Example 1:
a preparation method of an eyebright roll agent comprises the following steps of taking eyebright as a raw material, decocting, extracting, filtering, refining, separating, concentrating, adding auxiliary materials to prepare an eyebright liquid, and finally filling the eyebright liquid into a roll bottle to obtain the eyebright roll agent, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps:

(1) Preparing a primary liquid: taking a proper amount of gynura bicolor, soaking the gynura bicolor in clear water for 20 minutes, putting the gynura bicolor into a marmite or a stainless steel pot, adding clear water, decocting twice, wherein the amount of the clear water added for the first time is 8 times of the weight of the gynura bicolor, the amount of the clear water added for the second time is 5 times of the weight of the gynura bicolor, the first decocting time is 35 minutes, the second decocting time is 15 minutes, removing dregs through twice decocting, and combining the decocted liquid medicines to obtain a primary liquid;
(2) and (3) filtering: filtering the primary liquid obtained after extraction by adopting a 120-mesh filter screen to obtain a filtrate;
(3) refining, separating and concentrating: concentrating the filtrate obtained after filtration until the relative density is 1.0-1.05 to obtain a concentrated solution, then adding absolute ethyl alcohol to enable the alcohol content of the traditional Chinese medicine liquid in the concentrated solution to reach 70%, standing for 10 hours, taking a supernatant, and recovering the ethyl alcohol to obtain an eyebright refined stock solution;

(3) and (3) sterilization: putting the ball bottle after the fine cleaning into a stainless steel pot padded with gauze, boiling for 60 minutes, taking out, and then putting into an oven with the temperature of 80 ℃ for drying for 1 hour;
step three: filling and sterilizing

(1) Preparing a primary liquid: taking a proper amount of gynura bicolor, soaking the gynura bicolor in clear water for 30 minutes, putting the gynura bicolor into a marmite or a stainless steel pot, adding clear water, decocting twice, wherein the amount of the clear water added for the first time is 10 times of the weight of the gynura bicolor, the amount of the clear water added for the second time is 6 times of the weight of the gynura bicolor, the first decocting time is 40 minutes, the second decocting time is 20 minutes, removing dregs through twice decocting, and combining the decocted liquid medicines to obtain a primary liquid;
(2) and (3) filtering: filtering the primary liquid obtained after extraction by using a 200-mesh filter screen to obtain a filtrate;
(3) refining, separating and concentrating: concentrating the filtrate obtained after filtration until the relative density is 1.04-1.08 to obtain a concentrated solution, then adding an absolute ethanol solution to enable the alcohol content of the traditional Chinese medicine liquid in the concentrated solution to reach 70%, standing for 15 hours, taking a supernatant, and recovering ethanol to obtain an eyebright refined stock solution;
(4) preparing a refined solution: adding sodium benzoate solid into the refined stock solution, wherein the adding amount of the sodium benzoate is 0.35% of the weight of the refined stock solution, adding the sodium benzoate, stirring for dissolving, filtering by using a 200-mesh filter screen after uniformly stirring, and collecting the filtrate to obtain the fine liquid of the eyedrops for later use;
step two: treatment of ball bottles
(1) Initial washing: selecting a ball bottle with the specification of 10 ml, firstly adding a proper amount of drinking water to soak for 1 hour, then ultrasonically cleaning for 6 minutes by adopting an ultrasonic machine with the power of 200W, and taking out for later use after ultrasonic cleaning;
(2) fine washing: cleaning the primarily cleaned ball bottle with purified water for 3 times;
(3) and (3) sterilization: putting the ball bottle after the fine cleaning into a stainless steel pot filled with gauze, boiling for 60 minutes, taking out, and drying in an oven at the temperature of 80 ℃ for 1 hour;
step three: filling and sterilizing
(1) Filling: filling the prepared refined liquid of the gynura divaricata into ball bottles after sterilization treatment, wherein the filling amount of each bottle is not less than 8.5 ml;
(2) and (3) sterilization: placing the ball agent filled with the fine liquid of the Ezikia indica in an HJ-1405 ultraviolet sterilizer, adjusting the sterilization wavelength to 254nm, sterilizing for 60 minutes, sterilizing, and cooling to normal temperature to obtain the product of the Ezikia indica ball agent.

(1) Preparing a primary liquid: taking a proper amount of gynura bicolor, soaking the gynura bicolor in clear water for 40 minutes, putting the gynura bicolor into a marmite or stainless steel pot, adding clear water, decocting twice, wherein the amount of the clear water added for the first time is 12 times of the weight of the gynura bicolor, the amount of the clear water added for the second time is 7 times of the weight of the gynura bicolor, the time for the first decoction is 45 minutes, the time for the second decoction is 25 minutes, removing dregs of a decoction through the two times of decoction, and combining the liquid medicines decocted for the two times to obtain a primary liquid;
(2) and (3) filtering: filtering the primary liquid obtained after extraction by adopting a 180-mesh filter screen to obtain a filtrate;
(3) refining, separating and concentrating: concentrating the filtrate obtained after filtration until the relative density is 1.07-1.1 to obtain a concentrated solution, then adding absolute ethyl alcohol to enable the alcohol content of the traditional Chinese medicine liquid in the concentrated solution to reach 70%, standing for 20 hours, taking a supernatant, and recovering the ethyl alcohol to obtain an eyebright refined stock solution;
(4) preparing a refined solution: adding sodium benzoate solid a into the refined stock solution, adding the sodium benzoate according to the proportion of 0.5 percent of the weight of the refined stock solution, stirring and dissolving after adding the sodium benzoate, filtering by adopting a 200-mesh filter screen after stirring uniformly, and collecting filtrate to obtain the refined liquid of the eyedrops for later use;
step two: treatment of ball bottles
(1) Initial washing: selecting a ball bottle with the specification of 10 ml, firstly adding a proper amount of drinking water to soak for 1 hour, then ultrasonically cleaning for 6 minutes by adopting an ultrasonic machine with the power of 200W, and taking out for later use after ultrasonic cleaning;
(2) fine washing: cleaning the primarily cleaned ball bottle with purified water for 3 times;
(3) and (3) sterilization: putting the ball bottle after the fine cleaning into a stainless steel pot filled with gauze, boiling for 60 minutes, taking out, and drying in an oven at the temperature of 80 ℃ for 1 hour;
step three: filling and sterilizing
(1) Filling: filling the prepared refined liquid of the gynura divaricata into ball bottles after sterilization treatment, wherein the filling amount of each bottle is not less than 8.5 ml;

Pharmacological experiments are carried out to show that the gynura divaricata ball agent prepared by the method has the effects of reducing swelling, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. Pharmacological experiments were performed using the eyedish ball agent prepared as described in example 2, a coating treatment experiment was performed for acute soft tissue contusion of the foot of a white rat caused by an impactor, the coating was performed twice a day, and comparative experiments were performed by a blank control (without any agent), and the experimental results are shown in table 1.

As shown in Table 1, pharmacological experiments prove that the eyebright roll ball agent can obviously shorten the recovery time and has the functions of detumescence and stasis dissipation.

The preparation method of the gynura bicolor ball agent is characterized in that gynura bicolor is taken as a raw material, decocted, extracted, filtered, refined, separated and concentrated, auxiliary materials are added to prepare gynura bicolor refined liquid, and finally the gynura bicolor ball agent is filled in a ball bottle to prepare the gynura bicolor ball agent, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps:

(1) Preparing a primary liquid: taking a proper amount of gynura bicolor, soaking the gynura bicolor in clear water for 20 minutes, putting the gynura bicolor into a marmite or a stainless steel pot, adding clear water, and decocting twice, wherein the amount of the clear water added for the first time is 8-12 times of the weight of the gynura bicolor, the amount of the clear water added for the second time is 5-7 times of the weight of the gynura bicolor, the first decocting time is 35-45 minutes, the second decocting time is 15-25 minutes, removing dregs of a decoction through twice decoction, and combining twice decocted liquid medicines to obtain a primary liquid;
(2) and (3) filtering: filtering the primary liquid obtained after extraction by using a 120-200 mesh filter screen to obtain a filtrate;
(3) refining, separating and concentrating: concentrating the filtrate obtained after filtration until the relative density is 1.0-1.1 to obtain a concentrated solution, then adding absolute ethyl alcohol to enable the alcohol content of the traditional Chinese medicine liquid in the concentrated solution to reach 70%, standing for 10-20 hours, then taking a supernatant, and recovering the ethyl alcohol to obtain an eyebright refined stock solution;
(4) preparing a refined solution: adding sodium benzoate into the refined stock solution, wherein the adding amount of the sodium benzoate is 0.1-0.5% of the weight of the refined stock solution, adding the sodium benzoate, stirring for dissolving, filtering by using a 200-mesh filter screen after uniformly stirring, and collecting the filtrate to obtain the fine eyedrops for later use;
step two: treatment of ball bottles
(1) Initial washing: selecting a ball bottle with the specification of 10 ml, firstly adding a proper amount of drinking water to soak for 1 hour, then ultrasonically cleaning for 6 minutes by adopting an ultrasonic machine with the power of 200W, and taking out for later use after ultrasonic cleaning;
(2) fine washing: cleaning the primarily cleaned ball bottle with purified water for 3 times;
(3) and (3) sterilization: putting the ball bottle after the fine cleaning into a stainless steel pot filled with gauze, boiling for 60 minutes, taking out, and drying in an oven at the temperature of 80 ℃ for 1 hour;
step three: filling and sterilizing
(1) Filling: filling the prepared refined liquid of the gynura divaricata into ball bottles after sterilization treatment, wherein the filling amount of each bottle is not less than 8.5 ml;
(2) and (3) sterilization: placing the ball agent filled with the fine liquid of the Ezikia indica in an HJ-1405 ultraviolet sterilizer, adjusting the sterilization wavelength to 254nm, sterilizing for 60 minutes, sterilizing, and cooling to normal temperature to obtain the product of the Ezikia indica ball agent.

3. The method for preparing an eyedrop roll agent according to claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps: in the filtering process, a 180-200 mesh filter screen is adopted for filtering, and the filtrate is collected after filtering.

The method for preparing an eyedrop roll agent according to claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps: in the process of preparing the refined liquid, the sodium benzoate is added according to the proportion of 0.3 percent of the weight of the refined stock solution, and the sodium benzoate is sodium benzoate solid.
