Description

Massage oil for relieving wandering pain and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, and particularly relates to massage oil for relieving wandering pain and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Wandering pain is generally pain in joints of multiple fingers or pain in unfixed positions near ribs, is usually caused by arthritis, belongs to migratory arthralgia in traditional Chinese medicine, or is intercostal neuralgia.
The causes of wandering pain are roughly classified into the following: 1. the greatest possibility of body wandering pain is caused by emotional diseases, such as somatization disorder based on anxiety, depression and other diseases, which can be reflected by general pain and is not fixed. 2. Diseases such as rheumatism, rheumatoid arthritis and the like cause joint pain, pain and deformation of multiple joints, and large load-bearing joints such as knee joints, hip joints, cervical vertebrae, lumbar vertebrae and interphalangeal joints of hands are frequently affected by osteoarthritis. The reasons for this include obesity, trauma, or the need to carry heavy objects. Clinical symptoms include joint pain, stiffness, occasional swelling, difficulty in getting up and down stairs at the beginning, inability to squat, gradual slow decline of the action function, inability to walk for a long distance and go up and down stairs, joint deformation, and severe people need to assist walking with a crutch or walk instead of a wheelchair. 3. Osteoporosis is considered to mean an abnormal change in cells, tissues and organs of the human body with age. The popular expression is 'aging', and especially for old women, along with the reduction of estrogen secretion, calcium absorption of intestinal tracts can be inhibited, osteoblast activity is weakened, bone mass is greatly lost, and most people can suffer from muscular soreness of the whole body to different degrees, particularly low back and waist muscular pain, intercostal pain, hip joint pain and the like. Wandering pain, if not discovered or treated regularly in time, can cause damage to bones and joints, resulting in deformity and even disability of joints, which can affect daily life.
At present, the traditional Chinese medicine generally adopts a treatment method of common rheumatism to relieve wandering pain, or directly enables patients to take analgesic drugs, the treatment method generally only solves temporary pain of the patients and cannot bring substantial benefits to the bodies of the patients, especially for the elderly patients with wandering pain, secondary damage can be brought to the bodies of the patients, and therefore, a drug or a method capable of relieving wandering pain of the elderly is absent at present.

In supercritical state, supercritical fluid is contacted with the substance to be separated to selectively extract the components with polarity, boiling point and molecular weight in turn, so as to achieve the purpose of separation and purification, thus supercritical CO2The fluid extraction process is a combination of extraction and separation processes.
Crushing Chinese medicinal materials including castor root, rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong, herba Lycopi, caulis Baeckeae, Polyporus, herba Artemisiae Scopariae, herba Verbenae, radix cocculi Laurifolii, radix Gentianae Marcrophyllae, radix crotonis Crassifolii and Glycyrrhrizae radix, adding vegetable oil, decocting, and filtering to obtain mixed soaking oil; the vegetable oil is adopted to carry out oil extraction on the traditional Chinese medicine, so that each active ingredient in the traditional Chinese medicine can be fully extracted.
Mixing the mixed essential oil and the mixed soaking solution to obtain the massage oil.
The massage oil can be prepared for use on site, or the prepared massage oil can be sterilized, packaged and sealed and then placed; wherein the sterilization is carried out by pasteurization.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the pulverization is performed by ultrasonic pulverization, and the pulverization particle size is 280-400 meshes. The ultrasonic pulverization can be adopted to pulverize the active ingredients of the traditional Chinese medicinal materials into superfine powder without damaging the active ingredients, and is beneficial to the subsequent supercritical fluid extraction.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the supercritical fluid extraction pressure is 20 to 25Mpa, and the temperature is 35 to 40 ℃. The Chinese medicinal materials of the invention can fully dissolve out effective substances under the pressure and temperature.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the crushed particle size is 20 to 60 mesh, which improves the dissolution of the active ingredient during the oil extraction step.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the vegetable oil is one or more of sesame oil, olive oil and coconut oil, and the mass ratio of the vegetable oil to the traditional Chinese medicinal materials is (1.5-1.8): 1, when the vegetable oil just submerges the traditional Chinese medicinal materials, the effective components in the oil extraction step can be fully separated out.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the decocting comprises the following specific steps: putting the traditional Chinese medicinal materials into a container, mixing, pouring vegetable oil, stirring uniformly, boiling with strong fire, turning to small fire, and decocting for 1-2 h.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the filtering step employs a 120-200 mesh filter screen to filter out fine particles, so as to prevent friction and skin breakage on skin during the subsequent massage step.
The features and properties of the present invention are described in further detail below with reference to examples.
