The inlet of the first micro water pump 4 is connected with the water tank 15 through a first liquid pumping pipe 18, and the lower end of the first liquid pumping pipe 18 is located in the sterile water. An inlet of the second micro water pump 5 is connected with the alcohol tank 16 through a second liquid pumping pipe 19, and the lower end of the second liquid pumping pipe 19 is positioned in the alcohol. The first micro water pump 4 is used for pumping sterile water in the water tank 15 to be conveyed to the washing spray head 9, and the second micro water pump 5 is used for pumping alcohol in the alcohol tank 16 to be conveyed to the disinfection spray head 10. The air outlet of the micro negative pressure pump 6 is connected with the sewage tank 17 through the exhaust pipe 20, the sewage tank 17 is an open structure, and the micro negative pressure pump 6 is used for providing negative pressure attraction force. The bottom of the cleaning tank 8 is provided with a sewage draining pipe 21, and the lower part of the sewage draining pipe 21 extends into the sewage tank 17. In the cleaning process, sewage generated in the cleaning tank 8 flows into the sewage tank 17 through the sewage discharge pipe 21; the cleaned suction port of the pipette is placed into the negative pressure water suction port 11, and the residual water can enter the sewage tank 17 through the exhaust pipe 20 under the suction action of the miniature negative pressure pump 6. When the sewage collected in the sewage tank 17 is more, the sewage tank 17 is taken out, and the object placing plate 2 is placed back after the sewage is treated. Wherein, the water tank 15 and the alcohol tank 16 are both provided with tank covers, so that liquid can be conveniently added into the tank covers.
The visible cleaning brush 27 is movably arranged and comprises a handle 28, a probe cylinder 29 and a brush head 30. The image collector 35 is connected to the image processor 34, and both the image processor 34 and the battery 32 are connected to the microcontroller 33. The front end of the probe barrel 29 is also provided with a plurality of LED lamps which are arranged around the image collector 35. An on/off key for starting and closing the visible washing brush 27 is provided on the handle 28. When the on/off key is triggered, the circuitry of the visual cleaning brush 27 is started, and when the on/off key is triggered again, the circuitry of the visual cleaning brush 27 is closed.
The terminal 37 is installed on the top surface of the console 1 and is located at the rear side of the cleaning main body, the terminal 37 is connected with the microprocessor of the visible cleaning brush 27, and the terminal 37 is a tablet computer or a mobile phone. In this embodiment, the terminal 37 is a tablet computer, and the microcontroller 33 of the visible cleaning brush 27 is connected with the wireless communication module 36, and is wirelessly connected with the terminal 37 through the wireless communication module 36. A recovery disk 40 for recovering used brush heads and a storage box 41 for storing spare brush heads are movably arranged on the top surface of the operating platform 1; the collecting tray 40 and the storage case 41 are respectively positioned in front of the first and second placing grooves 38 and 39, and a plurality of brush heads 30 are placed in the storage case 41. When the operator replaces the brush head 30, the used brush head 30 is taken down and put into the collection tray 40, and the brush head 30 to be used is taken out from the storage case 41 and is attached to the connection rod 31 of the visible cleaning brush 27. In conclusion, the suction port for cleaning the pipette is used for effectively improving the working efficiency of operators, ensuring that the suction port of the pipette is cleaned in place, being capable of removing residual dirt in all directions and having good cleaning effect. The visual cleaning brush 27 has an image acquisition function, and transmits acquired image information to the terminal 37 for display, so that an operator can clearly observe the condition in the suction port of the pipette, the operator can conveniently push the brush head 30 to clean dirt, and the dirt cleaning effect is effectively improved.
