技术领域
本发明属于超细纤维绒面革技术领域,具体涉及一种防水透湿防钻绒的羽绒服专用绒面革的制造方法。
背景技术
作为羽绒服的面料,一般要求具有良好的防水透湿性,而且还特别要求具有防钻绒性。羽绒服面料的防钻绒性通常有三种方式,一是使用高密度织物做面料,提高织物的防钻绒性能;二是在织物上覆膜或者涂层,通过薄膜或涂层来防止钻绒;三是在面料里层添加一层防绒布。第一种方法使用高密度织物做面料时,密度越高,成本越高,且制造方法较复杂,手感和触感不够柔软;后两种方法需要在面料上增加一道工序来达到防钻绒的技术要求,不但对手感有影响,而且涂层和防绒布的复合使用的胶水如果形成了连续膜或者厚度偏高,很容易影响面料的透湿性能,同时涂层和覆膜容易老化掉落。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种防水透湿防钻绒的羽绒服专用绒面革的制造方法,防止羽绒服钻绒的同时,面料具有较好的防水透湿性能。
为达到上述目的,提出以下技术方案:

1)制作多组分的海岛超细纤维,多组分中含有低熔点树脂,所述低熔点树脂为低熔点PET或低熔点NY;
2)将步骤1)的海岛超细纤维经牵伸、卷曲、切断、开松、梳理、铺网、针刺、烫平制得无纺布;
3)将步骤2)的无纺布经聚氨酯树脂浸渍液浸渍、凝固、水洗后,再利用80-100℃的甲苯或60℃的5wt%NaOH水溶液开纤处理,得到超纤基布;
4)对步骤3)制得的超纤基布依次进行扩幅定型,得到产品;
5)对步骤4)制得的产品进行染色、片皮,防泼水处理制得染色超纤基布;
6)对步骤5)制得的染色超纤基布进行烫压处理,使内部的低熔点纤维粘结;
7)对步骤6)的染色超纤基布进行气流柔软、磨毛处理制得防水透湿防钻绒绒面革产品。
进一步地,步骤1)中的海岛超细纤维通过定岛纺丝工艺或皮芯复合工艺制备得到。
进一步地,当通过定岛纺丝工艺制备得到海岛超细纤维时,“岛”组分为PET、PBT、PTT、PLA、NY6、NY56、NY66或NY510,“海”组分为PE、COPET或PVA,在“海”组分中分散有低熔点树脂。
进一步地,“岛”组分占总纤维质量的55-70%,“海”组分占总纤维质量的30-45%;分散在“海”组分中的低熔点树脂组分占总纤维质量的3-10%。

2)本发明制备得到的绒面革除防钻绒外,还具有较好的防水透湿性能,超细纤维的荷叶效应+防泼水处理,防水性能远超常规纤维的防水性能。

以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步的描述,但本发明的保护范围并不仅限于此:
实施例1
1)使用定岛型纺丝组件制备定岛纤维,其中“岛”成分为PET, “海”成分为PE与熔点为120-125℃的PET;三者的质量比为:65:27:8;
2)将步骤1)的定岛型海岛纤维经牵伸、卷曲、切断、开松、梳理、铺网、针刺、烫平制得密度为0.40g/cm3的超纤无纺布;
3)将步骤2)的无纺布经质量浓度为15%的聚脲型聚氨酯树脂浸渍液浸渍、凝固、水洗后,再利用90℃的甲苯开纤处理,得到超纤基布,聚氨酯树脂以PTMG与PBA为多元醇,MOCA为扩链剂,异氰酸酯聚合而成,100%模量为30MPa;
4)对步骤3)制得的超纤基布进入110℃的烘箱进行扩幅定型;
5)对步骤4)制得的产品进行染色、片皮,防泼水处理制得染色超纤基布;
6)对步骤5)制得的染色超纤基布进行140℃的烫光机烫压处理,使内部的低熔点纤维粘结;
7)对步骤6)的染色超纤基布进行气流柔软40min,再经过磨毛处理制得防水透湿防钻绒的超纤绒面革产品。
实施例2
1)使用定岛型纺丝组件制备定岛纤维,其中“岛”成分为NY6,“海”成分为PE与熔点为110-115℃的NY;三者的质量比为:65:30:5;
2)将步骤1)的定岛型海岛纤维经牵伸、卷曲、切断、开松、梳理、铺网、针刺、烫平制得密度为0.36g/cm3的超纤无纺布;
3)将步骤2)的无纺布经质量浓度为15%的聚脲型聚氨酯树脂浸渍液浸渍、凝固、水洗后,再利用85℃的甲苯开纤处理,得到超纤基布,聚氨酯树脂以PTMG为多元醇,MEA为扩链剂,异氰酸酯聚合而成,100%模量为25MPa;
4)对步骤3)制得的超纤基布进入110℃的烘箱进行扩幅定型;
5)对步骤4)制得的产品进行染色、片皮,防泼水处理制得染色超纤基布;
6)对步骤5)制得的染色超纤基布进行145℃的烫光机烫压处理,使内部的低熔点纤维粘结;
7)对步骤6)的染色超纤基布进行气流柔软20min,再经过磨毛处理制的防水透湿防钻绒的超纤绒面革产品。
实施例3
1)使用皮芯型纺丝组件制备定岛不定岛纤维,其中“芯”成分为熔点为220-265℃的PET与PE,“皮”成分为PE与熔点为120-125℃的低熔点PET;四者的质量比为:35:20:40:5;
2)将步骤1)的不定岛型海岛纤维经牵伸、卷曲、切断、开松、梳理、铺网、针刺、烫平制得密度为0.37g/cm3的超纤无纺布;
3)将步骤2)的无纺布经质量浓度为15%的聚脲型聚氨酯树脂浸渍液浸渍、凝固、水洗后,再利用90℃的甲苯开纤处理,得到超纤基布,聚氨酯树脂以PBA为多元醇,MEA为扩链剂,异氰酸酯聚合而成,100%模量为20MPa;
4)对步骤3)制得的超纤基布进入110℃的烘箱进行扩幅定型;
5)对步骤4)制得的产品进行染色、片皮,防泼水处理制得染色超纤基布;
6)对步骤5)制得的染色超纤基布进行140℃的烫光机烫压处理,使内部的低熔点纤维粘结;
7)对步骤6)的染色超纤基布进行气流柔软30min,再经过磨毛处理制的防水透湿防钻绒的超纤绒面革产品。

1)使用皮芯型纺丝组件制备定岛不定岛纤维,其中“芯”成分为熔点为220-265℃NY510与PE,“皮”成分为PE与熔点为110-115℃的低熔点NY;四者的质量比为:25:25:40:10;
2)将步骤1)的不定岛型海岛纤维经牵伸、卷曲、切断、开松、梳理、铺网、针刺、烫平制得密度为0.32g/cm3的超纤无纺布;
3)将步骤2)的无纺布经质量浓度为15%的聚脲型聚氨酯树脂浸渍液浸渍、凝固、水洗后,再利用85℃的甲苯开纤处理,得到超纤基布,聚氨酯树脂以PBA为多元醇,MEA为扩链剂,异氰酸酯聚合而成,100%模量为30MPa;
4)对步骤3)制得的超纤基布进入110℃的烘箱进行扩幅定型;
5)对步骤4)制得的产品进行染色、片皮,防泼水处理制得染色超纤基布;
6)对步骤5)制得的染色超纤基布进行140℃的烫光机烫压处理,使内部的低熔点纤维粘结;
7)对步骤6)的染色超纤基布进行气流柔软20min,再经过磨毛处理制的防水透湿防钻绒的超纤绒面革产品。
实施例5
1)使用定岛型纺丝组件制备定岛纤维,其中“岛”成分为熔点为220-265℃的NY510,“海”成分为COPET与熔点为110-115℃的低熔点NY;质量比为:68:25:7;
2)将步骤1)的定岛型海岛纤维经牵伸、卷曲、切断、开松、梳理、铺网、针刺、烫平制得密度为0.38g/cm3的超纤无纺布;
3)将步骤2)的无纺布经质量浓度为15%的聚脲型聚氨酯树脂浸渍液浸渍、凝固、水洗后,再利用90℃的5%稀碱溶液开纤处理,得到超纤基布,聚氨酯树脂以PBA和PPG为多元醇,MOCA为扩链剂聚合而成,100%模量为30MPa;
4)对步骤3)制得的超纤基布进入110℃的烘箱进行扩幅定型;
5)对步骤4)制得的产品进行染色、片皮,防泼水处理制得染色超纤基布;
6)对步骤5)制得的染色超纤基布进行140℃的烫光机烫压处理,使内部的低熔点纤维粘结;
7)对步骤6)的染色超纤基布进行气流柔软30min,再经过磨毛处理制的防水透湿防钻绒的超纤绒面革产品。
防水防钻绒性能检测数据
本发明采用AATCC 22 标准测试拒水性能,采用GB_T 12705.2-200的转箱法 测试防钻绒性能。
AATCC 22 标准采用250ml水在一定高度向斜铺在平台上的材料倾泻。然后看样品上水渍的大小判断防水性,分值越高防水性越好。
GB_T 12705.2-200测防钻绒性,是把定面积的材料缝起来,在里面加入定量羽绒,经过一定数量反转滚动后看材料上透出的羽绒根数。具有优良的防钻绒性<5根,表现一般的防钻绒性6-15根,防钻绒性很差>15根。
对空白样和技术实施样品1-5样进行了测试,结果见表1

Claims (4)

1.一种防水透湿防钻绒的羽绒服专用绒面革的制造方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
1)制作多组分的海岛超细纤维,多组分中含有低熔点树脂,所述低熔点树脂为低熔点PET或低熔点NY;
2)将步骤1)的海岛超细纤维经牵伸、卷曲、切断、开松、梳理、铺网、针刺、烫平制得无纺布;
3)将步骤2)的无纺布经聚氨酯树脂浸渍液浸渍、凝固、水洗后,再利用80-100℃的甲苯或60℃的5w%NaOH水溶液开纤处理,得到超纤基布;
4)对步骤3)制得的超纤基布依次进行扩幅定型,得到产品;
5)对步骤4)制得的产品进行染色、片皮,防泼水处理制得染色超纤基布;
6)对步骤5)制得的染色超纤基布进行烫压处理,使内部的低熔点纤维粘结;
7)对步骤6)的染色超纤基布进行气流柔软、磨毛处理制得防水透湿防钻绒绒面革产品;
步骤1)中的海岛超细纤维通过皮芯复合工艺制备得到,
当通过皮芯复合工艺制备得到海岛超细纤维时,“芯”组分包含两种树脂,一种是不溶于甲苯或稀碱溶液的高熔点树脂,选自PET、PBT、PTT、PLA、NY6、NY56、NY66或NY510,一种是溶于甲苯或稀碱溶液的树脂,选自PE、COPET或PVA;“皮”组分包含两种树脂,一种是低熔点PET或低熔点NY,一种是溶于甲苯或稀碱溶液的树脂,选自PE、COPET或PVA;
“芯”组分中不溶于甲苯或稀碱溶液的高熔点树脂占纤维总质量的20-35%,“芯”组分中溶于甲苯或稀碱溶液的树脂占纤维总质量的20-35%;“皮”组分中低熔点PET或低熔点NY占纤维总质量的3-10%,“皮”组分中溶于甲苯或稀碱溶液的树脂占纤维总质量的40-47%;
低熔点树脂的熔点为110-130℃。
2.如权利要求1所述的制造方法,其特征在于聚氨酯树脂是由多元醇、扩链剂与异氰酸酯聚合而成的熔点超过180℃的聚脲型聚氨酯,所述多元醇为PTMG、PBA、PPG中的一种或几种,扩链剂为EG、MEA、MOCA中的一种或多种。
3.如权利要求1所述的制造方法,其特征在于扩幅烘干的温度不超过110℃,烫压温度控制在130-150℃,气流柔软处理时间控制在20-40min。
4.如权利要求1所述的制造方法,其特征在于所述的高熔点树脂的熔点为220-265℃。
