Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of biological pesticides, and particularly relates to chelerythrine wettable powder as well as a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
At present, the main method for treating plant diseases still adopts a chemical method for preventing and treating, but various problems of difficult degradation, easy generation of drug resistance, environmental pollution and the like of chemical pesticides bring great threats to the health and ecological environment of human beings, and the problem of drug resistance also brings great difficulty to the prevention and treatment of subsequent pests. Chelerythrine has important biological activities of resisting cancer, inhibiting bacteria, killing insects, resisting oxidation and the like, can effectively prevent and treat diseases of crops such as fusarium wilt, anthracnose, botrytis cinerea and the like in agricultural production, but is not applied to prevention and treatment of false smut. In recent years, false smut becomes one of main fungal diseases of rice, which not only affects the rice yield and rice quality, but also causes toxin to be produced by pathogenic bacteria, thus seriously affecting food safety. The disease is caused by Rhizoctonia oryzae (Ustilaginoidea virens) of Deuteromycotina, and early researches find that chelerythrine (chelerythrine) has a remarkable bacteriostatic effect on the Rhizoctonia oryzae, has an inhibition rate of spore germination of the chelerythrine up to 86.7 percent, and induces apoptosis of pathogenic bacteria cells.
The Wettable Powder (WP) contains the raw pesticide, a carrier, various assistants (mainly wetting agent and dispersing agent) and other substances, is mixed in proportion, and is crushed by a specific machine according to the requirement of particle size to form fine powder. The suspension rate and wettability of wettable powder are the important factors of the quality detection standard of the preparation. The pesticide can be effectively adhered to plants by being dissolved in water for spraying, so that the use efficiency of the pesticide is improved. In addition, various carriers and auxiliary agents required by the wettable powder have low cost, and organic solvents polluting the environment are not used, so that the wettable powder can be packaged by paper bags or plastic bags as a solid pesticide, is economical and green, and is convenient to transport and store. Therefore, the development of the wettable powder taking chelerythrine as a raw pesticide for preventing and treating plant diseases has important significance.
