushing power device is arranged on the frame and used for driving the pushing frame to move so as to send the plurality of brake blocks into the stringing area;
the positioning device comprises a positioning base arranged on the frame, a positioning slide rail arranged on the positioning base, a positioning frame connected to the positioning slide rail in a sliding manner and a positioning pipe fixed on the positioning frame and used for positioning and fixing a plurality of brake pads, and the positioning pipe penetrates through holes in the plurality of brake pads;
the pay-off rack is arranged on the rack;
the traction device is arranged on the frame and used for leading out the fixed wire on the pay-off rack; and
the alignment device is arranged on the frame and used for enabling the fixing wire to be aligned with the through hole on the brake block, and comprises an alignment base, an alignment sliding rail arranged on the alignment base, a screw rod rotationally connected to the alignment base, an alignment frame slidingly connected to the alignment sliding rail and an alignment pipe arranged on the alignment frame, wherein the alignment frame is in threaded connection with the screw rod, and the fixing wire passes through the alignment pipe;
the alignment frame comprises an alignment translation plate and an alignment lifting plate, the alignment lifting plate is fixedly arranged on the alignment translation plate through bolt connection, a waist-shaped hole arranged in the height direction is formed in the alignment translation plate, the bolt penetrates through the waist-shaped hole to fix the alignment lifting plate on the alignment translation plate, and the alignment pipe is fixedly arranged on the alignment lifting plate.

The brake pad packing apparatus of claim 1, wherein the pushing power device comprises a pushing servo motor arranged on the frame, a pushing driving pulley rotatably connected to the frame, a pushing driven pulley rotatably connected to the frame, and a pushing belt wound on the pushing driving pulley and the pushing driven pulley, and a side end face of the pushing belt is fixedly connected with the pushing frame.
