In this embodiment, the spraying assembly 2 further comprises a water pump 22, a nozzle 23 and a water cannon 24, wherein the water pump 22 is communicated with the liquid storage container 21 through a pipeline 25 and is used for providing driving force for liquid flow; the nozzles 23 are communicated with the water pump 22 through a pipeline 25 and ball valves, and the nozzles 23 are provided with a plurality of groups and are respectively arranged at two ends of the vehicle body 1; the water cannon 24 is in communication with the water pump 22 via a line 25 and a ball valve. The water pump 22 is connected with a gearbox power takeoff on the chassis 12 through a transmission shaft to transmit power, a foundation hole of the water pump 22 is hinged with a pump support through a bolt, and the pump support is hinged with a longitudinal beam of the chassis 12 through a bolt to realize the fixed falling position of the water pump 22.
In this embodiment, the mixing assembly 3 further includes a water level pipe 35 communicated with the liquid storage container 21, and the water level pipe 35 and the liquid storage container 21 form a communicating vessel structure for acquiring the liquid level information of the liquid storage container 21. The water level pipe 35 may be a transparent PC pipe, and is installed at the front end of the liquid storage container 21 to facilitate observation of water level information in the liquid storage container 21.
The control method for the movable environmental sanitation gas washing vehicle comprises the following steps:
s1, a worker operates the vehicle body 1 to start in the cab 11, the engine of the chassis 12 runs, and the clutch of the vehicle body 1 is operated to input power for the gas-liquid mixer 31;
s2, adjusting a gas flow meter 323 to control the gas inflow, reducing the flow and pressure of the gas-liquid mixer 31 along with the increase of the gas content, adjusting a throttle valve 331 to control the inflow, sucking clean water and air into the gas-liquid mixer 31, mixing, compressing, dissolving, and then uniformly mixing, wherein the dissolved gas water flows to a stabilizing pipe 343 through a water pipe 342, reading the pressure state of the dissolved gas water through a pressure gauge on the water pipe 342, after the dissolved gas water enters the stabilizing pipe 343, the pipe diameter is increased, the flow rate is properly slowed down to be beneficial to maintaining a more stable physical state, and finally the dissolved gas water is conveyed back to the back of the liquid storage container 21 through a water outlet pipe 344;
s3, opening a pressure valve 341 on a water outlet pipe 344 until the water flow pressure reaches the required pressure, circulating the dissolved air water and filling the liquid storage container 21, sealing a water injection port at the top of the liquid storage container 21 by rubber, keeping the internal dissolved air water pressure at about 0.5Mpa, keeping the air-liquid ratio at 10% -15%, continuously operating and circulating the mixing component 3, operating a water pump 22 in a cab 11 by a worker, conveying the dissolved air water generated by the mixing component 3 to an operation waterway, finally realizing the functions of forward flushing and backward sprinkling through a plurality of nozzles 23, cleaning the road, realizing the functions of free flushing, greening and irrigating and the like through a high-pressure water cannon 24.

As a specific implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, please refer to fig. 1 to 5, the structure of the mobile sanitation gas-washing vehicle provided in this embodiment is substantially the same as that of embodiment 2, and the difference is that a buffer chamber 3431 for slowing down the flow rate of the dissolved air water, a spiral chamber 3432 communicated with the buffer chamber 3431, and a water outlet chamber 3433 communicated with the spiral chamber 3432 are arranged on the stabilizing pipe 343; the spiral cavity 3432 is a spiral cavity extending in the rotational axis direction of the buffer cavity 3431; the buffer cavity 3431 is communicated with the water delivery pipe 342; the outlet chamber 3433 is in communication with the outlet tube 344. The spiral cavity 3432 increases the flowing distance of the dissolved gas water in a limited space through a spiral structure, further slows down the flowing speed and enables the liquid to flow more stably.
In this embodiment, the stabilizing tube 343 is further provided with a water velocity measuring device 3434 and a water velocity adjusting valve 3435 electrically connected to the water velocity measuring device 3434, the water velocity measuring device 3434 and the water velocity adjusting valve 3435 are both disposed on the sidewall of the spiral cavity 3432, and the water velocity measuring device 3434 is used for measuring the flow velocity of the water flow in the spiral cavity 3432; the flow speed of water flow in the spiral cavity 3432 is controlled by starting and stopping the water speed regulating valve 3435, so that the flow speed is effectively reduced. The water speed measurer 3434 and the water speed regulating valve 3435 can be arranged in the rotating axis direction of the buffer cavity 3431 at equal intervals, the structure can regulate the flow speed of water flow in the spiral cavity 3432 step by step, the stress of the spiral cavity 3432 is more uniform, and the problem that the local pressure of the stabilizing pipe 343 is too high and is easily damaged due to too fast speed regulation is effectively avoided. It should be understood that the terms "front", "rear", "top", "bottom", "high", "low", "inner", "outer", etc. indicate orientations or positional relationships based on those shown in the drawings, and are only for convenience of describing the present invention and simplifying the description, but do not indicate or imply that the vehicle body 1, the spray assembly 2, and the mixing assembly 3 and their constituent parts must have specific orientations, be constructed and operated in specific orientations, and thus are not to be construed as limiting the present invention.

Claims (10)

a mixing assembly (3) in communication with the reservoir (21) and comprising a gas-liquid mixer (31) for mixing the liquid with air.
2. A mobile environmental gas wash vehicle according to claim 1, wherein the mixing assembly (3) further comprises:
the air inlet pipe (32) is communicated with the gas-liquid mixer (31), and an air inlet one-way valve (321) is arranged on the air inlet pipe (32);
a water inlet pipe (33) which is communicated with the gas-liquid mixer (31) and the liquid storage container (21) at the same time;
the water outlet assembly (34) is simultaneously communicated with the gas-liquid mixer (31) and the liquid storage container (21) and comprises a pressure valve (341), and the pressure valve (341) is used for adjusting the pressure of the gas-dissolved water generated by the gas-liquid mixer (31).
3. A mobile environmental gas wash vehicle according to claim 2, wherein the water outlet assembly (34) further comprises:
the water conveying pipe (342) is communicated with the gas-liquid mixer (31), and a pressure sensor for monitoring pressure information of gas dissolved water in the water conveying pipe (342) is arranged on the water conveying pipe (342);
the stabilizing pipe (343) is communicated with the water conveying pipe (342);
and the water outlet pipe (344) is communicated with the stabilizing pipe (343) and the liquid storage container (21), and the pressure valve (341) is arranged between the water outlet pipe (344) and the stabilizing pipe (343).
4. A mobile environmental gas wash vehicle according to claim 3, wherein the spray assembly (2) further comprises:
the water pump (22) is communicated with the liquid storage container (21) through a pipeline (25) and is used for providing driving force for the liquid to flow;
the spray nozzles (23) are communicated with the water pump (22) through pipelines (25), and the spray nozzles (23) are provided with a plurality of groups and are respectively arranged at two ends of the vehicle body (1);
and the water cannon (24) is communicated with the water pump (22) through a pipeline (25).

A mobile sanitation vehicle as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mixing assembly (3) further comprises a water level pipe (35) in communication with the reservoir (21), the water level pipe (35) forming a communication structure with the reservoir (21) for obtaining information about the level of the reservoir (21).
6. A mobile annuiar gas wash vehicle according to claim 4, wherein the inner diameter of the stabilizing tube (343) is greater than the inner diameter of the water duct (342).
7. A mobile environmental gas wash vehicle according to claim 4, characterised in that the inlet duct (32) is provided with a needle valve (322) and a gas flow meter (323); the water inlet pipe (33) is provided with a throttle valve (331).
8. A method of controlling a mobile aerosol spray vehicle according to any of claims 1 to 7, comprising:
step 1, a worker operates and controls the vehicle body (1) to start, and the vehicle body (1) inputs power for the gas-liquid mixer (31);
step 2, after the gas-liquid mixer (31) is started, sucking the liquid to be sprayed and air into the gas-liquid mixer (31), mixing, compressing, dissolving, and uniformly mixing to obtain gas-dissolved water, and conveying the gas-dissolved water back into the liquid storage container (21);
and 3, controlling the water flow pressure through a valve in the mixing assembly (3), circulating and filling the dissolved air water after pressure regulation into the liquid storage container (21), and spraying the dissolved air water out through the spraying assembly (2).
9. The control method of the mobile sanitation gas washing vehicle as claimed in claim 8, wherein the water pressure of the dissolved gas water after pressure adjustment in step 3 is 0.45Mpa-0.55 Mpa.
10. The control method of a mobile sanitation gas washing vehicle as claimed in claim 8, wherein the mass ratio of gas to liquid in said liquid storage container (21) in said step 3 is 5% -35%.
