The left side wall of the clear water reservoir is provided with an overflow port, and when the liquid level in the clear water reservoir is higher than the overflow port, the water can be automatically discharged to a municipal system. The bottom of the clear water reservoir is provided with a water pump, clear water pumped by the water pump is conveyed outwards to a domestic water end or a building site water end through a pipeline, the clear water conveyed to the domestic water end can be divided into toilet water and daily cleaning water, the clear water conveyed to the building site water end is conveyed to a pressurizing middle reservoir through a second pipeline for pressurizing operation, a ceramic filter screen is arranged in the pressurizing middle reservoir to further filter a water body, and the blockage of subsequent runners caused by accidental sundries is avoided. The clear water output by the pressurized middle reservoir is divided, the clear water guided to the right is injected into the water-air mixing pressure-bearing tank of the second mixing module, the air compressor connected with the water-air mixing pressure-bearing tank continuously injects air into the tank, and the water and the air in the water-air mixing pressure-bearing tank are mixed and then conveyed to a cleaning operation end through a pipeline to spray and clean the engineering truck.
