过滤器头120具有紧固销124,在该紧固销处阀单元10经由其接触舌片42在紧固点50处被紧固。阀单元10的接触舌片42经由其定位区域60的穿通开口64在过滤器头120的销136处被定位。
在阀单元10的区域中,过滤器头120具有表面层134,该表面层在图6和7中以虚线象征。紧固销124在该表面层134中具有其基部126,而销136具有基部130,该基部更远地从表面层134突起。在此,阀单元10利用其穿通开口54被推到紧固销124上,使得接触区域52与过滤器头120的紧固销124的基部126触碰。与之相对地,靠近紧固区段44的接触舌片42的区域的一部分平放在销136的基部130上,该基部构成接触区域128,使得框架24在该接触区域128中比接触舌片42的接触区域52更远地从表面层134突起。接触舌片42向上从框架42中伸出。通过接触舌片42的变形,在闭锁区域30或者说闭锁舌片32的区域中引起预应力,闭锁舌片利用其密封体36贴靠在过滤器头120的阀座122上且将流体管道140的开口闭锁。阀座122的顶端面同样地位于表面层134中。通过预应力可以实现:闭锁舌片32不会由于闭锁舌片32及密封体36的自重向下沉降且无意地释放阀座122。预应力利用闭锁舌片32处的两个向上伸的粗箭头简示。
由于密封体36被布置在有弹性的闭锁舌片32上,该密封体可以环绕地接触且密封阀座122。如图7中可见,闭锁舌片32平行于表面层134且向下从框架24中伸出。在由金属制成的阀体20中闭锁区段30利用密封体特别稳定地受支承。

Claims (12)
1.阀单元(10),具有板状的阀体(20),所述阀体具有闭锁区段(30)和连接区段(40),
其中,所述阀体(20)包括框架(24),所述框架围住所述阀体(20)中的穿通断口(26),
其中,所述闭锁区段(30)具有闭锁舌片(32),所述闭锁舌片从所述框架(24)上的第一紧固区段(34)出发伸到所述穿通断口(26)中,
其中,所述连接区段(40)具有接触舌片(42)且从所述框架(24)上的第二紧固区段(44)出发伸到所述穿通断口(26)中,且所述连接区段(40)具有至少一个紧固点(50),且
其中,所述第一紧固区段(34)和所述第二紧固区段(44)被布置成沿所述阀体(20)的纵轴线(22)在所述框架(24)上彼此对置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阀单元(10),其中,所述连接区段(40)的至少一个紧固点(50)被布置在所述纵轴线(22)上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的阀单元(10),其中,所述至少一个紧固点(50)被构造为穿通开口(54),尤其其中,所述至少一个紧固点(50)具有被构造为夹紧元件的穿通开口(54)。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的阀单元(10),其中,所述连接区段(40)具有至少一个定位区域(60),所述至少一个定位区域尤其被布置在所述纵轴线(22)上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的阀单元(10),其中,所述定位区域(60)被构造为穿通开口(64),尤其其中,所述定位区域(60)被构造为尤其沿所述纵轴线(22)、作为长孔延伸的穿通开口(64)。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的阀单元(10),其中,所述阀体(20)由金属构成。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的阀单元(10),其中,所述闭锁区段(30)具有尤其由弹性体制成的密封体(36),所述密封体被布置、尤其被喷射在所述闭锁舌片(32)上或绕所述闭锁舌片(32)周围。
8.用于根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的阀单元(10)的过滤器头(120),包括:阀座(122),用于安放所述阀单元(10)的闭锁区段(30)的密封体(36);紧固销(124),用于紧固所述阀单元(10)的连接区段(40);以及用于所述阀单元(10)的定位区域(60)的接触区域(128)。
9.根据权利要求8所述的过滤器头(120),其中,所述接触区域(128)具有用于所述阀单元(10)的定位区域(60)的基部(130),所述基部比所述紧固销(124)的基部(126)更远地从安装状态下按规定朝向所述阀单元(10)的表面(134)突起,所述连接区段(40)在其紧固点(50)的接触区域(52)中按规定贴靠在所述紧固销的基部上。
10.根据权利要求8或9所述的过滤器头(120),其中,在按规定安装所述阀单元和被闭锁的阀座(122)时,所述闭锁区段(30)的闭锁舌片(32)和所述连接区段(40)的舌片向所述框架(24)的不同侧偏转。
11.过滤器系统(100),具有壳体(110),在所述壳体中布置根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的阀单元(10)和根据权利要求8至9中任一项所述的过滤器头(120)。
12.根据权利要求11所述的过滤器系统(100),所述过滤器系统被设置为用作燃料供应系统中的预过滤器。
