本发明公开了一种光变特种纸张及其制备方法。该特种纸张包括基纸及涂布在基纸上的光变涂料;所述光变涂料由以下重量份的原料组成:光致可逆变色物质5‑30份、矿物填料5‑10份、植物胶5‑20份、葵二酸异辛酯5‑10份、十二烷基硫酸钠1‑5份、聚二甲基硅氧烷1‑3份,去离子水30‑85份。本发明的光变特种纸张在可见光区具有防拍照、防复印效果,通过添加矿物填料,增加了纸张的耐磨性能,矿物填料中硼铝石和钼钙矿的组合使用协同增效。

本发明属于防拍照纸张技术领域,具体涉及一种光变特种纸张及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们对于技术的保密要求越来越高,防拍照纸张的需求量大增,现有的防拍照技术手段主要是研制特种油墨,该方案就有使用的局限性。为了解决这一问题,专利202010417255.3公开了一种防拍纸张材料,包括基纸和涂布在基纸表面的防伪涂料,所述防伪涂料由基层、曝光变色层和可见层组成;其中,所述基层由以下重量份原料组成:碳酸钙10-20份、聚氨脂树脂10-20份、二氧化硅1-10份、葵二酸异辛酯5-10份、十二烷基硫酸钠0.5-2份、聚二甲基硅氧烷0.5-2份;所述变色层由以下重量份原料组成:光致可逆变色物质1-10份、镉双硫腙1-10份、葵二酸异辛酯5-10份、十二烷基硫酸钠0.5-2份、聚二甲基硅氧烷0.5-2份。
上述防拍纸张材料虽然解决了纸张的防拍照问题,但是,由于设置基层、曝光变色层和可见层及各层的复杂成分,纸张本身不耐磨,在使用过程中,书写或者打印的字体,甚至变色层和可见层容易磨损脱落。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种光变特种纸张及其制备方法。
一种光变特种纸张,包括基纸及涂布在基纸上的光变涂料;所述光变涂料由以下重量份的原料组成:光致可逆变色物质5-30份、矿物填料5-10份、植物胶5-20份、葵二酸异辛酯5-10份、十二烷基硫酸钠1-5份、聚二甲基硅氧烷1-3份,去离子水30-85份。
所述光致可逆变色物质为螺(二氢吲哚)萘并吡喃和螺呋喃按质量比1:(2-4)的混合物。
所述矿物填料为硼铝石和钼钙矿按质量比1:1的混合物。
所述植物胶为卡拉胶、虫胶、桃胶、黄原胶、阿拉伯胶中的一种或几种的混合。
一种光变特种纸张的制备方法,按照如下步骤进行:
(1)按照重量份数,取矿物填料5-10份研磨成粉末;
(2)向步骤(1)制成的矿物填料粉末中加入光致可逆变色物质5-30份、植物胶5-20份、葵二酸异辛酯5-10份、十二烷基硫酸钠1-5份、聚二甲基硅氧烷1-3份,去离子水30-85份,送入搅拌机中,在1000-2000rpm条件下搅拌20-40min;
(3)使用上胶装置将步骤(2)制备的物料施加在基纸上,在60-90℃的温度下烘干,制成。
所述光致可逆变色物质为螺(二氢吲哚)萘并吡喃和螺呋喃按质量比1:(2-4)的混合物。
所述矿物填料为硼铝石和钼钙矿按质量比1:1的混合物。
所述植物胶为卡拉胶、虫胶、桃胶、黄原胶、阿拉伯胶中的一种或几种的混合。

(1)按照重量份数,取矿物填料5份研磨成粉末;
(2)向步骤(1)制成的矿物填料粉末中加入光致可逆变色物质8份、虫胶7份、葵二酸异辛酯5份、十二烷基硫酸钠2份、聚二甲基硅氧烷1份,去离子水45份,送入搅拌机中,在1000rpm条件下搅拌40min;

(1)按照重量份数,取矿物填料10份研磨成粉末;
(2)向步骤(1)制成的矿物填料粉末中加入光致可逆变色物质30份、黄原胶20份、葵二酸异辛酯10份、十二烷基硫酸钠5份、聚二甲基硅氧烷3份,去离子水80份,送入搅拌机中,在2000rpm条件下搅拌20min;

(2)向步骤(1)制成的钼钙矿粉末中加入光致可逆变色物质20份、卡拉胶15份、葵二酸异辛酯7份、十二烷基硫酸钠3份、聚二甲基硅氧烷2份,去离子水60份,送入搅拌机中,在1500rpm条件下搅拌30min;
(3)使用上胶装置将步骤(2)制备的物料施加在基纸上,在70℃的温度下烘干,制成。
实验例:耐磨性测试
对样张用摩擦剥离系数测试仪(100次)测试样条的耐摩擦性,采用密度衰减率对耐磨性能的高低进行评价,密度衰减率越小,耐磨性越好。密度衰减率的计算公式如下:
密度衰减率=(D-D1)/DX100%
D为未经摩擦的印刷图案密度;
D1为经过摩擦的印刷图案密度;
密度衰减率由3张样条测试结果的平均值表征。
测试结果见表1:

以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。
Claims (8)
1.一种光变特种纸张,其特征在于,包括基纸及涂布在基纸上的光变涂料;所述光变涂料由以下重量份的原料组成:光致可逆变色物质5-30份、矿物填料5-10份、植物胶5-20份、葵二酸异辛酯5-10份、十二烷基硫酸钠1-5份、聚二甲基硅氧烷1-3份,去离子水30-85份。
2.根据权利要求1所述光变特种纸张,其特征在于,所述光致可逆变色物质为螺(二氢吲哚)萘并吡喃和螺呋喃按质量比1:(2-4)的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述光变特种纸张,其特征在于,所述矿物填料为硼铝石和钼钙矿按质量比1:1的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述光变特种纸张,其特征在于,所述植物胶为卡拉胶、虫胶、桃胶、黄原胶、阿拉伯胶中的一种或几种的混合。
5.一种光变特种纸张的制备方法,其特征在于,按照如下步骤进行:
(1)按照重量份数,取矿物填料5-10份研磨成粉末;
(2)向步骤(1)制成的矿物填料粉末中加入光致可逆变色物质5-30份、植物胶5-20份、葵二酸异辛酯5-10份、十二烷基硫酸钠1-5份、聚二甲基硅氧烷1-3份,去离子水30-85份,送入搅拌机中,在1000-2000rpm条件下搅拌20-40min;
(3)使用上胶装置将步骤(2)制备的物料施加在基纸上,在60-90℃的温度下烘干,制成。
6.根据权利要求5所述光变特种纸张的制备方法,其特征在于,所述光致可逆变色物质为螺(二氢吲哚)萘并吡喃和螺呋喃按质量比1:(2-4)的混合物。
7.根据权利要求5所述光变特种纸张的制备方法,其特征在于,所述矿物填料为硼铝石和钼钙矿按质量比1:1的混合物。
8.根据权利要求5所述光变特种纸张的制备方法,其特征在于,所述植物胶为卡拉胶、虫胶、桃胶、黄原胶、阿拉伯胶中的一种或几种的混合。
