Abstract

本发明涉及一种间苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体的制备及应用方法,其特征在于:氮气保护下,向反应釜中加入溶剂、间苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯和催化剂,开启搅拌,在65‑70℃反应,分析反应体系NCO值达到7‑8%时,加入终止剂,得到间苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯固化剂。固化剂制备方法简单,便于工业化生产,制备的漆膜性能优异,干燥时间短,耐候性好,适宜对漆膜干燥时间和质量要求较高的领域。

技术领域
本发明属于聚氨酯应用领域,具体涉及一种聚氨酯固化剂的制备及应用方法。
背景技术
聚氨酯涂料是较常见的一类涂料,可以分为双组分聚氨酯涂料和单组分聚氨酯涂料。双组分聚氨酯涂料一般是由异氰酸酯预聚物和含羟基树脂两部分组成,通常称为固化剂组分和主剂组分。具有易干、耐磨、硬度高、丰满性好、柔韧性好、易打磨、与溶剂相容性强、性能稳定等优点,是很有发展前途的一类涂料品种。主要应用方向有木器涂料、汽车修补涂料、防腐涂料、地坪漆、电子涂料、特种涂料、聚氨酯防水涂料等。
聚氨酯涂料的固化剂组分一般有二异氰酸酯缩二脲、三聚体、加成物三种。目前市场应用较广泛的有TDI三聚体、TDI加成物、HDI缩二脲和HDI三聚体几种,TDI为代表的芳香族异氰酸酯制备的固化剂耐候性较差,不适于在对耐候性要求较高的场所应用;HDI为代表的脂肪族异氰酸酯具有较强的耐候性,受到客户的青睐,但HDI因其链段结构,导致漆膜硬度偏软,干燥时间较长。
发明内容
本发明旨在避免现有技术和应用的不足,提供一种间苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体的制备及应用方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案是:一种间苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体的制备方法,其特征在于:氮气保护下,向反应釜中加入溶剂、间苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯和催化剂,开启搅拌,转速为280-300转/分钟,控制反应温度65-70℃,分析反应体系NCO值达到7-8%时,加入终止剂保温0.5小时,降至室温得到间苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯固化剂。
所述溶剂为乙酸乙酯或乙酸丁酯,加入量与间苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯质量相同。
所述催化剂为胺类催化剂,加入量为间苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯质量的0.08-0.1%。
所述终止剂为磷酸,加入量为催化剂质量的80%。
所述催化剂为2-羟基丙基三甲基甲酸铵盐或2-羟基丙基三甲基异辛酸铵盐。
间苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体的应用方法:间苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体与分子量1000的聚醚多元醇按照摩尔比NCO/OH 1:1配漆。
本发明的有益效果是:采用间苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯为异氰酸酯组分,一步法直接合成聚氨酯固化剂,合成方法简单,便于工业化生产,制备的漆膜性能优异,干燥时间短,耐候性好,适宜对漆膜干燥时间和质量要求较高的领域。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
实施例1
氮气保护下,向反应釜中加入乙酸乙酯500g、间苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯单体500g和2-羟基丙基三甲基甲酸铵盐0.45g,开启搅拌,搅拌转速280转/分钟,在65℃反应8h后,加入磷酸0.36g后保温0.5h,降至室温得到间苯二亚甲基二异氰酸三聚体固化剂。
分析间苯二亚甲基二异氰酸三聚体固化剂理化指标见表(一)。
间苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体固化剂与分子量1000的聚醚多元醇按照NCO/OH(摩尔比)=1:1配漆,测定漆膜性能见表(二)。
实施例2
氮气保护下,向反应釜中加入乙酸丁酯500g、间苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯单体500g和2-羟基丙基三甲基甲酸铵盐0.5g,开启搅拌,搅拌转速300转/分钟,在70℃反应7h后,加入磷酸0.4g后保温0.5h,降至室温得到间苯二亚甲基二异氰酸三聚体固化剂。
分析间苯二亚甲基二异氰酸三聚体固化剂理化指标见表(一)。
间苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体固化剂与分子量1000的聚醚多元醇按照NCO/OH(摩尔比)=1:1配漆,测定漆膜性能见表(二)。
实施例3
氮气保护下,向反应釜中加入乙酸乙酯500g、间苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯单体500g和2-羟基丙基三甲基异辛酸铵盐0.4g,开启搅拌,搅拌转速290转/分钟,在68℃反应8h后,加入磷酸0.32g后保温0.5h,降至室温得到间苯二亚甲基二异氰酸三聚体固化剂。
分析间苯二亚甲基二异氰酸三聚体固化剂理化指标见表(一)。
间苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体固化剂与分子量1000的聚醚多元醇按照NCO/OH(摩尔比)=1:1配漆,测定漆膜性能见表(二)。

Claims (4)

1.一种间苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体的制备方法,其特征在于:氮气保护下,向反应釜中加入溶剂、间苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯和催化剂,开启搅拌,转速为280-300转/分钟,控制反应温度65-70℃,分析反应体系NCO值达到7-8%时,加入终止剂保温0.5小时,降至室温得到间苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯固化剂;
所述催化剂为2-羟基丙基三甲基甲酸铵盐或2-羟基丙基三甲基异辛酸铵盐,加入量为间苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯质量的0.08-0.1%。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种间苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体的制备方法,其特征在于:所述溶剂为乙酸乙酯或乙酸丁酯,加入量与间苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯质量相同。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种间苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体的制备方法,其特征在于:所述终止剂为磷酸,加入量为催化剂质量的80%。
4. 如权利要求1-3任一所述方法得到的间苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体的应用方法,其特征在于:间苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体与分子量1000的聚醚多元醇按照摩尔比NCO/OH 1:1配漆。
