Abstract
The invention provides a Chinese herbal medicine seed pelleting composition for longwest region and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of Chinese herbal medicine seed pelleting preparation. The protective agent comprises an insecticide, a bactericide and an auxiliary agent, wherein the auxiliary agent is an alkoxy benzamide compound solution, and can improve the tolerance of the seeds of the traditional Chinese medicinal materials to the phytotoxicity of various herbicides; the growth regulator is cytokinin or ethephon, and can achieve the purposes of accelerating seed germination and promoting growth; the nutrient contains mineral nutrient elements such as calcium, magnesium, boron and the like, and can achieve the purpose of providing sufficient nutrition after the seeds germinate; the filling material is composed of calcium bentonite, sodium bentonite, kaolin and convex-concave attapulgite, and the soluble glue is composed of high viscosity sodium carboxymethylcellulose.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of Chinese herbal medicine seed pelleting preparation, in particular to a Longxi-dao Chinese herbal medicine seed pelleting composition and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The seed pelleting processing is to utilize a mechanical instrument to orderly wrap the outer layer of the selected seeds with some materials such as protective agent, growth regulator, nutrient, filling material, soluble glue and the like according to the requirements to pellet the seeds, and the processing procedure can enlarge the shape of the seeds by several times and ensure that the surfaces of the seeds are smooth and the shapes and the sizes are consistent. The technology can not only increase the quality and volume of the seeds, but also increase the strength and pressure resistance of the seeds, is beneficial to the subsequent transportation, storage and sowing of the seeds, and simultaneously, the proper addition of some auxiliary medicines can also be beneficial to the increase of the required nutrition of the seeds, the sterilization and disinsection of the seeds and the improvement of the germination rate of the seeds.
The seed pelleting has the advantages of increasing the seed quality and volume, improving the strength and pressure resistance of the seeds, further improving the germination rate of the seeds and being beneficial to implementation of seeding and the like, so that the research on the preparation of the seed pelleting has high research significance.
In the past, some progress has been made on the research of seed pelleting, for example, the Chinese invention patent "composition for pepper seed pelleting capable of preventing and treating root-knot nematode" CN112806360A, designs a scheme for preparing flattened irregular-shaped seeds, and for example, the invention patent "Chenopodium quinoa seed pelleting method" CN114521361A, designs a new filling material composition which is beneficial to coating seeds.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a Longxi district Chinese herbal medicine seed pelleting composition is characterized by comprising a protective agent, a growth regulator, a nutritional agent, a filling material and soluble glue.
The further technical scheme is that the protective agent comprises an insecticide, a bactericide and an auxiliary agent. The pesticide is a fludioxonil, clothianidin and thifluzamide solution with the mass percentage of 20%, and 10 g of fludioxonil, clothianidin and thifluzamide solution with the mass percentage of 20% is weighed for each kilogram of seeds; the bactericide is 11 mass percent of metalaxyl-fludioxonil solution, and 8 g of 11 mass percent of metalaxyl-fludioxonil solution is weighed per kilogram of seeds; the auxiliary agent is an alkoxy benzamide compound solution with the mass percent of 25%, and each kilogram of seed is weighed with 1 gram of alkoxy benzamide compound solution with the mass percent of 25%.
The further technical scheme is that the growth regulator comprises a cytokinin solution and a ethephon solution which are mixed according to the proportion of 1: 1.
The further technical scheme is that the filler is composed of 300-mesh calcium bentonite, 300-mesh sodium bentonite, 400-mesh kaolin and 300-mesh attapulgite. The soluble glue is formed by high viscosity of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose.
A preparation method of Chinese herbal medicine seed pelleting in Longxi region is characterized by comprising the following steps:
A. selecting Chinese herbal medicine seeds according to actual needs, putting the seeds into a reaction steering kettle, adjusting the angle of the reaction steering kettle, and adjusting the rotation rate of the reaction steering kettle to enable the seeds put into the reaction steering kettle to slide inside at a constant speed;
B. measuring corresponding pesticide, bactericide and auxiliary agent according to the mass of the seeds placed in the reaction steering kettle, mixing and uniformly stirring the pesticide, the bactericide and the auxiliary agent to prepare a protective agent, and spraying the prepared protective agent onto the surfaces of the seeds in the reaction steering kettle;
C. uniformly mixing a cytokinin solution and a ethephon solution according to a ratio of 1:1 to prepare a growth regulator, and spraying the prepared growth regulator on the surface of seeds in a reaction turning kettle;
D. uniformly mixing 300-mesh calcium-based bentonite, 300-mesh sodium-based bentonite, 400-mesh kaolin and 300-mesh convex-concave attapulgite according to the proportion of 1:1:1:1 to prepare a filling material, weighing a certain filling material according to the mass of seeds, and uniformly covering the filling material on the seeds as much as possible;
