Detailed Description
Example 1
A fermentation process of a formula substrate for planting comprises the following steps: s1, smashing 20-40 parts of bagasse, 5-10 parts of water hyacinth and 5-10 parts of reed, and uniformly mixing to form a mixture A, wherein the water hyacinth and the reed provide partial nitrogen and phosphorus sources and belong to harmful aquatic plants, and the mixture A is used for matrix processing and is beneficial to environmental protection and development of economic value;
s2, pouring the mixture A into a fermentation container, injecting water until the mixture is submerged, adding the herbal pieces, fermenting for 24-36h, and throwing the fibers of the fermented bagasse to maintain the structure of a fiber tube and a plurality of holes so as to ensure the air permeability of the formula substrate;
s3, filtering the liquid of the mixture A after fermentation, and airing for 1-2h until the surface is slightly wet, so that the mixture A is conveniently adhered and formed with a subsequent mixture;
s4, after airing, uniformly mixing the mixture A with 5-10 parts of waste paper composition, 3-8 parts of coarse sand, 10-20 parts of grass peat and 1-2 parts of guaiacol to form a mixture B, and conveying the mixture B into a subpackaging container, wherein the guaiacol is in a crystal form and has a growth promoting effect;
s5, subpackaging the mixture B, and inspecting and leaving the factory.
More specifically, the waste paper composition includes waste paper scrap and waste paper boxes mixed in any ratio.
More specifically, in step S4, the pneumatic conveying device is used to convey the mixture to the sub-packaging container, so that a large amount of air can be mixed to make the finished product relatively fluffy, thereby enhancing air permeability.
More specifically, in step S4, mixture B further includes 10 to 20 parts of vermiculite.
More specifically, the mixture A also comprises 5-10 parts of tea leaves.
More specifically, in the step S5, the mixture B is poured into a plurality of molds and then each mixture B is wrapped with a plastic film before leaving the factory, so that transportation and water retention are facilitated, and plants can be planted more conveniently.
