Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to traditional Chinese medicine wine for treating arthralgia and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Most people have more rheumatic arthralgia and arthralgia caused by excessive strain, cervical spondylosis presses nerves, blood circulation is not smooth, qi and blood are not smooth and other body problems, and especially the middle-aged and elderly friends suffer from cervical spondylosis, lumbar spondylosis, scapulohumeral periarthritis, osteoarthropathy, and more from rheumatic arthritis, rheumatic arthropathy, synovitis, traumatic injury, joint neuralgia and other body pain diseases. In addition, the modernization process is accelerated, the intelligent mobile phone is popularized, and many young people play mobile phones and computers for a long time at low head, so that joint diseases, especially cervical vertebra and lumbar vertebra, are caused to occur to different degrees at the cervical vertebra and lumbar vertebra, and various joint diseases develop gradually from the previous middle-aged and old people.
The traditional Chinese medicine considers that most joint pain diseases are caused by blockage of channels and collaterals, attack of pathogenic wind, cold, damp and heat, deficiency and obstruction of qi and blood, soft tissue damage and other reasons. The meridians connect with the skin and muscle striae externally and the five zang organs and the six g organs internally to connect with the parts of the whole body, so that the human body becomes an organic unity. At present, the treatment method for the arthralgia is diversified and mainly comprises the treatment of medicine analgesia, physical treatment, traditional physiotherapy and traditional Chinese medicine. If hormone is used for treatment, the toxic and side effects are large, and serious complications such as central obesity, hirsutism, gastrorrhagia and the like are easy to occur after long-term administration. The traditional Chinese medicine has no toxic or side effect, can achieve the effect of treating both principal and secondary aspect of disease, is popular with patients, and has a certain effect by taking oral medicinal liquor or decoction, external medicinal liquor, external plaster and the like. At present, the medicines for treating the joint diseases are most in plaster form on the market, the plaster has great side effects on the treatment of the joint diseases, the effect is not obvious, and the plaster has great damage to the skin of a human body. The medicated liquor has effects in promoting local blood circulation, relieving muscle tension spasm, improving oxygen supply to local tissue, promoting metabolism, and relieving inflammation. Therefore, it is very important to develop a traditional Chinese medicine composition which has quick response, simple and safe use, no irritation to skin, no side effect to human body and can effectively treat various arthralgia.
Disclosure of Invention
The application aims to provide a traditional Chinese medicine wine for treating arthralgia, which has the functions of drawing out toxin, removing blood stasis, diminishing inflammation, sterilizing, dispelling wind, removing dampness, strengthening tendons and bones, relieving swelling and pain and repairing damaged tissues and cells.
The application also aims to provide a preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine wine for treating arthralgia, which can effectively extract the effective components in the medicinal materials, so that the medicinal materials exert the maximum medicinal effect.
The application solves the technical problems by adopting the following technical scheme.
On one hand, the embodiment of the application provides traditional Chinese medicine wine for treating arthralgia, which comprises white wine and the following raw materials in parts by weight: 450-550 parts of wormwood, 230-400 parts of elderberry, 230-400 parts of garden balsam stem, 230-400 parts of suberect spatholobus stem, 230-400 parts of lycopodium clavatum, 120-300 parts of fructus liquidambaris, 120-300 parts of mistletoe, 120-300 parts of nux vomica, 120-300 parts of radix aconiti, 120-280 parts of Indian stringbush root, 80-250 parts of pseudo-ginseng, 80-250 parts of radix philippine fleeceflower root and 80-250 parts of holly bark.
On the other hand, the embodiment of the application provides a preparation method of traditional Chinese medicine wine for treating arthralgia, which comprises the following steps:

In some embodiments of the application, the traditional Chinese medicine wine for treating arthralgia comprises white wine and the following raw materials in parts by weight: 500 parts of wormwood, 250 parts of sambucus chinensis, 250 parts of garden balsam stem, 250 parts of suberect spatholobus stem, 250 parts of lycopodium clavatum, 250 parts of fructus liquidambaris, 250 parts of mistletoe, 250 parts of nux vomica, 250 parts of radix aconiti, 250 parts of Indian stringbush root, 250 parts of pseudo-ginseng, 250 parts of radix philippine flemingiae, 250 parts of cortex rotundae, 500 parts of pepper and 500 parts of finger-like pricklyash peel.
In some embodiments of the present application, the mass ratio of the white spirit to the raw materials is 1:6-8. Under the proportion, the active ingredients in the medicinal materials can be better and faster dissolved, the white wine is large enough, and the sterilizing effect is achieved, so that the medicinal materials are in a sterile environment, and the medicinal wine can be better preserved.
In some embodiments of the present application, the degree of the white spirit is 45 to 60 degrees. The white spirit is a good solvent, is easy to enter into tissue cells of medicinal materials, can dissolve out most water-soluble substances and organic substances which are insoluble in water and are dissolved by nonpolar solvents in the medicinal materials, and the white spirit with high alcohol content can enable active ingredients in the medicinal materials to be dissolved out rapidly, but the white spirit with high alcohol content is not higher, better, and is suitable for 45-60 degrees.
A preparation method of traditional Chinese medicine wine for treating arthralgia comprises the following steps:
parching semen Strychni with sand; soaking radix Aconiti in water, taking out when the taste has spicy taste, mixing sand-parched semen Strychni and soaked and bleached radix Aconiti with folium Artemisiae Argyi, ramulus Sambuci Williamsii, herba Speranskiae Tuberculatae, caulis Spatholobi, herba Lycopodii, fructus Lipuidambaris, semen Strychni, radix Wikstroemia indica, notoginseng radix, radix Flemingiae Philippinensis, cortex Ilicis Rotundae, fructus Zanthoxyli and radix Zanthoxyli, pulverizing, and drying;
mixing and soaking the dried raw materials with the distilled spirit, filtering to remove impurities, distilling the filtered medicinal liquid to obtain an extracting solution, extracting the extracting solution, and sealing and storing to obtain the medicinal liquor.
In some embodiments of the application, the soaking time is 10-15 days. The soaking is to dissolve the effective substances in the medicinal materials into the white spirit for too short time, and the effective substances in the medicinal materials are completely dissolved into the white spirit; the soaking time is too long, and the drug effect is affected, so that soaking for 10-15 days is suitable.
In some embodiments of the application, the storage temperature is 25-30 ℃. Under the condition, the medicated wine is stored for a longer time, and is not easy to deteriorate.
In some embodiments of the present application, the above-mentioned sand-frying temperature is 160-250 ℃ and the sand-frying time is 4-15 min. The content of toxic substances in the processed semen Strychni can be well controlled by controlling the sand frying temperature and the sand frying time. Under the condition, the strychnos are stir-fried with sand, the strychnos main toxic substances strychnine and strychnine are converted into strychnos and strychnine nitrogen oxides with low toxicity, similar curative effect and better pharmacological action through thermalization, or ether bond ring opening is converted into a special structure, so that the strychnos main toxic substances strychnos and strychnos main toxic substances strychnos are converted into strychnos nitrogen oxides with low alkaloid reduction rate but high toxicity reduction rate, and the effective components of the strychnos are reserved.
The features and capabilities of the present application are described in further detail below in connection with the examples.
