the flushing tool (3) comprises a flushing water inlet pipe (3-2) and a flushing air inlet pipe (3-3), a flushing outer cylinder (3-1) is arranged outside the flushing water inlet pipe (3-2) and the flushing air inlet pipe (3-3), a flushing end head box (3-6) with a hollow structure is arranged at one end of the flushing outer cylinder (3-1), a flushing partition plate (3-7) is arranged in the flushing end head box (3-6), the inner cavity of the flushing end head box (3-6) is divided into a flushing water outlet channel communicated with the flushing water inlet pipe (3-2) and a flushing air outlet channel communicated with the flushing air inlet pipe (3-3) by the flushing partition plate (3-7), one end of the flushing water inlet pipe (3-2) far away from the flushing end head box (3-6) extends out of the flushing outer cylinder (3-1) and is provided with a flushing water valve (3-4), one end of the washing air inlet pipe (3-3) far away from the washing end head box (3-6) extends out of the washing outer cylinder (3-1) and is provided with a washing air valve (3-5);
the cleaning tool (4) comprises a cleaning air inlet pipe (4-2), a blow-off pipe (4-3) and a cleaning water inlet pipe (4-4), a cleaning outer barrel (4-1) is arranged outside the cleaning air inlet pipe (4-2), the blow-off pipe (4-3) and the cleaning water inlet pipe (4-4), a cleaning end head box (4-7) with a hollow structure is arranged at one end of the cleaning outer barrel (4-1), a cleaning partition plate (4-8) is arranged in the cleaning end head box (4-7), the cleaning partition plate (4-8) divides an inner cavity of the cleaning end head box (4-7) into a cleaning blow-off channel communicated with the blow-off pipe (4-3) and a cleaning water outlet channel communicated with the cleaning water inlet pipe (4-4), a spray head (4-10) is arranged at one end of the cleaning air inlet pipe (4-2), the spray head (4-10) is far away from the cleaning air inlet pipe (4-2), penetrates through the side wall of the cleaning end head box (4-7) and extends into the cleaning sewage discharge channel, the spray opening of the spray head faces towards the sewage discharge pipe (4-3), one end of the cleaning air inlet pipe (4-2), which is far away from the cleaning end head box (4-7), extends out of the cleaning outer cylinder (4-1) and is provided with a cleaning air valve (4-5), and one end of the cleaning water inlet pipe (4-4), which is far away from the cleaning end head box (4-7), extends out of the cleaning outer cylinder (4-1) and is provided with a cleaning water valve (4-6);
the circulating water supply device (6) comprises a water tank (6-1), the water tank (6-1) is divided into a clean water tank (6-4) and a sewage treatment tank by a middle clapboard (6-2), the sewage treatment tank is divided into a sewage tank (6-5) and a water filtering tank (6-6) by a sewage treatment mechanism, the upper part of the middle partition plate (6-2) is provided with a communicating pipeline (6-3) communicating the water filtering tank (6-6) and the water purifying tank (6-4), the sewage treatment mechanism comprises a filter screen (6-9) and a steel bar grating (6-8) for supporting the filter screen (6-9), the lower part of the steel bar grating (6-8) is supported by a bottom supporting plate (6-7) arranged at the bottom of the sewage treatment tank, and a plurality of water pumps (6-10) are arranged in the water purification tank (6-4);
one washing water inlet pipe (3-2) is connected with one water pump (6-10) through one water supply pipe (8), one cleaning water inlet pipe (4-4) is connected with one water pump (6-10) through one water supply pipe (8), and the number of the water supply pipes (8) is equal to that of the water pumps (6-10) and corresponds to that of the water pumps (6-10);
the washing air inlet pipe (3-3) and the cleaning air inlet pipe (4-2) are both connected with an air compressor (5) through an air supply pipe (7);
the sewage discharge pipe (4-3) is communicated with the sewage pool (6-5) through a long sewage discharge pipe (9);
the concrete bin surface cleaning system is composed of a circulating water supply device (6), an air compressor (5), a plurality of flushing tools (3) and a plurality of cleaning tools (4);
step two, defining a region to be cleaned of the bin surface: according to the principle of single propelling, namely, the upper part, the lower part and the lower part, a to-be-cleaned area of the bin surface is defined on the bin surface (1), and the to-be-cleaned area of the bin surface refers to the working range of a plurality of cleaning tools (4) which can be matched with a plurality of flushing tools (3) for use;
step three, setting the working positions of the cleaning tool and the flushing tool: arranging a plurality of washing tools (3) at a high position of a to-be-cleaned area of the bin surface, and placing a plurality of cleaning tools (4) at a relatively low-lying position of the to-be-cleaned area of the bin surface;
step four, cleaning the area to be cleaned on the bin surface: starting a concrete bin surface cleaning system, converging water flow and air flow in a cleaning end head box (3-6) by a plurality of cleaning tools (3) and then flushing out at a high speed to form water mist-shaped fluid, efficiently flushing a to-be-cleaned area of the bin surface, having obvious dust prevention and dust fall effects, and blowing sundries to a specified part according to a planned direction;
a plurality of cleaning tools (4) utilize cleaning water inlet pipes (4-4) and cleaning water outlet channels to jet water flow to a bin surface deposited with soil and sand particles, blow up the deposited soil and small sand particles, utilize vacuum suction formed by high-speed airflow of a spray head in a cleaning end head box (4-7), suck the water flow together with the sand and send the water flow to a specified circulating water supply device until the cleaning of a region to be cleaned on the bin surface is finished;
step five, defining a new area to be cleaned of the bin surface, and cleaning the new area to be cleaned of the bin surface according to the working processes of the step three and the step four;
and step six, the step five is circulated for multiple times until the concrete bin surface is cleaned.
2. A concrete deck cleaning method according to claim 1, characterized in that: and a traveling wheel (4-11) is arranged at the bottom of the connecting position of the cleaning outer cylinder (4-1) and the cleaning end head box (4-7).

A concrete deck cleaning method according to claim 1, characterized in that: the length of the flushing partition plate (3-7) is smaller than that of the flushing end head box (3-6), the flushing water outlet channel is communicated with the outlet end of the flushing air outlet channel, the flushing end head box (3-6) is a horn-shaped flushing end head box, the end, connected with the flushing outer cylinder (3-1), of the horn-shaped flushing end head box is a large-opening end, and the end, far away from the flushing outer cylinder (3-1), of the horn-shaped flushing end head box is a small-opening end;
the flushing water inlet pipe (3-2) and the flushing air inlet pipe (3-3) are arranged up and down, and the flushing water inlet pipe (3-2) is positioned on the upper side of the flushing air inlet pipe (3-3).

A concrete deck cleaning method according to claim 1, characterized in that: the length of the cleaning partition plate (4-8) is smaller than that of the cleaning end head box (4-7), the cross section size of the cleaning sewage channel is larger than that of the cleaning water outlet channel, and a filter screen (4-9) is arranged at one end, far away from the cleaning outer cylinder (4-1), of the cleaning partition plate (4-8) on the cleaning sewage channel;
the cleaning end head box (4-7) is an expanded head cleaning end head box, one end of the expanded head cleaning end head box, which is connected with the cleaning outer barrel (4-1), is a small end head, and one end of the expanded head cleaning end head box, which is far away from the connection of the cleaning outer barrel (4-1), is a large end head;
the cleaning air inlet pipe (4-2), the blow-off pipe (4-3) and the cleaning water inlet pipe (4-4) are respectively arranged in an upper-middle-lower manner.
