The spleen and stomach are the basis of original qi, and the spleen and stomach are injured internally, so that all diseases are caused. The weakness of the spleen and the stomach in traditional Chinese medicine is mainly divided into three types: deficiency of spleen-stomach qi, deficiency of spleen-stomach yang, deficiency of spleen-stomach yin. Deficiency of spleen-stomach qi can cause symptoms such as short breath, asthenia, dizziness, gastrectasia, stomachache, singultus, anorexia, fullness after meal, loose stool, and sallow complexion; the yang deficiency of the spleen and stomach is mainly manifested by cold pain in the stomach and abdomen, and the symptoms of abdominal pain, diarrhea, loose stool and the like can be caused by eating uncooked cold and greasy food; deficiency of spleen-stomach yin is mainly manifested by up-flaming of deficient fire, dry mouth, easy hunger, gastric acid, dull pain and discomfort, sores in the mouth and tongue, etc. This brings great trouble to people's normal work life.
At present, people use traditional Chinese medicines or western medicines to condition the spleen and stomach, but the traditional Chinese medicines or the western medicines have the following problems: the western medicine treatment has more toxic and side effects, the medicine stopping is easy to repeat, and the traditional Chinese medicine has large dosage and slower treatment effect.
As early as 2400 years ago, Huangdi's classic on medicine indicated that "the upper medical science is treating no disease", and "the goddess are not treating disease and are treating no disease", explaining the reason of paying attention to the prevention of disease. In the traditional Chinese culture, the theory of homology of medicine and food is long-flowing, traditional Chinese medicine always stresses that medicine tonifying is not like food tonifying, and the record of food medicine is available in Zhou Li Tian guan in China, so that the food therapy can be used for regulating the spleen and the stomach.
CN 110882367A discloses a prescription medicine for regulating spleen and stomach, which is prepared from 7 traditional Chinese medicines by decocting with water, spraying and drying the decoction, and preparing into granules. CN 109938331A discloses a food formula for invigorating qi and blood, strengthening spleen and stomach, and improving sleep and its preparation method, which comprises 8 kinds of medicinal and edible raw materials, and is prepared into granule or dried bean curd by extraction. CN 111135278A discloses a dietetic therapy formula for recuperating human spleen and stomach with homology of medicine and food, which is prepared from 20 raw materials and prepared into dosage forms of aqua, capsule, oral liquid, tablet and the like. The above patents provide the formula for regulating spleen and stomach through food therapy, but a large amount of excipient is required to be added, the material basis is substantially changed, and the therapeutic effect is greatly influenced; in addition, after the medicinal raw materials are subjected to a complex extraction process, a lot of active ingredients are lost, and the exertion of the drug property of the diet therapy formula is also influenced; in addition, the scientificity and the rationality of the compatibility of the components are to be further questioned, and a certain safety problem exists because part of the raw materials are not derived from the homology of medicine and food.
