本发明公开了一种集装箱装载车输送系统,包括动力辊编组区、阻尼辊减速斜坡、移载机、缓冲栏板、辅助换向导轮、皮带机、十字换向机构、无杆气缸整形板、动力辊输送线和信号检测区并介绍了个部件的工作方式,该输送模块采用动力辊、传动皮带、无动力辊进行传动,技术成熟、安全可靠,可满足要求,该输送模块功能齐全,智能化程度高,可自动检测堵料、货物姿态,自动分配货物输送节拍,可自动调整货物姿态,自动规整货物,运输高效,该输送模块集成化程度高,轻量微型,该输送装置采用模块化设计,可根据用户需求定制,整体与车体采用可拆卸式连接,简单易装配。

一种集装箱装载车输送系统
技术领域
本发明涉及一种集装箱装载车输送系统。
背景技术
货物堆垛储存于仓库,运输至集装箱,需输送模块对码垛货物平稳有序运输放置于输送机构上,并防止其掉落损坏,自动分配输送节拍,满足输送效率最大化,由换向机构对货物进行姿态校正,进而将货物推送至货物编组区,由快速提升机构提升至机器人接料区等待。该输送模块可提高货物输送效率、降低成本、节省劳动力。
现有输送系统多见于物流厂房、产品流水线,大多由皮带输送、辊道输送、柔性链输送,用于装载车的主要使用自动伸缩式皮带机,自适应装载车在货柜中的行进,自适应货柜高度做升降调整,做到在集装箱内部自动校位。使用伸缩式滚筒,使得机器人与皮带机之间的软连接,补偿机器人与伸缩皮带机的同步误差。除此之外还使用可弯曲伸缩输送线装置,可通过柔性可伸缩式输送台调整其位置,对场地适应性好,可转弯伸缩轨道。
现有技术的缺点
现有技术存在以下问题:
A.体积大笨重,运输、进出货柜、转场不便捷,不具备集成化、轻量微型等特点。
B.智能化程度低,不能合理分配运输节拍,整体输送效率相对较低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种集装箱装载车输送系统,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种集装箱装载车输送系统,由动力辊、阻尼辊减速斜坡、自动移载机、缓冲栏板、辅助换向导轮、皮带机、十字换向机构、无杆气缸整形板、动力辊皮带同步传动辊道线、信号检测区组成。
优选的,移载机接受来料信号后气缸自动顶起移载皮带机,于辊道间隙顶升接触货物底面,皮带机开启带动货物,接受无料信号时移载机降回停止工作,接受堵料信号时移载机停止工作,由来料检测区光传感器提供输入信号。
优选的,辅助换向导轮及十字换向机构对货物进行姿态调整,两侧辅助换向导轮提前可对绝大部分横向货物调整为纵向,导轮位置可根据货物箱型大小自由移动,前端姿态检测区由对射光传感器组成,接收输入信号经算法处理输出结果,十字换向机构执行输出结果,可启动气缸顶起换向机构正旋(反转)90度,达到姿态调整功能。
优选的,十字换向机构完成货箱姿态调整后,由无杆气缸带动的整形推料板推箱送入编组区,推后自动回位,空料检测区接收空料信号,挡料板自动落下,皮带机启动送入货箱,接收有料信号后,挡料板升起,皮带机停止输送。
优选的,编组区由大功率动力辊同步皮带传动方式带动无动力辊,满位检测区接收满位信号后停止送入货物进入编组区,可完成快速编组。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)该输送系统采用动力辊、传动皮带、无动力辊进行传动,技术成熟、安全可靠,可满足要求。
(2)该输送系统功能齐全,智能化程度高,可自动检测堵料、货物姿态,自动分配货物输送节拍,可自动调整货物姿态,自动规整货物,运输高效。
(3)该输送系统集成化程度高,轻量微型。
(4)该输送系统采用模块化设计,可根据用户需求定制,整体与车体采用可拆卸式连接,简单易装配。

请参阅图1,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种集装箱装载车输送系统,包括动力辊编组区1、阻尼辊减速斜坡5、移载机15、缓冲栏板6、辅助换向导轮7、皮带机4、十字换向机构3、无杆气缸整形板2、动力辊输送线8和信号检测区,动力辊输送线8上设有移载机15,动力辊输送线8边沿设有缓冲栏板6,动力辊输送线8的一端与阻尼辊减速斜坡5的一端垂直连接,连接处设有辅助换向导轮7;阻尼辊减速斜坡5的另一端连接皮带机4的一端,皮带机4另一端与十字换向机构3的进入端连接,十字换向机构3上设有无杆气缸整形板2,十字换向机构3的出料端连接动力辊编组区1;
图3-4所示,所述移载机15由皮带15-1,皮带传动轮15-2,顶升导向杆15-3,皮带机支撑座15-4,传动轮15-5,气缸15-6,小型电机15-7和移载机支撑座15-8组成,移载机支撑座15-8上设有气缸15-6,气缸15-6的输出轴工作端抵靠皮带机支撑座15-4,皮带机支撑座15-4上设有皮带15-1、皮带传动轮15-2和传动轮15-5,传动轮15-5与小型电机15-7的输出端连接;移载机15工作方式是:气缸15-6顶起皮带机支撑座15-4,小型电机15-7带动传动轮15-5转动,传动轮15-5通过轴与皮带传动轮15-2连接,从而带动皮带15-1运动;顶升导向杆15-3是为了防止皮带机支撑座15-4移位和倾斜;
图2所示,所述的信号检测主要由满料检测区9,空料检测区10,姿态检测区11,堵料检测区12,来料检测区13和送料检测区14组成,检测输入信号均由光传感器提供,送料检测区14设置在动力辊输送线8,接受货物占位信号即停止直线模组送料;来料检测区13设置在移载机15处,接收货物占位信号即气缸15-6顶起移载机15工作,无信号气缸15-5降下;堵料检测区12设置在阻尼辊减速斜坡5处,接收信号即停止前端送料;姿态检测区11设置在皮带机4处,判断姿态,由十字换向机构3执行输出结果;空料检测区10设置在十字机构换向器3上,接收空料信号即挡料板3-5落下继续送料;满料检测区9设置在十字换向机构3与动力辊编组区1的连接处;
图6-7所示,所述的十字换向机构3由无杆气缸磁性导轨3-1,滑块3-2,整形板机构3-3,动力辊传动线3-4,挡料板3-5,气缸二3-6,导向杆3-7,直线轴承3-8,碳纤维十字架3-9,支撑座3-10,顶升导杆3-11,直线轴承二3-12,顶升气缸3-13和旋转气缸3-14组成;其工作方式是:货箱进入十字换向机构3,挡料板3-5在气缸二3-6的作用下升起,导向杆3-7和直线轴承3-8是防止挡料板3-5偏移;动力辊传动线3-4将货箱移到正确位置,顶升气缸3-13将支撑座3-10升起,使得碳纤维十字架3-9高于动力辊传动线3-4,旋转气缸3-14带动碳纤维十字架3-9正转或反转90°调整货箱方向,顶升导杆3-11和直线轴承二3-12保证了支撑座3-10的水平;然后,无杆气缸磁性导轨3-1上的整形板机构3-3在与滑块3-2配合,将货箱移出十字换向机构3。

1.一种集装箱装载车输送系统,其特征是:包括动力辊编组区(1)、阻尼辊减速斜坡(5)、移载机(15)、缓冲栏板(6)、辅助换向导轮(7)、皮带机(4)、十字换向机构(3)、无杆气缸整形板(2)、动力辊输送线(8)和信号检测区,动力辊输送线(8)上设有移载机(15),动力辊输送线(8)边沿设有缓冲栏板(6),动力辊输送线(8)的一端与阻尼辊减速斜坡(5)的一端垂直连接,连接处设有辅助换向导轮(7);阻尼辊减速斜坡(5)的另一端连接皮带机(4)的一端,皮带机(4)另一端与十字换向机构(3)的进入端连接,十字换向机构(3)上设有无杆气缸整形板(2),十字换向机构(3)的出料端连接动力辊编组区(1);
所述移载机(15)由皮带(15-1),皮带传动轮(15-2),顶升导向杆(15-3),皮带机支撑座(15-4),传动轮(15-5),气缸(15-6),小型电机(15-7)和移载机支撑座(15-8)组成,移载机支撑座(15-8)上设有气缸(15-6),气缸(15-6)的输出轴工作端抵靠皮带机支撑座(15-4),皮带机支撑座(15-4)上设有皮带(15-1)、皮带传动轮(15-2)和传动轮(15-5),传动轮(15-5)与小型电机(15-7)的输出端连接;
所述的信号检测主要由满料检测区(9),空料检测区(10),姿态检测区(11),堵料检测区(12),来料检测区(13)和送料检测区(14)组成,检测输入信号均由光传感器提供,送料检测区(14)设置在动力辊输送线(8);来料检测区(13)接收货箱占位信号后气缸(15-6)顶起移载机(15)工作,无信号气缸(15-5)降下;堵料检测区(12)设置在阻尼辊减速斜坡(5)处,接收信号即停止前端送料;姿态检测区(11)设置在皮带机(4)处,判断姿态,由十字换向机构(3)执行输出结果;空料检测区(10)设置在十字机构换向器(3)上,接收空料信号即挡料板(3-5)落下继续送料;满料检测区(9)设置在十字换向机构(3)与动力辊编组区(1)的连接处;
所述的十字换向机构(3)由无杆气缸磁性导轨(3-1),滑块(3-2),整形板机构(3-3),动力辊传动线(3-4),挡料板(3-5),气缸二(3-6),导向杆(3-7),直线轴承(3-8),碳纤维十字架(3-9),支撑座(3-10),顶升导杆(3-11),直线轴承二(3-12),顶升气缸(3-13)和旋转气缸(3-14)组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种集装箱装载车输送系统,其特征是:辅助换向导轮(7)及十字换向机构(3)对货箱进行姿态调整,辅助换向导轮(7)提前可对横向货箱调整为纵向,辅助换向导轮(7)位置可根据货箱箱型大小自由移动,姿态检测区(11)由对射光传感器组成,接收输入信号经算法处理输出结果,十字换向机构(3)执行输出结果,可启动顶升气缸(3-13)顶起碳纤维十字架(3-9),通过旋转气缸(3-14)正旋或反转90度,达到姿态调整功能。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种集装箱装载车输送系统,其特征是:动力辊编组区(1)是大功率动力辊同步皮带传动方式带动无动力辊。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种集装箱装载车输送系统,其特征是:阻尼辊减速斜坡(5)是动力辊带动的皮带机。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种集装箱装载车输送系统,其特征是:辅助换向导轮(7)采用连接滚珠丝杠加伺服电机来完成自动控制导轮位置。
