本发明公开了薄膜舱焊接热保护衬垫及其制备方法,主要涉及薄膜舱焊接保护领域。包括铝箔带、带状的纤维布,所述铝箔带、纤维布通过高温粘合剂粘接成一整体。本发明的有益效果在于:不但填补了国内市场的空白,其耐高温性能也大大提高,确保焊接质量,并且安装简易便捷,便于操作。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及薄膜舱焊接保护领域,具体是薄膜舱焊接热保护衬垫及其制备方法。
背景技术
LNG船液货舱的围护系统是LNG船最核心技术所在,液货围护系统主要功能为储藏液态温度为-162℃的LNG货物。世界大型液化天然气船的液货围护系统主要有薄膜型(Membrane)、独立球型(MOSS)和SPB型三种。其中法国GTT公司的薄膜型货舱维护系统又占据着绝对主流市场。
薄膜型船的液货舱按其采用绝热种类和施工方式的不同分为GTT No.96型和MarkIII型。GTTNo.96型的主要构成为为殷瓦钢和绝缘箱;MarkIII型为绝缘板和304不锈钢波纹板组成。
No.96型薄膜和MarkIII舱液货围护系统都有一层或者两层完全致密的金属薄膜,就是液货舱的隔离屏障,其作用主要是确保LNG的无泄漏。两种货舱维护系统的金属薄膜都需要拼接并焊接在一起,因此装配和焊接的质量至关重要,将直接影响整个储罐的建造质量和使用寿命,且围护系统的结构又使得焊接时候不能烧蚀金属板下面的绝缘箱或者绝缘板,所以金属板焊接的时候必须要衬一层热保护衬垫,以免损伤绝缘材料甚至引起火灾。
目前市场上的焊接热保护衬垫都是根据GTT建议采用5层玻璃纤维布和一层铝箔的方式生产,耐高温性能较差,且都是进口,使得国内市场空缺,无疑会为焊接生产增加很多局限性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供薄膜舱焊接热保护衬垫及其制备方法,它不但填补了国内市场的空白,其耐高温性能也大大提高,确保焊接质量,并且安装简易便捷,便于操作。
本发明为实现上述目的,通过以下技术方案实现:
薄膜舱焊接热保护衬垫,包括铝箔带、带状的纤维布,所述铝箔带、纤维布通过高温粘合剂粘接成一整体。
进一步的,所述纤维布选用玄武岩纤维布、石英纤维布、高硅氧纤维布或碳纤维布。
薄膜舱焊接热保护衬垫的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.制备密度为1.47-1.50的磷酸二氢铝溶液;
S2.向步骤S1的溶液中加入质量不超过3%的固化剂,充分搅拌;
S3.取一定尺寸的纤维布用所述步骤S2的溶液进行完全浸没浸渍1小时以上;
S4.从溶液中取出纤维布,在纤维布还未干时,按照需求的厚度用一层或者几层浸渍过的纤维布铺在一起,平整后稍加施压,将纤维布之间的空气完全挤出;
S5.在经过所述步骤S4处理的纤维布未完全干时,与铝箔带粘结在一起;
S6.制得热保护衬垫。
进一步的,所述固化剂选用氧化锌或者氧化镁。
进一步的,所述纤维布的厚度为0.3-0.7mm。
进一步的,所述铝箔厚度为100-180μm。
进一步的,最终制得的所述热保护衬垫厚度为0.7-1.0mm。
对比现有技术,本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明将铝箔带、纤维布通过高温缝纫线缝合或通过高温粘合剂粘接成一整体,不但填补了国内市场的空白,其耐高温性能也大大提高,确保焊接质量,不会烧蚀金属板下面的绝缘箱或者绝缘板,也就不会损伤绝缘材料甚至引起火灾,并且安装简易便捷,便于操作。

实施例1:薄膜舱焊接热保护衬垫,包括铝箔带1、带状的纤维布2,所述铝箔带1、纤维布2通过高温粘合剂粘接成一整体。
优选的,所述纤维布2选用玄武岩纤维布、石英纤维布、高硅氧纤维布或碳纤维布。
本产品具有低热导率,平整度好,易于连续化生产,且性能稳定,具有优良的热稳定性。
实施例2:薄膜舱焊接热保护衬垫的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.制备密度为1.47-1.50的磷酸二氢铝溶液;
S2.向步骤S1的溶液中加入质量不超过3%的固化剂,充分搅拌;
S3.取一定尺寸的纤维布2用所述步骤S2的溶液进行完全浸没浸渍1小时以上;
S4.从溶液中取出纤维布2,在纤维布2还未干时,按照需求的厚度用一层或者几层浸渍过的纤维布2铺在一起,平整后稍加施压,将纤维布2之间的空气完全挤出;
S5.在经过所述步骤S4处理的纤维布2未完全干时,与铝箔带1粘结在一起;
S6.制得热保护衬垫。
优选的,所述固化剂选用氧化锌或者氧化镁。
优选的,所述纤维布2的厚度为0.3-0.7mm。
优选的,所述铝箔带1厚度为100-180μm。
优选的,最终制得的所述热保护衬垫厚度为0.7-1.0mm。
实施例3:与实施例1和实施例2的区别在于,将处理后的纤维布2的表面一层与铝箔带1用高温缝纫线3左右对称地缝纫形成缉边,即通过高温缝纫线3缝合起来。
本发明将铝箔带、纤维布通过高温缝纫线缝合或通过高温粘合剂粘接成一整体,不但填补了国内市场的空白,其耐高温性能也大大提高,确保焊接质量,不会烧蚀金属板下面的绝缘箱或者绝缘板,也就不会损伤绝缘材料甚至引起火灾,并且安装简易便捷,便于操作。
Claims (7)
1.薄膜舱焊接热保护衬垫,其特征在于:包括铝箔带(1)、带状的纤维布(2),所述铝箔带(1)、纤维布(2)通过高温粘合剂粘接成一整体。
2.根据权利要求1所述薄膜舱焊接热保护衬垫,其特征在于:所述纤维布(2)选用玄武岩纤维布、石英纤维布、高硅氧纤维布或碳纤维布。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述薄膜舱焊接热保护衬垫的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1.制备密度为1.47-1.50的磷酸二氢铝溶液;
S2.向步骤S1的溶液中加入质量不超过3%的固化剂,充分搅拌;
S3.取一定尺寸的纤维布(2)用所述步骤S2的溶液进行完全浸没浸渍1小时以上;

S6.制得热保护衬垫。
4.根据权利要求3所述薄膜舱焊接热保护衬垫的制备方法,其特征在于:所述固化剂选用氧化锌或者氧化镁。
5.根据权利要求3所述薄膜舱焊接热保护衬垫的制备方法,其特征在于:所述纤维布(2)的厚度为0.3-0.7mm。
6.根据权利要求3所述薄膜舱焊接热保护衬垫的制备方法,其特征在于:所述铝箔带(1)厚度为100-180μm。
7.根据权利要求3所述薄膜舱焊接热保护衬垫的制备方法,其特征在于:最终制得的所述热保护衬垫厚度为0.7-1.0mm。
