Description

Fullerene-containing whitening and moisturizing gel mask and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetic preparation, in particular to a whitening and moisturizing gel mask containing fullerene and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the development of society, the living standard of people is improved, the requirements of people on cosmetics are also becoming higher, and the care of skin of people who love beauty is very important, and meanwhile, the efficacy and the safety of people are also very important. However, in life, dust, dirty air, ultraviolet rays in sunlight and computer radiation, and daily makeup of people with light illumination are all major enemies for skin care, so that the aging of the skin is quickened, and the skin color is dark yellow. However, the skin is maintained regularly, so that the aging of the skin can be effectively delayed, and the effect of skin health and brightening is achieved.
The types and kinds of facial masks on the market at present are various, but the most main types are still whitening facial masks. In the prior art, the most widely used whitening agents are vitamins such as nicotinamide, tranexamic acid, arbutin, resorcinol and derivatives thereof. They generally achieve whitening effects by inhibiting melanocyte proliferation, inhibiting tyrosinase and other Guan Xiansu enzyme activities, and inhibiting melanin transfer. However, the whitening mechanism of fullerenes is different from that of the conventional one by inhibiting tyrosinase activity, and is mainly achieved by scavenging free radicals and inhibiting cytokines. According to the research, the fullerene can improve melanin generation caused by UVA, and has obvious effect and even stronger effect than VC and arbutin.
However, we have found through research that, in the existing whitening mask, including other products such as face cream, the effect of fullerene is mainly represented in terms of moisture retention and wrinkle resistance, and the whitening effect of the product is not significantly affected by adding the component or not, or the component is synergistic with some other known whitening components, so that the whitening effect of the component is enhanced, and the enhancement effect is not significant.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems of the prior mask, the invention provides a whitening and moisturizing gel mask containing fullerene and a preparation method thereof, and the specific scheme is as follows:

Preferably, when the fullerene-containing whitening and moisturizing gel mask further comprises hypromellose, the fullerene-containing whitening and moisturizing gel mask is added to the mixture a before S2.
Advantageous effects
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the water-soluble fullerene can be better fused with various water-soluble components commonly used in cosmetics, is convenient for being released from the facial mask and fully plays a role, further improves the capability of scavenging free radicals, and has better whitening, moisturizing and anti-aging effects. The vitamin B5 has the moisture-preserving effect of penetrating, is easily received and absorbed by skin, can infiltrate into stratum corneum after being used, is very suitable for skin with poor absorption, and the moisture-preserving effect is achieved by increasing the hyaluronic acid content of the skin. Besides moisturizing, the vitamin B5 is also a repairing component, and is beneficial to regeneration of skin cells while repairing skin micro-damage. Ceramide is an ingredient originally existing in skin, and is intercellular lipid which is formed by combining cholesterol and unsaturated fatty acid. The composition has the moisturizing effect, and can help skin to retain moisture for a long time. However, if a large amount of water is lost, the original moisture of the skin can be lost very quickly and easily falls into a dry itching and allergy state, and the moisturizing effect is remarkable when the ceramide is used for moisturizing.
2. The Bai Hua Cai is Tirpitzia ovoidea Chun et How of Linaceae, and is prepared from branches, stems and leaves. In the prior researches or applications, the main functions are as follows: promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis, relaxing tendons and activating collaterals. Traumatic injury, fracture: mashing fresh leaves, parching with wine, and applying externally. Traumatic hemorrhage: the fresh leaves are mashed and externally applied. Rheumatic arthritis, sequelae of poliomyelitis: the preparation is administered by decocting with 3-5 times of branches, stems and leaves with water or stewing pig bones. Sore and furuncle: proper amount of fresh leaves are decocted with water and washed. The research of the invention discovers that the extract can effectively inhibit tyrosinase activity when being externally applied to the skin surface, has good whitening effect and acne removing effect, and the whitening effect is greatly improved through the synergistic effect with fullerene.
3. The firewood extract is used together with magnesium sulfate and sodium chloride, so that in the past work, the magnesium sulfate and sodium chloride are often used in systems such as foundation liquid and the like in application and cosmetics, and are used for providing ionic property, improving charge, stabilizing the systems and the like; the magnesium sulfate can be used as a thickener and mineral salt in cosmetics, has the effects of diminishing inflammation, removing swelling and the like, and can reduce the damage of local tissues; however, in the invention, the magnesium sulfate and the sodium chloride do not need to provide the ionization, and the effect of the magnesium sulfate and the sodium chloride in the invention is to improve the tyrosinase activity inhibition rate of the firewood extract and improve the whitening effect of the firewood extract; however, when the addition amount of the two is respectively more than 0.1 part of magnesium sulfate or 0.05 part of sodium chloride, the gel effect of the mask is reduced: is not easy to gel or has too low film forming strength.
4. In the research of the invention, the strength of the gel mask is obviously reduced after the firewood extract (aqueous solution) is added in the mask formula, and possibly, certain substances in the gel mask cause the gel to be difficult to form complexation, but the problem is solved after the hypromellose is added.
5. According to the research of the invention, after the firewood extract (aqueous solution) is added into the mask formula, the water locking capacity of the gel mask is reduced, the water retention time of the mask is shortened, the gel mask cannot be used continuously until the release of active ingredients is complete (the gel mask is not suitable for being used after the water content is lower than 40% wt, and has adverse effects on skin), and the problem is solved after the Tween-80 and the propylene glycol are added and the specific ratio of the gel mask to the gel key components of the mask is set, so that the requirement of the daily mask on the use time (25-30 min) can be met.

After 48h incubation, washing 1 time with PBS, adding 1mL of 1mol/LNaOH solution, scraping the collected cells, placing in a 80℃water bath for 30min, taking the supernatant, adding into a 96-well plate, and reading the absorbance at 475nm by an M3 plate reader.
Relative melanin content (%) = (measured well absorbance value-blank absorbance value)/(cell control absorbance value-blank absorbance value) ×100%. The tyrosinase activity and melanin synthesis inhibition test results are shown in Table 2, wherein the tyrosinase activity of the control group is 100%, and the melanin content of the control group is 100%.
TABLE 2 sample tyrosinase activity and melanin synthesis inhibition assay results
As is clear from comparative example 0, example 1-1 and example 1-2, the pure addition of fullerene has no effect on whitening, and no synergistic effect exists between fullerene and other components except the extract, so that the whitening effect can be affected; the extract has skin whitening effect. By combining the examples 1 and 2, the addition of fullerene and the extract produce synergistic effect, thus greatly improving the whitening effect. In combination with example 3, example 3-1 and example 3-2, it is known that the addition of magnesium sulfate and sodium chloride can form complex synergistic effect with fullerene and extract to further enhance whitening effect, but magnesium sulfate and sodium chloride cannot cooperate with extract on the premise that fullerene is not present, and cannot cooperate with fullerene on the premise that extract is not present, and example 3-3 shows that magnesium sulfate and sodium chloride are added to the mask itself without whitening effect.
From other characteristics of the mask, the non-sleeping effect of the mask of the embodiment 4 is better, the water locking capability of the mask of the embodiment 5 is higher, the requirement of the daily mask on the service time (25-30 min) can be met, the mask of the embodiment 6 is higher in strength, and the whitening effect of the three is basically the same as that of the embodiment 1.
4. Human body evaluation of whitening effect
120 volunteers with whitening requirements between 30 and 40 years old were selected as subjects and divided into 12 groups, and the masks prepared by using all 11 examples and comparative example 0 were used three times a week for 4 weeks (using time 20±2min each time).
The skin melanin content changes (averaged over ten persons per group) of the subjects before and after application of the mask composition were evaluated using a skin red melanin tester (Hexameter MX 18). The measurement range of the instrument used is 0-999, the higher the measurement value, the higher the melanin content in the skin. The statistical results of melanin content of the front and rear facial skin of the subject using the mask composition prepared in the present invention are shown in table 3.

As shown in Table 3, the whitening effect of the facial mask provided by the invention is better, and the melanin content in the skin can be obviously reduced after 4 weeks of use, and the reduction of melanin can reach 32.7% at most (example 4). From the rule of table 3, the mask is similar to the test rule of table 2 in practical application, except that in practical application, it is obvious that the components added in examples 4 and 5 are more beneficial to the whitening components in the mask to play a role, so that a better whitening effect is obtained.
While the preferred embodiments and examples of the present invention have been described in detail, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments and examples, and various changes may be made within the knowledge of those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
