In order to obtain a wettable powder which can be used for the prevention and treatment of rice false smut, the invention provides a wettable powder of chelerythrine, which takes chelerythrine as the original drug, TAMOL DN, Ultrazine NA and Atlox Metasperse as dispersants, GEROPON SDS as wetting agent, silica HL-200 and anhydrous glucose as fillers, and Aguique Soap L as defoaming agent. The preparation method of the chelerythrine wettable powder is simple, and the diluted chelerythrine wettable powder can be sprayed on rice to effectively prevent and control rice false smut.
Description
CHELERYTHRINE WETTABLE POWDER, PREPARATION
METHOD AND APPLICATION THEREOF
The invention belongs to the technical field of biological pesticides, and in particular to a chelerythrine wettable powder, its preparation method and its application.
At present, the main method to control plant diseases is still chemical methods, but chemical pesticides are difficult to degrade, easy to produce drug resistance, environmental pollution and other problems, which pose a great threat to human health and ecological environment, and the problem of drug resistance will also bring great difficulties to the subsequent pest control. Chelerythrine has important biological activities such as anti-cancer, bacteriostasis, insecticidal, antioxidant, etc. It can effectively control crop diseases such as Fusarium oxysporum, Colletotrichum nigrum and Botrytis cinerea in agricultural production, but it has not been applied to the control of false smut. In recent years, false smut has become one of the main fungal diseases in rice, which not only affects rice yield and quality, but also produces toxins, seriously affecting food safety. The disease is caused by Ustilaginoidea virens. Previous studies found that chelerythrine had a significant antifungal effect on this fungus, and the inhibition rate of its spore germination is as high as 86.7%, and it also induces the apoptosis of pathogenic cells.
The formula of wettable powder (WP) contains raw materials, carriers, various auxiliaries (mainly wetting agents and dispersing agents) and other substances, which are mixed in proportion and crushed by a special machine according to the particle size requirements to form fine powder. The suspension rate and wettability of wettable powder are the most important in the quality inspection standard of preparation. The medicine is dissolved in water and sprayed for use, which can effectively adhere to plants and improve the use efficiency of pesticides. In addition, the cost of all kinds of carriers and additives needed by the wettable powder is low, and organic solvents that pollute the environment are not used. As a solid pesticide, it can be packaged in paper bags or plastic bags, which is economical and green, and convenient to transport and store.
Therefore, it is of great significance to develop wettable powder based on chelerythrine for plant disease control.
In order to obtain a wettable powder which can be used for the prevention and treatment of rice false smut, the invention provides a chelerythrine wettable powder, which contains 10% by weight of chelerythrine raw material, the dispersant is TAMOL
DN, Ultrazine NA and Atlox Metasperse, the wetting agent is GEROPON SDS, the filler is silica HL-200 and anhydrous glucose, and the defoamer is Aguique SOAP L.
It is further defined that the raw materials of the chelerythrine wettable powder are, in parts by weight, chelerythrine 10%, TAMOL DN 16%, Ultrazine NA 8%, Atlox
Metasperse 5508 8%, GEROPON SDS 8%, Aguique Soap L 0.5%, silica HL-200 10% and anhydrous glucose 39.5%.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the chelerythrine wettable powder, which comprises the following steps: weighing the raw materials according to parts by weight, adding the raw materials into a stirring cooking cup for preliminary mixing and crushing, and then crushing and mixing the mixture by using an airflow pulverizer to obtain the chelerythrine wettable powder.
It is further defined that the crushing standard of the jet mill is to obtain powder with a particle size of D50 5.00-6.00 um.
The invention also provides an application of the chelerythrine wettable powder in preventing and treating rice false smut.
It is further defined that when the rice grows to 3-5 days before and after the heading date, it is sprayed with the chelerythrine wettable powder concentrate for two times.
Further, the interval between spraying twice is 8-12 days.
Further, the dosage of chelerythrine wettable powder used for each spraying is 2-8 kg/hm?
Preferably, the dosage of chelerythrine wettable powder used for each spraying is 8 kg/hm?,
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
After being diluted and sprayed on rice, the chelerythrine wettable powder obtained by the invention can effectively prevent and control rice false smut, and compared with the existing 13% validamycin used for preventing and controlling rice false smut, the chelerythrine wettable powder can effectively improve the prevention and control effect of rice false smut.
In order to make the purpose, technical scheme and advantages of the present invention clearer, the present invention will be further described in detail with specific examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described here are only used to explain the invention, and are not used to limit the invention.

Through the pre-screening experiment, it is found that diatomite, bentonite, B- cyclodextrin and other fillers are precipitated after being added separately, and only silica HL-200 and anhydrous glucose are slightly improved after being added. Therefore, silica HL-200 and anhydrous glucose are used as fillers to optimize the formula, and the formula optimization results after adding fillers are shown in Table 3. By comparing the results of each formula, it is found that the dispersion of formula 10 is better.

Embodiment 2 in the prevention and treatment of rice false smut, the experimental group of chelerythrine wettable powder and the positive control group of 13% validamycin are used to prevent and treat rice false smut. Both the experimental group and the positive control group sprayed the rice 3-5 days before and after the heading stage, with an interval of 8-10 days. The dosage of each spray is the same, and the water consumption per hectare is GOOL. The dosage of the experimental group 1 is 2 kg/hm? the dosage of the experimental group 2 is 8 kg/hm?, and the dosage of the positive control group is 69 mL/hm?, which ensure the same growth conditions of the experimental rice in each group are the same and the spray time is the same.
The results show that when the dosage of chelerythrine wettable powder is 2 kg/hm?, the control effect 1s 70.97%. When the dosage of chelerythrine wettable powder is 8 kg/hm? the control effect is 95.88%, and that of the positive control group is 56.18%. It can be seen that chelerythrine wettable powder has a good control effect on rice false smut.
