Description

Formula and method for supplementing feed for lactating donkey colt in early stage
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of donkey breeding, in particular to an early-stage supplementary feeding formula for a lactating donkey colt and a supplementary feeding method thereof.
Background
At present, the effect of the concentrate supplement for the lactation period on young animals is well verified on domestic and foreign lambs, calves and piglets, but no clear report is provided on the feeding amount and feeding mode of the concentrate supplement for the lactation period colt. The research on the growth and development of the young equus animals at home and abroad discovers that the growth and development of the young equus animals are fastest and the required amount of nutrient substances is increased from birth to 12 months. Therefore, the concentrate supplement is considered to be supplemented at the right time after the donkey colt is 2 months old, the donkey colt can eat the feed at 10-14 days old after birth, the supplement feed not only increases the growth and development of the young donkey colt, but also can exercise the gastrointestinal function and enhance the adaptability to the plant feed, and the feed has important significance for improving the production efficiency of the donkey industry.
Patent application No. CN 201510902054.1: the feed for fattening donkey colts is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 300 portions of soybean, 300 portions of rice, 500 portions of rice, 150 portions of rice bran, 50 to 100 portions of yam, 200 portions of cottonseed cake, 400 portions of fresh leek and 100 portions of white sugar; the blending method of the components comprises the following steps: firstly, uniformly mixing 300-500 parts of soybeans, 300-500 parts of rice and 50-100 parts of Chinese yams, adding water, grinding into slurry, adding 150-250 parts of rice bran into the slurry, and uniformly stirring to form mixed slurry; stir-frying 400 parts of 200-plus cottonseed cake to yellow or boiling till the cottonseed cake is expanded and cracked, adding 400 parts of 200-plus fresh leek, and stirring to form mixed coarse material; and finally, uniformly mixing the mixed slurry, the mixed coarse fodder and 100-200 parts of white sugar to obtain the fattening feed for the stalls, and feeding 1.5-3.0 kg of the fattening feed once a day. The technology has no production practice data support, no specific feeding standard and less daily feeding times. The technology is not designed according to the requirements of the young colts on different nutrient substances, and the feed does not contain raw materials such as premix and the like, so that the requirements of the colts on the nutrient substances at the stage cannot be met in the aspects of vitamins, mineral elements and the like. The fattening feed raw materials are local special raw materials of patent applicants, and cannot be comprehensively popularized.
Patent application No. CN 201810895381.2: the special feed for breeding young donkeys is characterized by comprising the following raw material components in parts by weight: 10-25 parts of oat, 10-35 parts of soybean meal, 10-30 parts of wheat bran, 5-10 parts of cottonseed cake, 15-25 parts of corn meal, 5-10 parts of peanut meal, 4-6 parts of carrot, 1-5 parts of mashed garlic, 10-30 parts of malt, 15-25 parts of alfalfa, 0.5-0.8 part of calcium bicarbonate, 10-25 parts of cottonseed, 10-20 parts of tuckahoe powder, 15-20 parts of pearl barley powder and 0.3-0.5 part of salt. The technology has no specific feeding amount, feeding method, feeding frequency and other critical data.

Example four: influence of different feed types on growth performance of Jiangyei donkey colal
1 materials and methods
1.1 materials and test times
Selecting 2-month-old Xinjiang donkey colt with similar weight, body size and birth date as a test animal.
The test was carried out at Populus euphratica animal husbandry, GmbH, Ozep, Xinjiang.
1.2 design of the experiment
The test selects 12 heads of Jianyue donkey colt to be randomly divided into 2 groups, each group has 6 heads, the difference of each body size index and body weight index in each group is required to be minimum, the test period is 120 days in total, and the body weight and body size indexes are measured on empty stomach in the morning of 1 day before the test begins and 2 days after the test ends.
1.3 Breeding management
The method for feeding and managing the donkey colts adopts a feeding mode of a breeding enterprise, a blank group does not supplement concentrate supplement, a control group of donkey colts supplement concentrate which is not granulated at high temperature, a test I group supplements 0.55-0.65 kg of concentrate supplement according to 100kg of body weight, a test II group supplements 0.60-0.70 kg of concentrate supplement according to 100kg of body weight, all test donkey colts freely intake breast milk, freely intake pasture and freely drink, the concentrate supplement fed all day is averagely divided into two parts for feeding, and the concentrate supplement fed all day by day is fed at 10:00 and 17:00 each day. Before feeding every day, with donkey colt and female donkey separately, after the alfalfa hay is fed, use special pocket to carry out the supplementary feeding (the size of pocket is makeed according to the size of donkey colt type of face, reaches the donkey colt and neither can say the fodder and pour, also can not lead to the donkey colt to breathe the difficulty), after the supplementary feeding, with the donkey colt catch up to the female donkey side, freely ingest breast milk, freely ingest forage grass and freely drink water.
1.4 measurement index
Body scale index: height, slant and long body, chest circumference, tube circumference, and weight
And calculating the total weight gain and daily weight gain of the colt.
Total weight gain (kg) = average end-test weight-average initial test weight
Average daily gain (kg. d-1) = (average end-initial weight of test-average initial weight of test)/days
1.5 measurement method
Respectively weighing the fasting weight of the horse colt by using a weighbridge in the early 1d before the beginning of the test and in the 2d after the end of the test, measuring the body height and body inclination length data of the horse colt by using a measuring stick, and measuring the chest circumference and pipe circumference data of the horse colt by using a measuring tape.
1.6 data analysis
The test results are expressed as mean ± standard deviation, the test data are analyzed for variance using SPSS24.0 software, and the results of each group are tested using independent sample T.
