本发明提供了一种超细绒感表面合成革的制备工艺,其是先将超细旦海岛纤维制成无纺布,然后将无纺布经过湿法含浸和后处理,再干法贴面;并严格把控第一浸渍液、第二浸渍液的组分及其配比量,并经过大量的试验来确定最佳的浸渍后的烘干温度和烘干时间,特别是第二次后处理程序,更是严格进行分段式烘干,以此来确保各组分间能形成“协同增效”的效果,以大幅度提高成品合成革的物理性能,而且由于在聚酰胺皮革底基的另一面贴附超细绒表层,这样可以确保产品表面具有稠密、平齐、耸立而富有光泽的绒毛,使产品具有优异的柔软度和吸水性能,克服了现有技术中存在的革面厚重、易起皮、皱纸、定型效果差、革面收缩等缺点。

背景技术
超细纤维合成革在服装、服饰、皮具等领域有着广泛的应用。 现有技术中,超细纤维合成革的生产通常是先将超细纤维经过织造或非织造工艺得到基布,然后经过浸渍聚氨酯、甲苯萃取、后整饰等工序,得到超细纤维合成革。
目前大多数合成革产品存在革面厚重、易起皮、皱纸、定型效果差、革面收缩等缺点,不能满足需求,应用范围受到限制。
发明内容
为了克服上述问题,本发明提供了一种超细绒感表面合成革的制备工艺。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案是:
一种超细绒感表面合成革的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)制备超细旦海岛纤维:以聚乙烯的海岛型超细纤维作为海组分制成克重120~200g/m2 的超细旦海岛纤维;
2)制作无纺布:将步骤1)得到的超细旦海岛纤维在精开松机上进行精开松,然后由梳理机、铺网机、针刺机加工得到无纺布;
3)制备第一浸渍液:在反应釜中配质量分数为4~10%的PVA水溶液,搅拌至PVA全部溶解,溶液呈无色透明,将配好的第一浸渍液放入第一浸渍槽中;
4)湿法含浸:将步骤2)得到的无纺布经过第一浸渍槽,经过辊筒反复挤压含浸,使第一浸渍液均匀挤压渗透入无纺布中,以确保无纺布上浸渍液的涂布量为无纺布克重的0.5~1.0倍;然后将无纺布送入30m烘箱,烘箱温度为140℃,烘干时间为20~50min,得到预处理无纺布;
5)制备第二浸渍液:按质量份数包括二甲基甲酰胺DMF 100~200份、泼水剂F~3D 2~5份、聚酯聚氨酯树脂SW~4008 250~340份、色浆BLPN~560 22~30份、木质粉 1~5份;将配好的第二浸渍液第二浸渍槽中;
6)聚酰胺皮革底基后整理:将步骤4)得到的预处理无纺布经过第二浸渍槽,经过辊筒反复挤压含浸,使第一浸渍液均匀挤压渗透入无纺布中,以确保无纺布上浸渍液的涂布量为无纺布克重的1.0~2.5倍;然后送入烘箱进行分段式烘干;
7)干法贴面:将面层涂料、中层涂料、粘结层涂料按从下往上的顺序依次涂在离型纸上,所述面层涂料在50~70℃烘干40~70s制得面层,所述中层涂料在60~80℃烘干70~90s制得中层,所述粘结层涂料在110~120℃烘干10~20s制得粘结层;
8)将步骤7)得到的离型纸与步骤6)得到的聚酰胺皮革底基对齐叠合,在聚酰胺皮革底基的另一面贴附超细绒表层,然后经过烘干、水洗,得到成品超细绒感表面合成革。
具体的,在步骤4)中,所述的克重比例为0.8倍,烘干时间为40min。
具体的,在步骤5)中,所述的第二浸渍液按质量份数包括二甲基甲酰胺DMF 170份、泼水剂F~3D 3份、聚酯聚氨酯树脂SW~4008 260份、色浆BLPN~560 25份、木质粉 4份。

一种超细绒感表面合成革的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)制备超细旦海岛纤维:以聚乙烯的海岛型超细纤维作为海组分制成克重120~200g/m2 的超细旦海岛纤维;
2)制作无纺布:将步骤1)得到的超细旦海岛纤维在精开松机上进行精开松,然后由梳理机、铺网机、针刺机加工得到无纺布;
3)制备第一浸渍液:在反应釜中配质量分数为5%的PVA水溶液,搅拌至PVA全部溶解,溶液呈无色透明,将配好的第一浸渍液放入第一浸渍槽中;

7)干法贴面:将面层涂料、中层涂料、粘结层涂料按从下往上的顺序依次涂在离型纸上,所述面层涂料在65℃烘干45s制得面层,所述中层涂料在70℃烘干78s制得中层,所述粘结层涂料在115℃烘干15s制得粘结层;
8)将步骤7)得到的离型纸与步骤6)得到的聚酰胺皮革底基对齐叠合,在聚酰胺皮革底基的另一面贴附超细绒表层,然后经过烘干、水洗,得到成品超细绒感表面合成革。

实施例3
如实施例1所述的一种超细绒感表面合成革的制备工艺,其中部分步骤还可以采用以下工艺:
在步骤3)中,所述的PVA水溶液的质量分数为4%。
在步骤4)中,所述的克重比例为1.0倍,烘干时间为20min。
在步骤6)中,所述的克重比例为1.0倍,所述第一段的烘箱温度为70℃,烘干时间为30min,第二段的烘箱温度为120℃,烘干时间为10min,第三段的烘箱温度为50℃,烘干时间为30min。
在步骤7)中,所述面层涂料在70℃烘干40s制得面层,所述中层涂料在60℃烘干90s制得中层,所述粘结层涂料在120℃烘干10s制得粘结层。
实施例4
如实施例1所述的一种超细绒感表面合成革的制备工艺,其中部分步骤还可以采用以下工艺:
在步骤3)中,所述的PVA水溶液的质量分数为10%。
在步骤4)中,所述的克重比例为0.5倍,烘干时间为50min。
在步骤6)中,所述的克重比例为2.5倍,所述第一段的烘箱温度为100℃,烘干时间为20min,第二段的烘箱温度为90℃,烘干时间为20min,第三段的烘箱温度为80℃,烘干时间为30min。
在步骤7)中,所述面层涂料在50℃烘干70s制得面层,所述中层涂料在80℃烘干70s制得中层,所述粘结层涂料在110℃烘干20s制得粘结层。
本发明的技术要点在于先将超细旦海岛纤维制成无纺布,然后将无纺布经过湿法含浸和后处理,再干法贴面;并严格把控第一浸渍液、第二浸渍液的组分及其配比量,并经过大量的试验来确定最佳的浸渍后的烘干温度和烘干时间,特别是第二次后处理程序,更是严格进行分段式烘干,以此来确保各组分间能形成“协同增效”的效果,以大幅度提高成品合成革的物理性能,而且由于在聚酰胺皮革底基的另一面贴附超细绒表层,这样可以确保产品表面具有稠密、平齐、耸立而富有光泽的绒毛,使产品具有优异的柔软度和吸水性能,以克服现有技术中存在的革面厚重、易起皮、皱纸、定型效果差、革面收缩等缺点。
经过试验证明,经过本发明上述4个实施例所制得的超细绒感表面合成革,即在步骤3)中,所述的PVA水溶液的质量分数为4~10%%;在步骤4)中,所述的克重比例为0.5~1.0倍,烘干时间为20~50 min;在步骤5)中,所述的第二浸渍液按质量份数包括二甲基甲酰胺DMF 100~200份、泼水剂F~3D 2~5份、聚酯聚氨酯树脂SW~4008 250~340份、色浆BLPN~56022~30份、木质粉 1~5份;在步骤6)中,所述的克重比例为1.0~2.5倍,所述第一段的烘箱温度为70~100℃,烘干时间为20~30 min,第二段的烘箱温度为90~120℃,烘干时间为10~20min,第三段的烘箱温度为50~80℃,烘干时间为30 min;在步骤7)中,所述面层涂料在50~70℃烘干40~70 s制得面层,所述中层涂料在60~80℃烘干70~90 s制得中层,所述粘结层涂料在110~120℃烘干10~20 s制得粘结层;所制得的超细绒感表面合成革具有优异的物理性能、透水性及吸水性。
试验方法:
试验一:针对本发明成品产品及现有产品的物理性能进行测试。
试验方法:采用广东高铁检测仪器有限公司生产的 GT-TC2000 拉力仪,测试结果如表1、2所示:

注,表1中实施例1-4为本发明上述四个实施例所制得的产品,表2中对比例为现有合成革产品。
通过试验结果可以看出,经本发明所制得的超细绒感表面合成革,即在步骤3)中,所述的PVA水溶液的质量分数为4~10%%;在步骤4)中,所述的克重比例为0.5~1.0倍,烘干时间为20~50 min;在步骤5)中,所述的第二浸渍液按质量份数包括二甲基甲酰胺DMF 100~200份、泼水剂F~3D 2~5份、聚酯聚氨酯树脂SW~4008 250~340份、色浆BLPN~560 22~30份、木质粉 1~5份;在步骤6)中,所述的克重比例为1.0~2.5倍,所述第一段的烘箱温度为70~100℃,烘干时间为20~30 min,第二段的烘箱温度为90~120℃,烘干时间为10~20 min,第三段的烘箱温度为50~80℃,烘干时间为30 min;在步骤7)中,所述面层涂料在50~70℃烘干40~70 s制得面层,所述中层涂料在60~80℃烘干70~90 s制得中层,所述粘结层涂料在110~120℃烘干10~20 s制得粘结层;所制得的超细绒感表面合成革的物理性能远超过现有合成革产品的物理性能,其中以实施例1所制得的超细绒感表面合成革的性能最佳,经向抗拉强度达到32.5kgf/cm、纬向抗拉强度达到28.2kgf/cm,经向撕裂强度达到21.2kgf、纬向撕裂强度达到22.8kgf,经向剥离强度达到25.4kgf、纬向剥离强度达到18.5kgf,爆破强度达到35 kgf/cm²。
试验二:针对本发明成品产品及现有产品的基础性能进行测试。
试验方法:执行EN20345标准,试验结果如表3、4所示。

通过试验结果可以看出,经本发明所制得的超细绒感表面合成革,即在步骤3)中,所述的PVA水溶液的质量分数为4~10%%;在步骤4)中,所述的克重比例为0.5~1.0倍,烘干时间为20~50 min;在步骤5)中,所述的第二浸渍液按质量份数包括二甲基甲酰胺DMF 100~200份、泼水剂F~3D 2~5份、聚酯聚氨酯树脂SW~4008 250~340份、色浆BLPN~560 22~30份、木质粉 1~5份;在步骤6)中,所述的克重比例为1.0~2.5倍,所述第一段的烘箱温度为70~100℃,烘干时间为20~30 min,第二段的烘箱温度为90~120℃,烘干时间为10~20 min,第三段的烘箱温度为50~80℃,烘干时间为30 min;在步骤7)中,所述面层涂料在50~70℃烘干40~70 s制得面层,所述中层涂料在60~80℃烘干70~90 s制得中层,所述粘结层涂料在110~120℃烘干10~20 s制得粘结层;所制得的超细绒感表面合成革的基础性能远超过现有合成革产品的基础性能,其中以实施例1所制得的超细绒感表面合成革的性能最佳,水蒸气渗透达到8.52 mg(cm²`h),透水性为0.02g,吸水量为10%。

Claims (7)

1.一种超细绒感表面合成革的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)制备超细旦海岛纤维:以聚乙烯的海岛型超细纤维作为海组分制成克重120~200g/m2 的超细旦海岛纤维;
2)制作无纺布:将步骤1)得到的超细旦海岛纤维在精开松机上进行精开松,然后由梳理机、铺网机、针刺机加工得到无纺布;
3)制备第一浸渍液:在反应釜中配质量分数为4~10%的PVA水溶液,搅拌至PVA全部溶解,溶液呈无色透明,将配好的第一浸渍液放入第一浸渍槽中;
4)湿法含浸:将步骤2)得到的无纺布经过第一浸渍槽,经过辊筒反复挤压含浸,使第一浸渍液均匀挤压渗透入无纺布中,以确保无纺布上浸渍液的涂布量为无纺布克重的0.5~1.0倍;然后将无纺布送入30m烘箱,烘箱温度为140℃,烘干时间为20~50min,得到预处理无纺布;
5)制备第二浸渍液:按质量份数包括二甲基甲酰胺DMF 100~200份、泼水剂F~3D 2~5份、聚酯聚氨酯树脂SW~4008 250~340份、色浆BLPN~560 22~30份、木质粉 1~5份;将配好的第二浸渍液第二浸渍槽中;
6)聚酰胺皮革底基后整理:将步骤4)得到的预处理无纺布经过第二浸渍槽,经过辊筒反复挤压含浸,使第一浸渍液均匀挤压渗透入无纺布中,以确保无纺布上浸渍液的涂布量为无纺布克重的1.0~2.5倍;然后送入烘箱进行分段式烘干;
7)干法贴面:将面层涂料、中层涂料、粘结层涂料按从下往上的顺序依次涂在离型纸上,所述面层涂料在50~70℃烘干40~70s制得面层,所述中层涂料在60~80℃烘干70~90s制得中层,所述粘结层涂料在110~120℃烘干10~20s制得粘结层;
8)将步骤7)得到的离型纸与步骤6)得到的聚酰胺皮革底基对齐叠合,在聚酰胺皮革底基的另一面贴附超细绒表层,然后经过烘干、水洗,得到成品超细绒感表面合成革。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种超细绒感表面合成革的制备工艺,其特征在于:在步骤4)中,所述的克重比例为0.8倍,烘干时间为40min。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种超细绒感表面合成革的制备工艺,其特征在于:在步骤5)中,所述的第二浸渍液按质量份数包括二甲基甲酰胺DMF 170份、泼水剂F~3D 3份、聚酯聚氨酯树脂SW~4008 260份、色浆BLPN~560 25份、木质粉 4份。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种超细绒感表面合成革的制备工艺,其特征在于:在步骤6)中,所述的克重比例为2.1倍。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种超细绒感表面合成革的制备工艺,其特征在于:在步骤6)中,所述第一段的烘箱温度为70~100℃,烘干时间为20~30min,第二段的烘箱温度为90~120℃,烘干时间为10~20min,第三段的烘箱温度为50~80℃,烘干时间为30min。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种超细绒感表面合成革的制备工艺,其特征在于:在步骤7)中,所述面层涂料在65℃烘干45s制得面层,所述中层涂料在70℃烘干78s制得中层,所述粘结层涂料在115℃烘干15s制得粘结层。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种超细绒感表面合成革的制备工艺,其特征在于:在步骤7)中,在所述面层涂料、中层涂料及粘结层涂料中含有氧化石墨烯。
