2. The external Chinese herbal medicine composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the external Chinese herbal medicine composition comprises the following components in parts by weight:
3 parts of pseudo-ginseng, 1 part of common Pearsflower herb, 1 part of small paradise, 0.3 part of yikoxue, 0.2 part of dragon's blood, 0.3 part of borneol and 0.3 part of parietal barberry.
3. The external Chinese herbal medicine composition as claimed in claim 1, further comprising the following components in parts by weight:
0.1 to 0.4 portion of gastrodia elata, 0.1 to 0.4 portion of lycopodium clavatum, 0.1 to 0.4 portion of angelica and 0.1 to 0.4 portion of ligusticum wallichii.

3 parts of pseudo-ginseng, 1 part of common Pearsflower herb, 1 part of small paradise herb, 0.3 part of yikoxue, 0.2 part of dragon's blood, 0.3 part of borneol, 0.3 part of parietal barberry, 0.3 part of tall gastrodia tuber, 0.3 part of common clubmoss herb, 0.3 part of Chinese angelica and 0.3 part of Szechuan lovage rhizome.
5. The external Chinese herbal medicine composition as claimed in claim 1, further comprising the following components in parts by weight:
0.3-0.8 part of eucommia ulmoides, 0.3-0.8 part of abacus root, 0.3-0.8 part of achyranthes bidentata and 0.3-0.8 part of uncaria.
6. The external Chinese herbal medicine composition as claimed in claim 5, wherein the external Chinese herbal medicine composition comprises the following components in parts by weight:
3 parts of pseudo-ginseng, 1 part of common Pearsflower herb, 1 part of small paradise herb, 0.3 part of yikoxue, 0.2 part of dragon's blood, 0.3 part of borneol, 0.3 part of barberry, 0.5 part of eucommia bark, 0.5 part of abacus root, 0.3 part of achyranthes root and 0.3 part of uncaria.

0.3-0.7 part of giant knotweed and 0.3-0.8 part of achyranthes root.

3 parts of pseudo-ginseng, 1 part of veronicastrum herb, 1 part of common paradisia herb, 0.3 part of yikoxue, 0.2 part of dragon's blood, 0.3 part of borneol, 0.3 part of barberry bead, 0.5 part of giant knotweed and 0.5 part of twotooth achyranthes root.
