本发明涉及空气包覆丝技术领域,具体为一种弹性竹节麻类锦轮空气包覆丝。具体是将一种锦纶POY丝与氨纶丝在加弹机上做成氨纶包覆丝;将制备的氨纶包覆丝为芯,将上述制备的另外一种锦纶POY丝作为皮,在空包一体机上制备得到弹性竹节麻类锦轮空气包覆丝。本案所研发的锦纶弹性竹节麻类空气包覆丝,填补锦纶麻类在这个领域的空白;这种包覆丝高强耐磨,具有良好的吸湿性,不仅表现出麻类面料的优越性能,还客服麻类纤维强度不高不耐磨的缺点,能够通过全新的产品创造更多经济效益。

技术领域
本发明涉及空气包覆丝技术领域,具体为一种弹性竹节麻类锦轮空气包覆丝。
背景技术
合成纤维作为主要的纺织原料,在很大程度上缓解了天然纤维短缺的局面。但是随着生活水平的提高,人们对于纺织品品质的要求也越来越高,合成纤维的传统特点及纺制方法已远远不能满足消费者对服饰多元化、功能化的要求,因此,合成纤维行业应以发展差别化纤维为研究方向,逐步推进“数量型”向“技术型”的战略转变。
在合成纤维差别化的研究中,由两种(或者多种)组分合成纤维复合成纱的物理改性技术,已成为国内化纤行业研究的主要方向。
随着合成纤维纺丝技术的进步和人们消费水平的提高,人们对合成纤维及其纺织品的特性提出了新的要求。包覆丝作为一种新的合成纤维,近年来国内包覆丝市场产品需求量很大,但同时常规的锦氨纶空气包覆丝或涤纶包覆丝产品生产工艺简单,无特殊功能,市场竞争非常激烈,利润空间日益萎缩。
为了满足市场需求,降低生产成本,增加利润增长点,提高产品竞争力和经济效益,需要开发一种新的产品。
发明内容
本发明基于上述问题,提供一种弹性竹节麻类锦轮空气包覆丝,这种包覆丝具有相对良好的吸湿性、高强度,高耐磨的特性。既保留了麻类本身具有的优越的性能,又克服了低强度和不耐磨的缺点 。应用前景将十分广阔。
由于天然麻制品具有良好的吸湿性,自带天然的粗细节,所做成的织物具有粗狂的视觉感,但天然麻有个最大的缺点,极低的强度和不耐磨。我们开发锦纶弹性竹节麻类空气包覆丝就是利用锦纶高强度高耐磨的特性仿制出具有天然麻的粗细节的竹节,这样利用锦纶具有相对良好的吸湿性再加上高强度,高耐磨的特性,不仅保留了麻类本身具有的优越的性能,还克服了低强度和不耐磨的缺点。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种弹性竹节麻类锦轮空气包覆丝,所述空气包覆丝由两种不同规格的锦纶丝与氨纶采用空包工艺制备而成,具体的,制备工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)熔融纺丝:采用聚酰胺切片熔融纺丝;通过熔融纺丝工艺制备不同规格的两种锦纶POY丝;
(2)锦氨复合丝:将上述制备的其中一种锦纶POY丝与氨纶丝在加弹机上做成氨纶包覆丝;
(3)空气包覆丝:将上述制备的氨纶包覆丝为芯,将上述制备的另外一种锦纶POY丝作为皮,在空包一体机上制备得到弹性竹节麻类锦轮空气包覆丝。
作为优选,制备的两种锦纶POY丝分别为93dtex/48F的POY丝和42dtex /24F的POY丝。
作为优选,氨纶丝为40D氨纶丝。
作为优选,将93dtex/48F的POY丝和氨纶丝在加弹机上制备得到氨纶包覆丝。
作为优选,将42dtex /24F的POY丝与制备的氨纶包覆丝制备弹性竹节麻类锦轮空气包覆丝。
作为优选,将制备的氨纶包覆丝作为芯,POY丝作为皮,通过超喂,将锦纶丝缠绕在芯的外面,形成粗节部分。
作为优选,空包一体机上的车速为280米/分,温度为210-220度。
作为优选,空包一体机上的D/Y为1.75-1.95,超喂率为125-140%。
作为优选,空包一体机上的DR为0.95,假捻器为1-5-1。
本发明的有益效果是:本案所研发的锦纶弹性竹节麻类空气包覆丝,填补锦纶麻类在这个领域的空白;这种包覆丝高强耐磨,具有良好的吸湿性,不仅表现出麻类面料的优越性能,还客服了马磊强度不高不耐磨的缺点,能够通过全新的产品创造更多经济效益。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的具体说明。本发明中,若非特指,所采用的原料和设备等均可从市场购得或是本领域常用的。下述实施例中的方法,如无特别说明,均为本领域的常规方法。
实施例1:本案提供了一种弹性竹节麻类锦轮空气包覆丝,所述空气包覆丝由两种不同规格的锦纶丝与氨纶采用空包工艺制备而成,具体的,制备工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)熔融纺丝:采用聚酰胺切片熔融纺丝;通过熔融纺丝工艺制备不同规格的两种锦纶POY丝和氨纶丝;两种锦纶POY为93dtex/48F的POY丝和42dtex /24F的POY丝;,并且氨纶丝为为40D氨纶丝。
(2)锦氨复合丝:将上述制备的其中一种锦纶POY丝与氨纶丝在加弹机上做成氨纶包覆丝;
具体是将93dtex/48F的POY丝和氨纶丝在加弹机上制备得到氨纶包覆丝。
(3)空气包覆丝:将上述是制备的氨纶包覆丝为芯,将上述制备的另外一种锦纶POY丝作为皮,在空包一体机上制备得到弹性竹节麻类锦轮空气包覆丝。具体是将42dtex /24F的POY丝与制备的氨纶包覆丝制备弹性竹节麻类锦轮空气包覆丝。该制备过程中,将制备的氨纶包覆丝作为芯,POY丝作为皮,通过超喂,将锦纶丝缠绕在芯的外面,形成粗节部分。粗节的长短及其分布通过调整超喂和D/Y比来实现(该方法非常用方法和工艺,有它的工艺特殊性和高难度,一般的工艺技术人员很难掌握)。具体的,在该工艺中,空包一体机上的车速为280米/分,温度为210度,空包一体机上的D/Y为1.95,超喂率为125%。空包一体机上的DR为0.95,假捻器为1-5-1。
实施例2:本案提供了一种弹性竹节麻类锦轮空气包覆丝,所述空气包覆丝由两种不同规格的锦纶丝与氨纶采用空包工艺制备而成,具体的,制备工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)熔融纺丝:采用聚酰胺切片熔融纺丝;通过熔融纺丝工艺制备不同规格的两种锦纶POY丝和氨纶丝;两种锦纶POY为93dtex/48F的POY丝和42dtex /24F的POY丝;,并且氨纶丝为为40D氨纶丝。
(2)锦氨复合丝:将上述制备的其中一种锦纶POY丝与氨纶丝在加弹机上做成氨纶包覆丝;
具体是将93dtex/48F的POY丝和氨纶丝在加弹机上制备得到氨纶包覆丝。
(3)空气包覆丝:将上述是制备的氨纶包覆丝为芯,将上述制备的另外一种锦纶POY丝作为皮,在空包一体机上制备得到弹性竹节麻类锦轮空气包覆丝。具体是将42dtex /24F的POY丝与制备的氨纶包覆丝制备弹性竹节麻类锦轮空气包覆丝。该制备过程中,将制备的氨纶包覆丝作为芯,POY丝作为皮,通过超喂,将锦纶丝缠绕在芯的外面,形成粗节部分。粗节的长短及其分布通过调整超喂和D/Y比来实现(该方法非常用方法和工艺,有它的工艺特殊性和高难度,一般的工艺技术人员很难掌握)。具体的,在该工艺中,空包一体机上的车速为280米/分,温度为220度,空包一体机上的D/Y为1.75,超喂率为140%。空包一体机上的DR为0.95,假捻器为1-5-1。
图1是本发明制备的产品织布后的效果图。在本发明的制备工艺中:
超喂率对竹节的长度和粗度稀密有决定性影响,超喂率越高,竹节变长,变密,变粗。在超喂为140%的时候竹节长度为2-5公分,随机分布,粗度为非竹节部分的1.5倍,每米大5-8个竹节。
热箱温度决定专利产品的麻感,温度越高,麻感越强。
D/Y比对竹节的长度个稀密有影响,D/Y越高竹节边长变稀。一般在1.65-1.85范围内调整。
原料对竹节的粗度有影响。纤度越粗竹节的倍率越高大。
本案所研发的锦纶弹性竹节麻类空气包覆丝,填补锦纶麻类在这个领域的空白;这种包覆丝高强耐磨,具有良好的吸湿性,不仅表现出麻类面料的优越性能,还客服了麻类纤维强度不高不耐磨的缺点,能够通过全新的产品创造更多经济效益。
对于本领域技术人员而言显而易见的是,上述实施方案并非在于穷举或将实施方案限制到所公开的具体精确形式。对于本领域技术人员而言显而易见的是,在上述教导内容的基础,还能够进行一定的修改、组合和以及变型。
Claims (9)
1.一种弹性竹节麻类锦轮空气包覆丝,其特征在于:所述空气包覆丝由两种不同规格的锦纶丝与氨纶采用空包工艺制备而成,具体的,制备工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)熔融纺丝:采用聚酰胺切片熔融纺丝;通过熔融纺丝工艺制备不同规格的两种锦纶POY丝;
(2)锦氨复合丝:将上述制备的其中一种锦纶POY丝与氨纶丝在加弹机上做成氨纶包覆丝;
(3)空气包覆丝:将上述是制备的氨纶包覆丝为芯,将上述制备的另外一种锦纶POY丝作为皮,在空包一体机上制备得到弹性竹节麻类锦轮空气包覆丝。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种弹性竹节麻类锦轮空气包覆丝,其特征在于:制备的两种锦纶POY丝分别为93dtex/48F的POY丝和42dtex /24F的POY丝。
3.根据权利要求1或所述的一种弹性竹节麻类锦轮空气包覆丝,其特征在于:氨纶丝为40D氨纶丝。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种弹性竹节麻类锦轮空气包覆丝,其特征在于:将93dtex/48F的POY丝和氨纶丝在加弹机上制备得到氨纶包覆丝。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种弹性竹节麻类锦轮空气包覆丝,其特征在于:将42dtex /24F的POY丝与制备的氨纶包覆丝制备弹性竹节麻类锦轮空气包覆丝。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种弹性竹节麻类锦轮空气包覆丝,其特征在于:将制备的氨纶包覆丝作为芯,POY丝作为皮,通过超喂,将锦纶丝缠绕在芯的外面,形成粗节部分。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种弹性竹节麻类锦轮空气包覆丝,其特征在于:空包一体机上的车速为280米/分,温度为210-220度。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种弹性竹节麻类锦轮空气包覆丝,其特征在于:空包一体机上的D/Y为1.75-1.95,超喂率为125-140%。
